0:03 You need to [music] do everything you can
0:05 can
0:07 to be where you want to be. Are you
0:10 doing everything if you're wanting to be
0:13 an online coach? Are you doing every
0:15 thing you can to be able to be in the
0:18 position [music] to be that? If you're
0:20 wanting to be a dad the most or be in
0:22 your marriage, are you doing everying
0:25 thing you possibly can [music] to be there?
0:38 And that's the thing. I know people
0:40 leave me with situations. They're like,
0:41 "I can't do it." I'm like, "You can,
0:43 though." Like, "No, I really don't have
0:46 it." I'm like, "You do though. You're
0:48 not parting with it.
0:50 You just don't [music] believe it's
0:52 recoming back to you. You think you're
0:54 supposed to love what you do. You're
0:57 supposed to like all this [ __ ] A
1:00 realing man has a purpose and he sticks
1:02 to his purpose whether the he likes it
1:05 or not. And that is the most validating
1:07 aspect. That is where he gets his
1:09 pleasure is that he did everything he
1:12 must do and he lays his head down at
1:15 night secure that he did every thing in
1:17 his power because fatigue is the best
1:18 pillow. [music] These [ __ ]
1:20 can't even sleep at night. They're so
1:22 soft, Josh. They can't even sleep. When
1:24 people come up to me, I just think that
1:27 does this guy really admire himself?
1:29 [ __ ] no, he doesn't. Get his [ __ ] ass
1:33 out of here. [ __ ] lame.
1:35 People like, "Oh, that's awful rough.
1:38 How the is anyone going to break this
1:40 massive, massive stretch of comfort
1:43 they've had, unless they're shocked the
1:45 [ __ ] out of into reality. If most your
1:48 guys' people really told you how they
1:50 feel about you and they didn't lie, if
1:52 you can read their thoughts, you'd be
1:54 embarrassed as
1:56 straight up. Your wife's sitting there
1:59 going, "I wonder when John is going to
2:02 just really start making some money.
2:04 God, it's been 12 [music] years. He
2:06 keeps trying [ __ ] and failing and trying
2:09 [ __ ] and failing. The [ __ ] is the matter
2:11 with him? Can [snorts] he pull it
2:13 together?" John's s sitting there
2:15 thinking the same thing.
2:18 He's coming to his wife, Karen.
2:20 I'm going to do this diet this year. I'm
2:22 really going to get jacked. No more fat
2:25 John. No more fat Tommy. This shit's
2:27 pathetic. All you guys coming with your
2:30 big ass plan [music] to your people. And
2:33 then so selfishly breaking that plan,
2:35 the same [ __ ] day, the same week, the
2:38 same month, the same year, looking your
2:40 kids in the face and telling them,
2:43 "Dad's going to change and doesn't."
2:45 That's why I'm saying it's not how
2:46 you're going to make the money, it's
2:49 who. So, this is my this is my reason
2:51 for self-investment. My reason for
2:53 self-investment is because
2:54 self-investment is the only true
2:57 depiction of self-love. You can only say
2:59 you love yourself as much as [music] you
3:00 invest in yourself. This ain't that
3:03 Steuart Smallley I'm good enough. I'm
3:04 smart enough. Dog gone it. Everybody
3:06 likes me [ __ ] Those fake ass
3:08 affirmations aren't real if the actions
3:10 aren't there. So the point is your
3:12 actions towards self-love, your
3:14 self-investment is a depiction of
3:17 self-love. We are creating our capacity
3:21 to love and give love. It starts within.
3:23 So we're creating that love within in
3:25 the morning with our self-investment
3:28 process. So therefore, we can give it at
3:30 the level at which it was created
3:32 within. Now, everybody wants to the
3:34 chapter, they want to start on chapter
3:37 15. You've seen that picture where
3:39 there's like one guy climbing a ladder
3:41 and he's like
3:42 >> eight rungs up and the rungs are like
3:44 this close and there's the other [ __ ]
3:46 ladder where the guy's under the last
3:49 rung and it's way above his head. Like
3:51 this is everybody. They think they're
3:53 just going to jump to some high level.
