2:48 matrix. But for us Muslims, it works a
2:50 bit different. I mean, we are not here
2:52 for flexing with a Lamborghini,
2:54 impressing girls in the club, partying
2:55 on a yacht in
2:58 Miami. And I know that this is mostly
3:00 what you've been told online by all
3:02 those gurus. To believe that this is the
3:04 dream life, but I've got some news for
3:08 you, mate. Eventually, you will die. And
3:10 this world is temporary. For as Muslims,
3:12 we are not here to blindly follow our
3:14 desires, you know. And there are two
3:16 versions of following your desires in
3:18 this dunya. You have the poor desires
3:19 just following the cheap pleasures of
3:22 this life. Junk food, gaming, scrolling
3:24 on social media, parties and all of
3:26 this. But on the other hand, you also
3:28 have rich desires. And this is what the
3:30 western world is really trying to get
3:32 you to believe that this is the the
3:34 right way to live. The luxury cars, the
3:36 money, the spending, shopping spree,
3:38 traveling, and all of that. But in my
3:40 opinion, these are the same feelings,
3:42 the same desires that you're striving
3:44 for. But then with money, I mean for us
3:47 Muslims, we need to find the sweet spot
3:49 in between where we can be beneficial
3:51 for others while controlling our ego,
3:54 our naps. I mean we as Muslims, we are
3:56 on a mission that goes beyond this life,
3:58 you know. And Allah subhana wa ta'ala
4:00 says in the Quran, "But seek through
4:01 what Allah has given you, the home of
4:04 the hereafter. And yet do not forget
4:06 your share of this world and do good as
4:08 Allah has done good for you." Which
4:10 means we need to take care of our
4:12 responsibility, our family. We need to
4:13 make sure that we earn our money in a
4:15 halal way. But there's also time to
4:17 travel and have fun because yes, we have
4:19 big responsibilities to take care of but
4:22 that doesn't mean you cannot enjoy the
4:24 halal that Allahhana has given you in
4:26 this dunya. I mean it is possible to
4:28 build halal wealth and achieve success
4:31 that is in line with your dean. And
4:33 that's what this business module can do
4:35 for you inshallah. And now for
4:36 everything that I'm about to share in
4:38 this video, I want you to know that I'm
4:40 talking from experience. I mean, for the
4:42 past 8 years, I've been running my own
4:45 agency for your brand that so far has
4:47 made me a good seven figures along the
4:49 way. Alhamdulillah. But this life that
4:52 I'm living right now didn't came out of
4:55 nowhere and is definitely not how it
4:57 started. Now, before I break down this

5:03 Because when I was 15 years old, I was
5:05 the complete opposite of what you see
5:08 today. I'm not sharing this to expose my
5:09 sins or anything. I just want you to
5:12 know that I was completely lost. I was a
5:14 cafe growing up in in the west, but I
5:16 just didn't had the right guidance
5:18 around me until one day when I made the
5:20 decision that this is just not the way
5:22 how I wanted to live my life. And the
5:24 thing that I want you to realize is that
5:26 sometimes you just need to look yourself
5:29 in the mirror and be brutally honest
5:31 with yourself. Think about it. Are you
5:33 proud of the behavior and the daily
5:34 actions that you're putting out there
5:36 right now? Because you must understand
5:38 that how you spend your time right now
5:40 equals what your life will look like in
5:42 a few years. I started reading books,
5:45 going to the gym, working on myself and
5:47 started with my first little business.
5:49 Now, fast forward 8 years later, I'm
5:51 having a business that is serving over
5:54 200 clients right now with a team of
5:57 over 15 people and so far making a solid
5:58 good seven figures along the way.
