0:45 up carnivores and keto dieters. That's
0:47 that's all they can do. And if I would
0:49 ask coach diabetes right now, what's my
0:51 diet? If he could not answer it, he
0:53 would call me like a carnivore or
0:56 whatever. The fact that Demy got hacked,

1:20 chicken and arenic rice, and lot of
1:22 fiber. And here's what he actually
1:26 answered. Juice, sugar, water, rice,
1:30 bread, potatoes, legumes, and sodium, pe
1:32 protein powder, raw sugar, biscoff,
1:35 biscuit. Man, where is the dairy milk
1:37 chocolate? Like, what in the world? Why?
1:39 How can you you miss out on on that
1:42 detail when you're clearly having it?
1:44 The proof is right there in the video.
1:46 Your crave um animal fat like crazy. But
1:51 other than that, my um my comment is is
1:53 really accurate about what he's eating.
1:56 It's basically just sugar molecules and
2:00 lot of toxins and fiber and pesticides
2:04 and um and herbicides and more sugar and
2:08 bis of biscuit which is basically just
2:10 carbs and I guess some type of seed oils
2:13 and sugar and he thinks that he actually
2:14 thinks that this diet is healthy. Like
2:16 it's unbelievable man. I think these
2:19 people they just want to know that they
2:21 have the freedom of the choice to
2:23 actually eat this. Well, you can eat
2:25 whatever you want. You can you can buy
2:27 from the store whatever you want. But
2:30 just know that some raw liver would end
2:32 all this cuz you you would actually feel
2:35 what uh real food feels like. And
2:38 someone else asked him that um how come
2:41 he never became lean? I keep saying how
2:44 this diet is unsustainable and um you
2:46 won't be able to stick to it in the long
2:48 run cuz you you're just going to crave
2:50 animal fat. And vegans instead of eating
2:52 animal fats, they just going to eat seed
2:55 oils. But look what is his excuse. He
2:57 responded, I've been leaner in the past.

3:04 the sodium. How much how much salt can
3:05 you eat, man? Cuz that's what he means
3:08 by sodium. Like how can you eat so much
3:11 salt? like to even to even mention it.

3:19 of my foods contain any salt except um
3:22 the the aged cheeses. And even in those
3:25 I I can't stand the one that are like
3:27 really really salted. It has to have
3:29 like so little salt that I barely feel
3:32 that the the salt is there for me to be
3:34 able to consume it. So yeah, that's the
3:36 only food that I consume that has any
3:38 salt. And even that I try to consume
3:40 less and less because it's not too
3:42 ideal, but it's still hurtier than your
3:44 biscoff biscuits or whatever. So yeah,
3:47 that's his excuse. He he thinks he did
3:50 not become lean because of of the salt
3:53 cuz apparently salt makes you like but
3:56 man, it's it's clearly not all water
3:58 retention what he's having. But yeah,
4:01 whatever. Lives in denial. And the other
4:03 excuse is that because because he was
4:06 not doing enough exercise and he was not
4:08 sweating enough cuz he if he would have
4:11 sweat then um he would lose all this
4:14 water retention because of salt. Nice
4:16 excuses buddy. And by the way he keeps
4:19 asking me to to make a reaction but uh
4:22 he this main account of mine is actually
4:25 banned. Like what type of friend can you
4:28 be with someone if if they they ban you
4:30 from commenting? Finn primal friend
4:32 would never ban me. He's so low on
4:35 energy that um I I have to use like a
4:37 secondary account that is no longer
4:39 banned. Not no longer that's not banned
4:42 at all. He's low on energy to unblock me
