0:03 Yo, what's up everyone? Today I'm going
0:05 to show you guys how to make a channel
0:07 exactly like this one to earn money
0:09 consistently and overnight while you're
0:11 sleeping. By the way, my name is Alex
0:13 and I run a few channels. One of them is
0:15 this one. It makes me roughly 2K a
0:17 month. And here's another AI commentary
0:19 channel that I just got monetized like
0:22 two weeks ago. It's also pulling me in
0:24 around 1,200 a month and I do YouTube
0:26 shorts fulltime. So, if you guys want to
0:27 learn how to do this, just continue
0:28 watching. And I'm going to be going
0:30 fully in depth. I'm not going to waste
0:31 any of your time. So, let's just get
0:33 started. And real quick, guys, I've been
0:34 working on something behind the scenes
0:37 for a couple months now, dialing in the
0:39 exact system that took me from being
0:42 stuck in 30,000 view jail to putting me
0:45 in millions and millions of views a day
0:47 on autopilot. And now, for the first
0:49 time, I'm opening up Shorts Mastery
0:52 Inner Circle, a 180day one-on-one
0:54 mentorship where I'll personally help
0:57 you break from that 30,000 view jail,
1:00 and scale your YouTube Shorts automation
1:02 channels past $10,000 a month. You'll
1:05 have real one-on-one access to me. We'll
1:07 be calling each other, breaking down
1:08 your content, fixing what's holding you
1:10 back, and building a system that
1:12 actually brings results. Inside the
1:15 weight list, I'm giving away three free
1:17 one-on-one calls with me, randomly
1:19 selected to those on the weight list.
1:21 The weight list is on Telegram. It's
1:23 completely free. And on November 13th,
1:26 I'll be revealing who gets those three
1:28 free one-on-one calls. I'm posting there
1:31 twice a day with insights I don't share
1:33 on YouTube. Things like how to spot
1:36 viral patterns, automate faster, and
1:38 actually start gaining real traction.
1:40 This launch is private. is dropping
1:42 inside the weight list first, which is
1:44 in Telegram. It's completely free, and
1:45 if you're not in there, you'll probably
1:47 miss your shot completely. So, if you're
1:49 done guessing, tired of hitting the same
1:51 30,000 view jail, and ready to finally
1:54 turn your channel into a system that
1:56 prints, hit the link in the description,
1:58 join the wait list, it's completely
2:00 free, and have an opportunity to lock in
2:02 a spot to work with me one- on-one
2:04 before they're all taken. Back to the
2:05 video. So, first thing you're going to
2:08 want to do is find a niche. So, step
2:10 one, go to your Chrome, open an
2:13 incognito window, and start looking.
2:14 Once you're on here, just click on
2:16 shorts and start scrolling.
2:18 >> So, I scrolled a few times. As you can
2:20 see, this guy is pulling in a bunch of likes.
2:21 likes.
2:22 >> It's just like a commentary video. Let's
2:24 go over to the actual channel itself.
2:26 You can see he's pulling in pretty good
2:28 views. He's pulling millions of views
2:30 per video, and he has like almost
2:32 100,000 subs. So, I'm going to go ahead
2:34 and show you guys how to make videos
2:36 exactly like these. It's just commentary
2:38 AI videos. All you need to do is go on
2:40 Tik Tok. All right. Once you're on Tik
2:41 Tok, click on this explore button. Make
2:43 sure you're not logged in. And now
2:44 you're going to want to find a cool
2:47 video. All right. So, I looked for a
2:49 while and I found this pretty cool video
2:52 of a compilation of dogs or pets saving
2:55 their owners. So, I'm going to go ahead
2:57 and just take this video. Then, you can
2:59 go to download Tik Tok video HD. Then,
3:01 you can just put the Tik Tok video right
3:03 into here. Then, you're going to want to
3:05 click HD because that's the best one.
3:07 Then you can just save it. Now you
3:08 should have the clip. Once you have the
3:10 clip, you're going to want to write a
3:12 script. So just go to Google Docs and
3:14 then put your video beside your Google
3:16 Doc. All right. Now, this is kind of the
3:17 boring part, but it's the necessary
3:18 part, but you're going to have to write
3:20 a script. A lot of people say, "Oh, use
3:22 AI to write the script. Use this. Use
3:23 that." But in reality, you're not going
3:25 to want to use AI. It's going to make
3:26 the script really bad. Don't use any
3:29 other type of AIs. Don't use Gemini.