6:00 Alhamdulillah. I mean, there is so so
6:02 much possible in the time that we're
6:05 living in right now. And now, normally I
6:07 don't make such a video because my
6:09 calendar is overfilled. I have a lot of
6:11 things going on with all of the
6:12 businesses that I'm running. But after
6:15 receiving a lot of questions from my
6:17 Muslim brothers around me, I decided to
6:20 take some time together with my team to
6:22 create a video that answers all your
6:23 questions, inshallah. And it's mainly
6:25 because to my surprise, there is no one
6:28 helping us Muslims to kickstart and
6:30 scale a halal business in the right way.
6:33 I mean there are so so many online gurus
6:36 nowadays. My whole YouTube is is going
6:38 crazy but mostly they are promoting
6:40 haram business modules and things that
6:42 are simply not in line with the way that
6:44 we need to run our businesses as a
6:46 Muslim. you know, it's either haram or
6:48 leading you to materialistic goals,
6:50 which is very, very frustrating to see.
6:52 And for me, the main reason why I've put
6:55 this together for you. And my only goal
6:57 with this video is to show you exactly
6:59 step by step how I did it with the
7:01 permission of Allah subhana wa ta'ala.
7:03 Also, you can literally just copy it and
7:06 do it yourself. Because the system that
7:08 I'm about to reveal to you works over
7:11 and over again. And not just for me, but
7:13 for many other Muslims that I've worked
7:15 with, such as brother Emil that shared
7:17 this screenshot with me of receiving his
7:20 first 1K payment of a high ticket deal
7:21 that he closed with one of his first
7:24 clients. Or what about this brother that
7:26 achieved his first 10K month along
7:28 Mabar? It's amazing. And all of these
7:30 brothers are using the same module. But
7:32 before we dive deeper into that, I want
7:34 to tell you this. You know that they
7:37 always say like there's no perfect time
7:40 to start. And I kind of agree with that
7:42 normally, but I think we've achieved the
7:46 single moment in time in history where
7:48 it's actually the perfect moment because
7:51 look, it took me 4 years to hit that 10K
7:53 mark. It was very very tough for me
7:55 because I didn't have the right guidance
7:57 and especially in the last couple of
8:00 years, the competition has been so so
8:02 tough with all those gurus trying to
8:03 teach the same module and all of that,
8:05 you know. Alhamdulillah, at some point I
8:07 reached that 10k. But you know what the
8:09 funny part is? Just a few months later,
8:11 I already hit the six figure mark and
8:13 another few months after that, I scaled
8:15 to seven figures. Alhamdulillah. And
8:17 seeing such a graph is pretty normal
8:19 because the first part is always the
8:21 hardest. This is what every single
8:23 entrepreneur will tell you. But believe
8:25 me or not, now we live in a unique
8:28 moment in time where this is completely
8:29 different. And that's because of two
8:32 things. Is because of AI and tech coming
8:34 to the public right now. So you can
8:36 literally plug it into your business and
8:38 make it so much easier. But also there
8:40 is another thing that have worked for me
8:42 that I'm about to share you in a minute.
8:44 The only thing that I want you to
8:46 realize right now is that the recent
8:49 inventions of AI and tech allows you to
8:51 get the results that took me four plus
8:53 years and do it yourself in literally a
8:56 matter of months. That's how big the
8:58 opportunities are right now. For me, it
9:01 was all about working hard, working my
9:03 ass off, working hours and hours and
9:05 investing a lot of money into figuring
9:08 out how it worked. And for me, it was
9:10 not an option at all to hire employees
9:12 because it's costing too much money. I
9:14 just needed to invest all of this time
9:16 myself. But now, you have AI and
9:17 technology which allows you to do the
9:20 same thing for a much cheaper price. And
9:22 instead of working with employees, you
9:24 can have technology automating the
9:27 process for you and working 24/7 for you
9:28 and finishing things in a matter of
9:31 hours. What normally took maybe a couple
9:33 of weeks. But the thing is that this is
9:36 just the tip of the iceberg. Today we're
9:38 diving very very deep into all the
9:41 hidden strategies that no one is talking
9:43 about. The only thing the only problem
9:45 is that I don't know for how long this
9:47 will last because the good thing is that
9:48 not many people know about this
9:50 opportunity right now. But you're
9:52 probably noticing the same thing is that
9:54 more and more AI features are becoming
9:56 very popular and very open to the
9:59 public. They are very easy to use which
10:01 means that competition is rising fast
10:04 and your time is running out. But if you
10:06 are the first, you have a huge
10:08 advantage. I mean right now we have AI
10:10 coming up. But think about the time when
10:12 internet came there for the first time.
