0:33 limb. For the hip joint, support the
0:35 thigh with one hand and the leg with the
0:38 other hand. Bend the hip by bringing the
0:40 knee towards the patient's head as far
0:49 Next, with the same hand hold, bring the
0:52 leg away from the other leg. Hold for 20 seconds.
1:00 Next, bend the knee and hip to 90°. Fix
1:03 the knee and rotate the leg in. Hold for
1:07 20 seconds. Rotate the leg out. Hold for