3:30 Don't use Yeah, you get the point. Just
3:31 don't use AI to write the script. You're
3:33 going to want to do this yourself. So,
3:35 let me show you exactly how I write
3:36 scripts. It's pretty easy. You're just
3:38 going to watch the video and just kind
3:39 of write what you're seeing. So, I'm
3:41 going to do this lady was trying to
3:45 enter. No, this lady was entering her
3:50 house when this bear popped out of
3:54 nowhere. She started screaming, but the
3:59 dog started defending her. The dog was
4:03 so brave that the bear ran away. All
4:07 right, and that's basically it. Uh, now
4:10 we just go to the next video. And for
4:12 this one, the owner opened the door and
4:14 this jaguar bounced on him, but then the
4:16 dog attacked him. So, we're going to do
4:20 something similar. This next guy was
4:25 just going into his house when this
4:30 giant leopard pounced on him. The dog
4:35 luckily didn't run away but saved the
4:36 day. I'm just going to end it at two
4:39 clips because usually YouTube shorts are
4:41 good around 20 seconds long. Especially
4:43 if they're AI commentary videos, you
4:45 want them to be around 20 seconds long.
4:46 You can make them longer if you want,
4:48 but I'm just going to show just for this
4:49 video. I'm going to make it 20 seconds
4:51 long because I don't want to drag out
4:52 this video insanely long. So, once you
4:54 have the script written, all you got to
4:58 do is go to 11 Labs. Then you go to text
5:00 to speech. And my favorite voice to use
5:02 is max deep and crisp. You can use any
5:04 one you want, but this is a settings I
5:06 use. If you guys want to see, it's 30%,
5:09 30%, 80%, and then 1.14. Then you just
5:11 paste your script right into here and
5:12 click generate.
5:14 >> This lady was entering her house.
5:15 >> Yeah. So that's going to make the
5:16 script. You're just going to want to
5:18 download it. So now we have the video
5:20 and we have the voice over. So next
5:23 thing you're going to want to do is open
5:25 Capka. All right. So CapKa is free. All
5:28 you got to do is take your video and
5:30 then take your voice over. Then you just
5:34 drag it into here and then we cut off
5:36 the video right here. Now we have the
5:38 voice over and we're going to split it
5:39 up. You want it to kind of overlap so
5:41 it's kind
5:43 >> So there's like no u space in between
5:44 it. And then we're going to make this
5:45 video a bit quieter. We're going to make
5:47 it like 8.7.
5:48 >> Started defending her. The dog was
5:50 >> Then you just do this for the entire
5:52 script. And there we go. Now, as you can
5:53 see, the video is a bit too long for the
5:54 voiceover. So, we're going to go ahead
5:57 and clip it up
5:58 out of nowhere. She started screaming,
6:00 but the dog started defending her. Now,
6:01 we end the video there, and we're just
6:03 going to drag to the next clip.
6:05 >> Way. This next guy was just going into
6:07 his house when this giant leopard
6:08 pounced on him. The dog luckily didn't
6:10 run away, but saved the day.
6:12 >> Yeah. And that's basically it. So,
6:13 you're probably wondering, "Oh, is this
6:15 all you got to do?" Well, the short
6:17 answer is yes. But then the longer
6:20 answer is if you actually want it to go
6:22 viral, you need to add some other stuff
6:25 for it to go viral, like zoomins, sound
6:28 effects, risers, other things. So, first
6:29 thing we're going to do is make this
6:31 entire voice over a bit louder. I
6:33 usually like doing three. Then, we're
6:36 going to go ahead and add a auto
6:38 caption. But before you click generate,
6:40 you're going to want to make this into a
6:42 compound compound clip so it's all
6:44 together. And then you click generate.
6:46 Okay, since we have the captions now,
6:47 all you got to do is put it in the
6:49 middle. Then I like going to animation
6:52 and my favorite one is color bounce.
6:53 >> This lady was entering.
6:57 >> Then I go to text and I make it TD4's
6:59 child. That's the font that I use. Then
7:02 I add some stroke and make it around
7:04 50%. All right. So now you can see it's
7:05 kind of boring to look at. There's like
7:07 no zooms or anything. It's just the
7:08 captions and then the voice over. So,
7:10 what we're going to do is we're going to
7:12 like split it up and add some zooms. So,
7:14 let me show you guys how to do it.
7:16 >> When this bear popped out of nowhere.
7:17 >> So, where the sentence ends, that's
7:18 where you're going to want to clip it.
7:20 And then we're going to click on
7:22 animation and then I'm going to click on
7:25 the zoom one and I'm going to make it 3
7:27 seconds. Then after that, I'm going to
7:29 add a zoom in on the entire clip. So,
7:30 you're going to click on the clip and
7:33 add transform key frame. Then go to the
7:35 last frame and then click transform
7:37 again. And then you can just zoom in and
7:39 move it. So I want it to zoom like that
7:40 much. So it's going to look like this.