10:13 If you would have been the first
10:15 launching an e-commerce store, then you
10:17 would have such a big advantage. And now
10:19 it's the same thing. Right now, we have
10:21 opportunities in front of our eyes that
10:23 I've tested myself. Like the screenshots
10:24 that you can see over here. It works
10:27 over and over again. And again, I'm
10:29 saying that from my own experience. I
10:31 mean, I've tried every single business
10:33 module that you can imagine from
10:36 e-commerce, freelancing to affiliate,
10:39 and even software. And I made money with
10:41 all of them, but none of them comes
10:43 close to this new module. Now, let's

11:17 these business modules that you've
11:19 probably heard of. Freelancing, drop
11:21 shipping, YouTube, real estate trading.
11:24 No, there are so so many of them. But
11:26 the problem once again is that most of
11:29 them contain haram or are not beginner
11:31 friendly. And since AI and tech is
11:33 growing so so fast, it will replace at
11:36 least 60% of these jobs and businesses
11:38 in the next couple of years. And I
11:40 personally believe that it's even more
11:42 than that. But on the other hand, this
11:45 AI business module is futureproof
11:47 because you're using AI. You're adapting
11:49 and you're choosing to work with
11:51 something that the whole future will
11:55 depend on. It's also very very scalable.
11:57 It's not just a simple side hustle. This
12:00 can be turned into an actual business.
12:02 And on top of that, it's very beginner
12:03 friendly. I mean, for example, look at
12:05 Hamza. He closed five high-paying
12:08 clients in literally just 3 months of
12:10 using this same module. I mean, 3
12:12 months. It took me four years to even
12:14 get to such a mark. But right now, this
12:16 is all possible. But now, I want you to
12:18 log in and pay attention because we're

12:43 problem in order to make money. And the
12:45 bigger the problem and the better the
12:48 solution, the more money you can make.
12:50 And I mean, this is basically how every
12:53 single business fundamentally works. And
12:54 so does the business module that I'm
12:56 talking about right over here. I mean,
12:58 solving problems equals money. I think
13:01 that's pretty clear, right? But for this
13:03 specific module, it goes much much
13:06 deeper. And alhamdulillah, after
13:08 implementing this myself in my agency a
13:11 couple months ago, we quickly scaled to
13:13 big numbers. Alhamdulillah. And now the
13:15 business module that I'm talking about

14:50 right way. And then you can start
14:51 looking for your clients. sign your
14:54 first deal and then just repeat and
14:56 improve. Now, I'll explain more about
14:58 this contractor plus AI arbitrage module
15:01 in a second, but do you remember how I
15:03 said that it took me 4 years to get to
15:06 the 10K mark? This can now be done in a
15:08 matter of just a few months with the
15:10 permission of Allahhana tala. And in the
15:12 past couple of months, I've seen this
15:14 happening over and over again, not just
15:16 by myself, but also the clients that
15:18 I've worked with. Now let's take a
15:20 deeper look into how you can actually
15:22 set up such a business. Now step one
15:24 where it all starts is to find a
15:27 profitable problem in a specific market.
15:29 I mean please don't make the same
15:31 mistake that many people are making.
15:33 Don't start with asking yourself what
15:35 service should I offer. You need to
15:38 reverse engineer it and start with the
15:40 following thing. You need to start with
15:42 who are you serving and what is the
15:44 problem that you are solving? Because
15:46 just like I said, the bigger the problem
15:48 and the better the solution that you
15:51 provide, the more money you can charge.
