0:52 reservation is made with all pms systems

1:03 to choose for automatic payments and we
1:05 can talk to the guests a lot more

1:21 we have our night shift at who always
1:25 did the payment manually and because
1:27 they we switch to automatic now they
1:29 have so much more time that almost like
1:31 looking at at their shifts and they were
1:34 pretty bored so we're adding just some
1:36 new tasks like cleaning tasks so there
1:39 we could save some more time in cleaning

1:55 cleaning just for the housekeeping in

2:05 from there they will add new features or
2:08 start developing it took a few weeks to
2:11 really get Muse going and yeah the
2:13 easiest thing is that the team learns
2:15 very quickly people the worker pretty
2:17 young they started working here with
2:19 most of them without any experience in
2:22 the hotel industry so because it's so
2:25 easy system to use so it didn't took
2:26 them for their training and everything