7:42 >> This lady was entering her house when
7:43 this bear pop.
7:45 >> And when the bear gets in uh the thing,
7:47 I'm going to add another key frame and
7:48 zoom in onto the bear. I'm going to go
7:51 like this and track it. We can move it
7:53 again right here. Yeah, I think that's
7:54 pretty good. So now it's going to look
7:55 something like this.
7:56 >> This lady was entering her house when
7:58 this bear popped out of nowhere. She started.
7:58 started.
8:00 >> So the next clip, I'm actually going to
8:02 start it zoomed in like this. Then I'm
8:04 going to end the clip with it being
8:05 zoomed out like that.
8:07 >> Nowhere. She started screaming, but the
8:08 dog started defending her.
8:10 >> Then this last clip, I'm going to start
8:12 it right here. Then I'm going to end it
8:14 with her petting it. So kind of like that.
8:15 that.
8:17 >> The dog was so brave that the bear ran away.
8:17 away.
8:19 >> So then this next clip, I'm going to
8:22 start it with a zoom out. So I'm going
8:23 to start it like that. So I'm going to
8:25 start the next clip on the guy and his
8:27 dog. Then I'm going to zoom out when the
8:29 leopard actually jumps on him. So it's
8:30 going to look something like this.
8:32 >> This next guy was just going into his
8:34 house. And then this next clip, I kind
8:36 of want to track the leopard. So I'm
8:39 going to zoom out again. Zoom in again.
8:41 Make it lower. And I want to zoom out.
8:44 Keep tracking it.
8:45 So now it's going to look something like this.
8:46 this.
8:47 >> This next guy was just going into his
8:49 house when this giant leopard pounced on
8:51 him. The dog luckily didn't run away but
8:52 saved the day.
8:54 >> That's basically it. So that's it for
8:56 all the zooms in and like all the
8:58 effects. Now I want to add the sound
8:59 effects and everything and like the
9:02 circles and everything. So first thing I
9:04 like to add is a Dean. And I also like
9:09 to add the awkward moment sound effect.
9:10 If you guys want to there's a pack in
9:12 the description. It'll have all my
9:15 assets that I use to edit my shorts.
9:16 This lady was
9:18 >> So yeah. Now add the Dean. I don't want
9:19 it to be super loud. I'm going to make
9:21 it like seven. So it's going to sound
9:22 like this. this lady was.
9:24 >> And then we're going to add a circle
9:26 onto the lady. Remember, you guys can
9:28 get the pack. It's in the bottom in the
9:30 description. It has all the circles, all
9:31 the sound effects, all the songs I use
9:33 to edit my shorts. So, yeah, we're going
9:35 to grab the red circle and we're going
9:38 to put it over this lady. So, what I
9:40 like to do is add a mask because I don't
9:42 like how thick the circle is and we're
9:43 going to make it a bit thinner like
9:46 that. Then, we're going to make it click
9:49 on transform and track the lady. So,
9:51 just go a few frames forward and then
9:53 make it smaller. Then keep tracking her.
9:55 Uh, we're going to make it a bit more.
9:57 Make it bigger. Keep tracking her. And
9:58 then we're going to make it fade out.
10:00 So, we're going to click the split,
10:02 delete this right here, and click on
10:04 animation. Click out. And then do a fade out.
10:05 out.
10:06 >> So, now it's going to look something
10:07 like this.
10:09 >> This lady was entering her house.
10:10 >> And then we're going to go for the next
10:12 clip. And we're going to add an awkward
10:14 moment sound effect.
10:16 >> This next guy. This next guy was just going.
10:16 going.
10:18 >> Yeah. And that's basically it. I'm not
10:19 going to add an arrow on him cuz he's
10:21 like visibly seen. He's like a lot
10:22 bigger on this next one. That's
10:24 basically it. Uh if you want to, you can
10:26 add a riser. Uh that's also going to be
10:27 in the pack by the way. And we're just
10:29 going to overlay it. So it's going to be
10:31 right before the second clip like that.
10:32 So now it's going to sound something
10:33 like this.