15:54 So that's where you start. You start
15:56 with that problem. Because without truly
15:57 understanding the problem of your
15:59 market, how can you even think of a
16:02 solution? It's impossible. So here are
16:04 some examples of my own business and how
16:06 we did that. At some point, I discovered
16:09 that in the country that I'm from, car
16:11 rental companies had a big problem. A
16:13 lot of those companies had a lot of bad
16:15 websites that were very low converting.
16:18 So what I decided to do is come up with
16:21 a solution of website creation. I helped
16:22 them to set up a much better website
16:24 that was ranking better in Google,
16:26 increasing their conversion and all of
16:27 that. And that helps their business
16:30 grow. So I was charging literally 5K
16:32 plus per website. And this business
16:34 module web designing was the exact
16:36 service that I started with back in the
16:38 days which then at that time helped me
16:40 to make my first 10K per month.
16:42 alhamdulillah. But I didn't had AI at
16:44 that time. I was just a freelancer doing
16:46 these things. But fundamentally, it was
16:48 all the same. And then at some point, I
16:50 started turning everything into a big
16:52 agency. And that's when I switched to
16:54 the following thing. I started helping
16:56 bookkeepers and accountants that were
16:58 having a big problem as well. They were
17:01 in need of more leads and more clients.
17:02 Most of them were just having a lot of
17:04 referrals and mouthtomouth, but it's
17:07 very limiting and will never ever help
17:09 your company to really scale, you know.
17:11 So I decided to provide a better
17:13 solution for that which was my marketing
17:15 services that I started with and we were
17:18 charging at least 2K per month which is
17:20 very very normal for such modules. I
17:22 mean think about it one client is paying
17:24 you 2K per month. That's this is
17:26 literally an average salary that you can
17:27 earn in the west. It's a recurring
17:29 client and that means that your cash
17:32 flow of this one client is already 24k
17:34 per year. Meaning if you only have four
17:37 clients like this you're already earning
17:39 the salary of a doctor. I mean there are
17:41 thousands of other combinations of
17:42 problem niche solution. There are
17:44 literally so many different things that
17:47 you can do and it will surprise you how
17:49 many needs there is for these services.
17:51 So if you stick till the end I'll make
17:53 sure that I'll provide you with all the
17:55 information of the different problems,
17:57 niches and solutions. So you can
18:00 literally pick it yourself based on this
18:02 PDF. And the reason why you start with
18:04 problem and then niche is because then
18:06 you will find something that is urgent
18:09 which allows you to charge higher prices
18:10 because the mistake that many many
18:13 beginners are making is that they pick a
18:15 service first such as web design,
18:17 marketing, copywriting and all these
18:19 famous services. You know they think
18:21 like hey web design is something for me.
18:23 So then they just try to find clients
18:25 without picking a specific niche. They
18:28 try to help everyone with their service.
18:30 But mark my word, this always leads to
18:33 the same thing. It leads to low pricing,
18:36 constantly compromising your values, and
18:38 a big headache because these clients are
18:40 not nice. Okay? I've been there. I've
18:43 made all these mistakes. And trust me,
18:45 you don't want that. And in the
18:47 beginning, I made many, many of these
18:49 mistakes myself. I mean, I had to learn
18:51 it the hard way. And that's why it took
18:55 me like 4 years to even get there, you
18:57 know. But this is just the beginning. If
18:59 you want to turn this idea into a
19:02 success, you need to take it a step
19:04 further. Now, step two is you turn that
19:06 problem into an irresistible offer
19:08 because you have to understand that you
19:11 don't just sell services. No, you are
19:14 selling results, a solution to their
19:15 problem. They don't care about your
19:18 services. So, your offer must be all
19:20 about the following two things. It's
19:22 clarity plus outcome. Okay? You need to
19:24 be very very clear of it because the
19:26 potential client should instantly
19:28 understand what you do because a good
19:30 offer must answer three silent questions
19:33 in their head. First, is this offer for
19:35 me specifically? Then, is this solving a
19:37 real problem that I care about right
19:39 now? Then lastly, is the outcome worth
19:41 paying for? So, you need to be very
19:44 clear talking to the right audience and
19:46 being very, very clear of the outcome,
19:48 the result that you are about to give
19:50 them. But sometimes instead of looking
19:52 what is working and what you need to do,
19:54 let's also look into what you shouldn't
19:56 do. There are some mistakes that you
19:58 need to avoid when setting up your offer
20:00 and searching for clients. First of all,
20:02 it's being too vague. So many people are
20:05 not clear about what they have to offer.