3:55 No, just start with an early wake up
3:58 time and work out every day. Just get
4:00 blood flow and then start tracking your
4:03 macros. Trust me, you'll be like, "Man,
4:06 this is crazy." it. So many [ __ ]
4:08 eight figure CEOs that don't even know
4:10 what macros are. How the don't you know
4:13 what's on your plate? So you look down
4:16 at your body and it's a [ __ ] bag [ __ ]
4:19 stacked full of [ __ ] and you hate it.
4:21 Like you look like [ __ ] and you and you
4:23 sit down with food in front of you. You
4:26 never thought to say, "Does this plate
4:28 of food serve me or doesn't it?" How the
4:30 [ __ ] do you call yourself an
4:33 intellectual if you're destroying every
4:35 moment of your day by how shitty your
4:38 body is? Like, "Oh, I look fat in this
4:39 shirt. Oh, I wonder if they think I'm
4:42 fat. Oh [ __ ] I feel fat." Like, look at
4:45 that energy leak that a fat person has.
4:46 All they're thinking about is if they
4:48 look fat. People think they're fat. They
4:49 look fat from this angle, that angle,
4:51 this other one. All they're thinking
4:52 about is that they're fat. I've been
4:54 fat. That's all you think about. These
4:56 pants may look fat. You sure? When
4:57 you're jacked, you don't even have to
4:59 think about all that. You wipe that
5:00 whole slate clean. You're like, "Damn, I
5:02 look good from every angle because I put
5:05 the work in. I put the [ __ ] work in."
5:07 These [ __ ] don't realize that
5:10 if they just anything that's so negative
5:13 inside you is a punishment cuz you're
5:16 doing it wrong. You can't choose to say,
5:19 "No, I enjoy being fat." You feel
5:21 negative about your appearance cuz
5:24 you're doing it wrong. You're living
5:27 wrong. You're trashing this gift of a
5:28 body you've been given. You're supposed
5:31 to be proud of it. Supposed to polish
5:33 it, shave it, [ __ ] have it just
5:37 ready, just on point. I just don't
5:40 understand why people don't get that.
5:42 The man who takes more pride in the
5:45 steps it takes to attain that result
5:47 than that result, he can't be stopped.
5:49 And you ain't ready for that million
5:52 bucks if you want the million bucks. I
5:55 want to prove that I'm unstoppable. I
5:57 want to prove that I'm the best at what
5:59 I [ __ ] do. I want to prove that you
6:01 can be the best if you listen to me. I
6:02 want to prove that we can [ __ ] do
6:04 this [ __ ] but we just have to get up
6:06 and [ __ ] do it. And we have to do it
6:08 right. We have to put our soul into we
6:10 have to care. And the thing is is
6:12 everybody wants that. They want that
6:14 quick [ __ ] route. Well, and I I tell
6:17 them, dude, your chapter one ain't my
6:19 chapter 15, [ __ ] I may have got
6:21 you a six-pack and got you ripped in a
6:24 year, but realize I'm 15 years into this
6:26 mindset training. You ain't going to be
6:27 able to make the video I make. You're
6:29 going to be stuttering, stammering, and
6:31 [ __ ] not making sense, [ __ ]
6:33 You haven't you haven't built your
6:35 belief system yet. Clarify your vision
6:37 and plan with precision. Like, what's
6:39 your vision of who you want to be?
6:41 Create that, [ __ ] first. Like,
6:43 the first thing we manifest in our life
6:46 is like our body and ourselves. So, like
6:49 visualize the man you are, the 10.0
6:51 version of you, [music] and create that
6:55 [ __ ] Every time your old lesser
6:56 self wants to be like, "No, let's go
6:58 drink or let's go eat this [ __ ]
7:00 food." Just operate from that character
7:02 you've created, that 10.0 you and say,
7:06 "No, I don't. My higher self, this 10.0
7:08 me doesn't do that. If you operate from
7:10 this person and don't deviate from them,
7:12 you will then be that person." And I was
7:14 even talking to Tom Hanks and Chad about
7:15 that. And I said, "Well, it's like
7:17 character acting. Like you become we
7:21 created a character for your son and now
7:23 we're just making him do the steps to
7:26 adhere to that character. That character
7:28 doesn't drink. That character works out
7:30 every day. That character gets up at
7:32 this time. That character eats this way.
7:34 Say this character." And then over time,
7:36 you'll habitually construct the mindset
7:39 where being that person is a lot easier