20:07 And then you will instantly lose
20:09 clients. Many of them are over
20:11 complicating the offer, too many
20:13 features, too many different things.
20:15 Well, you need to just offer one
20:17 solution to a big problem that is big
20:19 enough to pay a lot of money for or
20:21 focusing too much on their processes
20:23 instead of their results. I mean, it's
20:24 very important, of course, that you
20:26 deliver it in the right way and you work
20:29 on your business, but it must always be
20:32 focused on this result. It's the only
20:33 thing that people care about or one of
20:36 the worst things is not mentioning the
20:38 problem or outcome in your oneliner. In
20:40 your oneliner means the following thing.
20:43 You need to package your solution in one
20:45 simple sentence which looks a little bit
20:48 like this. I help this niche solve this
20:51 painful problem so they can have this
20:53 desired outcome. It's that simple. Just
20:57 keep it very clear, specific and easy to
20:59 understand for your client that they can
21:01 literally just in 5 seconds understand
21:04 that what you have to offer is what they
21:05 need. Now let's look back into the
21:08 examples of how I started. So for the
21:10 car rental, instead of saying we help
21:13 you with some websites, I said I help
21:15 car rentals 10x their website traffic
21:18 and UXUI experience so they can stay
21:21 fully booked every single month over and
21:23 over again. It's so important that you
21:25 make your offer unique but specific. Now
21:27 let's look at the other example. When we
21:29 were helping accountants with our
21:31 agency, instead of saying we do your
21:33 marketing or we do some lead generation
21:36 services, I said the following thing. I
21:38 help bookkeepers and accountants close
21:41 100K plus in new client deals so they
21:44 can stop relying on referrals which was
21:46 the biggest problem that I discovered at
21:48 that time. All of their clients came
21:50 from mouthtomouth and referrals which
21:52 sometimes works very well but a lot of
21:55 times it doesn't work. So we were giving
21:56 the perfect solution to their problem.
21:59 And like I said there are thousands of
22:01 problems to solve and good offers to
22:03 make. This is just a few examples that
22:04 I'm giving you right now. So don't
22:06 worry, I will add even more examples
22:08 into that PDF for you that I will share
22:10 at the end of this video. Now step three
22:12 is you build a lean fulfillment system
22:14 and you do that with the most important
22:16 aspect of this module is by using the
22:19 contractors and AI tools because before
22:20 you can start getting your first
22:23 clients, you need to know how you're
22:24 going to fulfill the promise that you're
22:26 making to them. How are you going to
22:28 solve the solution? You know, but the
22:29 beautiful thing with the HAL AI

23:25 profit for yourself, you need to put
23:28 some serious things to the table because
23:30 we are Muslims and we want to do
23:32 business in an ethical way. We cannot
23:34 just make profit and big margins from
23:36 other people's work and all of that. We
23:38 must not forget that running a business
23:40 comes with huge responsibilities. And
23:42 that's why you can put such big profit
23:45 margins because you are the one that is
23:47 taking the risk. You are the one that
23:48 needs to close and find the clients
23:50 yourself. You need to have the contact
23:52 with the clients, update them about
23:54 what's going on. You need to invoice
23:55 them. You need to invest in your
23:56 company. You need to manage your
23:58 finances. You need to set up the AI
24:00 tools, the processes, invest in your
24:02 software. I mean, there are so many
24:03 things going on in your business. But
24:06 trust me, once you systemize this, it
24:08 works over and over again. And on top of
24:10 that, it's insanely scalable. And in my
24:12 opinion, this is literally something
24:15 that I've never seen before because it
24:17 took me so so long to charge those high
24:20 prices. Let aside the fact that you can
24:22 outsource it from the beginning. Now
24:24 let's compare this the contractor versus
24:26 the employee and we're going to look
24:28 into a few aspects such as salary,
24:31 hiring, the general cost control and
24:32 legal because for example when you look
24:35 at the employee you always pay them a
24:37 fixed amount which is very risky
24:38 especially when you don't have clients
24:40 yet. If you don't have cash flow you are
24:42 literally just losing money. While on
24:44 the other side the contractor you just
24:46 pay them per project. Meaning if you
24:47 have cash flow and you have money coming
24:50 in you you then pay you know on the
24:52 other hand for you know employees it
24:55 takes very long to hire the right people
24:57 long processes legal things you need to
24:59 take care of and all of that while a
25:01 contractor is just a kind of a
25:03 freelancer that immediately can do the
25:05 work for you. Then general costs are
25:07 very high for employees. Apart from
25:09 paying them a salary you also need to
25:11 pay the software for them set up the
25:13 laptops and everything. while a
25:16 contractor is low/medium. It depends on
25:18 what software you're using, but in
25:20 general for a contractor, there are not
25:22 many extra costs that come on top of it.
25:24 Now, the only benefit that an employee
25:26 has over a contractor is that the
25:28 control that you have over them is
25:30 direct for an employee. Meaning, an
25:33 employee works full-time for you, so you
25:35 can access them as soon as possible.
25:37 Whenever you have a task, they must do
25:38 it immediately because they work
25:40 full-time for you. While a contractor
25:42 sometimes works with other clients as
25:44 well, but I would say for an employee
25:46 that's a bit better for you as the
25:47 business owner. Now lastly, when we look
25:50 into the legal and HR with employees,
25:52 you have big big responsibilities. If
25:54 anything goes wrong, it's your problem.
25:56 While for a contractor, this thing is
25:58 minimal. They are freelancers and they
26:00 have their own responsibilities to take
26:02 care of. So the risk is not fully on
26:04 you. So if you look at this chart, it's
26:06 so so much easier nowadays if you work
26:09 with contractors around the world. And
26:10 really when you do this in the right
26:12 way, you put so much baraka into your
26:14 business. I mean you have so many
26:15 skilled Muslim freelancers around the
26:17 world that can help you to fill the job.
26:19 You know if you paid a beloved Muslim
26:22 brother from India, Pakistan, Egypt,
26:24 Morocco, I mean thousand bucks for a
26:27 website just the example that I gave you
26:29 that means the world to them. You create
26:32 such huge global opportunities and this
26:34 makes the um stronger. We need to
26:36 collaborate more. We need to work
26:38 together and this is the idea of this
26:40 module to create opportunities for
26:43 others to contribute to this world and
26:46 deliver services in a halal and ethical

27:15 I'm sorry to say, but it's just a plan
27:17 or a dream that you have in your head.
27:19 As long as there are no paying clients,
27:23 there is no existing real business. But
27:25 the beautiful thing with this HAL AI

28:13 clients that I've seen working over and
28:15 over again for our own agency. Now,
28:17 let's look into them. Strategy one is
28:19 called mastery. It basically comes down
28:21 to first finding the right leads so that
28:23 you can outreach to them. You have
28:24 different tools and different options to
28:26 do that, but I'll get to that in a
28:28 second. Once you find the right leads,
28:30 you record a Loom video. And Loom is
28:32 basically a software that allows you to
28:34 share your screen and personally
28:37 outreach to your leads, sharing the
28:38 problem that you can solve. You send
28:41 this video into their social media, DMs,
28:43 their email, LinkedIn, and all of that
28:46 so that they see this. And for me, this
28:48 has been the outreach system that worked
28:50 the best. When I was younger with the
28:53 websites, I used to do this over and
28:55 over again. Now, the second strategy is
28:57 the content game. First, you need to
28:59 determine your audience, the people that
29:01 you want to reach with your content. And
29:02 then you basically create content that
29:05 attracts the right clients. I mean, the
29:07 best example that I can give you is you
29:10 watching this video right now. I made a
29:11 video for you. And you see this
29:13 happening on YouTube, on Instagram, on
29:14 LinkedIn. And there are so many
29:16 different platforms where you can reach
29:18 the whole world through just a simple
29:20 screen nowadays. Then the only thing
29:22 left in order to generate leads and
29:24 potential clients is that you combine it
29:26 with a lead magnet or any sort of way
29:28 that they can contact you. And then
29:30 lastly, strategy number three, which is
29:32 the ads implementation, which basically
29:33 starts with the same thing, determining
29:36 your audience. You can set up a campaign
29:38 on Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube or
29:40 different platforms where it allows you
29:42 to set up ads. you just pay a certain
29:44 amount of money and you can literally
29:46 attract the right leads and this is a
29:49 bit more risky because you invest you
29:51 invest your money here. While on the
29:52 other hand, the previous methods that I
29:54 showed you number one and number two are
29:56 more depending on your time and your
29:58 energy. While this one is more depending
30:01 on your strategy and investment. But if
30:02 I'm going to explain all of these
30:04 methods in detail in this video, this
30:06 video would be a couple hours long. But
30:09 I recently recorded a full video on this
30:11 breaking down everything, every single
30:13 method and exactly how I implement it in
30:15 my business. So I'll make sure that if
30:17 you stick to the end of this video, I'll

30:21 have for you. And one thing we must not
30:23 forget that this is also a very crucial
30:25 moment to start implementing AI in your
30:28 processes. You can outsource a lot of
30:30 simple tasks such as writing scripts for
30:33 yourself, doing analyzements on chat GPT
30:34 and all of that. There is so much more
30:36 nowadays. You have a lot of complex
30:38 tests that you can outsource through big
30:41 softwares and AI tools such as doing
30:43 data analyzements on your leads,
30:44 filtering your leads, mapping them out,
30:46 categorizing them, and even doing the
30:49 outreach for you. But I'll share some
30:50 more on that in a second. Now, step
30:52 five, when you do the outreaching, and
30:54 when you have like leads coming in, you
30:56 want to close high ticket deals. And the
30:58 only goal of the previous step, you
30:59 know, the outreaching and lead
31:01 generation methods is to get people
31:03 convinced to hop on a call with you.
31:05 Trust me, you don't want to sell them
31:06 anything before they hop on a call with
31:08 you. Especially when you have like these
31:10 high ticket services. You need at least
31:12 30 to 60 minutes one-on-one with them in
31:14 a video call to explain them and
31:16 convince them that this is the right
31:18 option and the right decision to make so
31:19 that you have time to listen to their
31:21 problem and their situation that you can
31:24 explain your solution all in order to
31:26 close that deal. Now, maybe you might
31:28 have expected some crazy sales tactics
31:31 over here, but that's not how it works.
31:33 Sales is actually just listening to your
31:35 potential client instead of pitching and
31:38 convincing and all of that. I mean, I've
31:40 done hundreds of different sales calls
31:42 in my life so far. But I came to a
31:44 conclusion, you don't sell, you listen
31:46 and then you solve. Because the goal
31:48 isn't to convince on a sales call. It's
31:51 to confirm the fit and show them the
31:53 right path forward. You take them by the
31:55 hand and you help them to solve their
31:56 problem in the right way. I mean
31:58 basically sales is just a structured
32:01 conversation about pain plus solution.
32:02 When you combine those two in the right
32:04 way, you will make a deal inshallah. And
32:06 eventually all those strategies, the
32:07 sales strategies, the outreaching
32:09 strategies will lead to having a
32:12 calendar that looks like this inshallah.
32:14 A calendar filled with potential clients
32:17 that are jumping to work with you. But
32:18 in order to close such deals, you must
32:21 make sure to offer a clear price. I
32:22 mean, don't dance around with it and
32:25 don't compromise. This is the biggest
32:26 mistake that a lot of people make. You
32:28 know, just remember if the problem is
32:30 big enough and the solution is good
32:33 enough, people will pay for it. And your
32:36 only mission during this call is to
32:38 communicate that in the best way. Now, I
32:40 mean, closing your first client is nice,
32:42 but your business won't last long if you
32:45 don't fulfill your promise with amazing
32:48 services and amazing results. Now, the
32:50 final step in here is deliver, document,
32:52 and skill. Because we've talked about
32:55 all the processes, but in order to
32:57 charge highlevel prices, you need to
32:59 make sure that you deliver highlevel
33:01 results. And in order to deliver highle
33:04 results, you need a highlevel customer
33:06 journey. Meaning that each one of your
33:08 customers go through the exact same
33:10 process that you've built in order to
33:12 get to the same outcome. And to make it
33:13 a bit more simple, I mean business
33:15 essentially is all about consistent
33:18 delivery and repeatable systems. Because
33:20 once your repeatable systems give the
33:22 consistent delivery, the consistent
33:24 results to your clients, that's where
33:26 money comes to the table and not just
33:29 money like happy clients that want to
33:31 spend money on you because they love
33:33 what you're doing because clients only
33:35 stay or refer you to other potential
33:37 clients when you actually deliver what
33:40 you promised. And I mean true baraka,
33:43 true blessings comes from during it with
33:45 excellence and intention. Because our
33:46 prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
33:48 wasallam said, "Verily, Allah has
33:51 prescribed excellence in all things."
33:52 And this is exactly where your
33:55 contractor plus a stack really comes
33:57 into place. I mean, when talking about
33:59 setting up your customer journey, you
34:01 need to start documenting all of your
34:02 business processes. Meaning, you start
34:04 at the beginning when your client signs
34:06 the contract. What happens then? You
34:07 have an onboarding. You give them access
34:09 to your dashboards or whatever. Then you
34:11 debrief your contractors. You let your
34:12 team know what needs to be happening.
34:14 Then your team starts working on the
34:16 ideas, the concepts and everything like
34:19 that. You step by step work on all of
34:21 the things. You identify all of the
34:22 things that are going on in your
34:24 business all the way until you deliver
34:27 the results. So from the start of the
34:29 collaboration with your clients until
34:31 the delivery, you determine what happens
34:33 in between. And then what you do is
34:35 simply assign these tasks to either your
34:38 contractor or you automate it with AI.
34:40 And that's when you can really really
34:42 skill and make a lot of halal money. I
34:44 mean the foundational rule in your
34:46 business needs to be that every single
34:48 task that you do more than once should
34:51 become a template, an SOP or a checklist
34:53 so that eventually you can outsource it
34:56 or automate it with AI. And only when
34:58 you've set this up correctly, you are
35:00 able to scale further inshallah. This is
35:01 the moment where you can get more
35:03 clients, get good testimonials, you
35:05 know, good reviews, and hire even a
35:07 bigger and a better team. Inshallah, I
35:09 mean when a client signs the contract
35:11 and starts working with you, you start
35:13 setting up the client, you link them to
35:16 a contractor, you combine it with AI and
35:18 software so that the delivery is fully
35:20 taken care of and you can provide the
35:22 right results to your clients which then
35:23 gives you happy clients and good
35:26 testimonials which boost it to even sign
35:28 more clients. It's a loop that