10:35 >> When this bear popped out of nowhere,
10:36 she started screaming. But
10:37 >> by the way guys, this is not the end of
10:38 the video. So make sure you're going to
10:40 keep watching cuz I'm going to show you
10:43 guys the best posting settings. How to
10:45 get out of the zero view jail. And then
10:48 how to stay motivated so you can post so
10:49 much that you're eventually going to go
10:51 viral. So yeah, export it. Give it a
10:53 name. I'm going to call it times when
10:58 animals or pets saved their owners. And
10:59 then we're going to add like an emoji. A
11:00 lot of people say, "Oh, if you add an
11:03 emoji, lower the RPM or make the views
11:05 uh worse." But that's not true. You can
11:07 do whatever you want for the name. Uh
11:09 obviously make it related to the video.
11:10 Make it like a strong title. I think
11:12 this is a pretty good title. So yeah. So
11:14 guys, once you have the video right
11:16 here, what you can do is either upload
11:17 it from your computer or you can upload
11:19 it from your phone. So let me show you
11:21 guys some tips to get out of the zero
11:23 view jail. So first thing is when you
11:25 make your channel, you're going to want
11:27 to age it. So I made this account back
11:29 in 2023 and I started posting on it
11:31 around a little bit over a month ago. So
11:33 that's why this channel is able to pull
11:36 in uh millions of views because I aged
11:37 it. But if you don't have an aged
11:39 account, that's fine. What you're going
11:41 to want to do is just go to YouTube and
11:43 just watch people's videos. Uh just act
11:45 like a normal person. Just like um and
11:47 comment on the videos. Uh you can also
11:49 watch some shorts. Just scroll through
11:50 them. Just like the videos that are in
11:51 your niche that you're going to be
11:53 posting. And you're going to want to do
11:54 this for a few days to warm up your
11:56 account if it's a brand new account.
11:57 Also, even if you have an aged account,
11:59 you're also going to want to warm it up
12:00 because if you have an aged account that
12:02 you don't use, uh YouTube is still going
12:05 to flag it as suspicious because you
12:06 didn't use it for like a long time.
12:09 Also, this is what helped me escape zero
12:10 view jail is you're going to want to
12:13 send the video to your phone and upload
12:14 it from your phone. All right, guys. So,
12:16 I'm on my phone. So, I'm going to show
12:18 you how to post the video without it
12:20 getting zero view jailed. So, if you're
12:21 on your phone, what you can do is go
12:23 ahead and watch shorts for like an hour,
12:24 especially if your account is new
12:26 because YouTube is going to think you're
12:27 a bot if you're not going to do that.
12:28 But, after you watch shorts for a while,
12:30 just click on this shorts button right
12:32 here and then get the video that you
12:33 uploaded from your computer onto your
12:35 phone. So once you have it on your
12:37 phone, just upload it onto YouTube and
12:39 then just name it. So we named it times
12:45 when pets saved their owners. Okay? And
12:48 make sure you do # shorts. Okay? Hashtag
12:49 shorts is usually what gets me out of
12:51 the year jail. Make sure you do. It's
12:53 no, it's not made for kids. And make
12:55 sure it's public. A lot of people, they
12:56 forget to set it to public. I know it's
12:58 dumb, but that's basically it. And then
13:00 you want to click upload. And if you
13:02 just keep uploading videos at all, I'm
13:06 100% sure that you're going to get,
13:08 >> let me guys just show you this channel
13:10 for example that I'm literally just
13:12 uploading random videos from my phone
13:14 that I recorded on my phone. So I'm just
13:16 aging this account while posting random
13:18 videos that I just record around my
13:20 neighborhood and stuff. And as you can
13:21 see, these videos actually pull in like
13:23 1,000 views, which is a good sign, which
13:25 means we are in the short speed. So,
13:26 what you can do to age your account is
13:28 just make an account, watch YouTube
13:30 shorts on it, and then record like
13:32 random videos from your phone, and then
13:33 upload it. And then once you actually
13:34 plan on using the channel, you can just
13:36 delete those videos and then start
13:38 uploading. Also, if you guys want more
13:40 tips about escaping zero view jail, as
13:42 you're watching this video, I probably
13:45 just dropped my module on how to escape
13:46 zero view jail. And it's way more
13:48 in-depth. It has a bunch of different
13:51 methods that I used and that my audience
13:53 also used to escape the zero view jail
13:55 because a lot of people have problems
13:57 with that to this day. Also, in this
13:58 course, we're hosting monthly cash
14:01 competitions so you can win all your
14:03 money back and way more. We're also
14:05 hosting weekly calls and we got a lot of
14:07 people who are growing and getting
14:09 millions of views in this course. So,
14:11 make sure to join while it's only $8 a
14:12 month cuz I'm going to be increasing it
14:14 to $10 any day now. All right, let's
14:15 just get back to the video cuz I don't
14:16 want to waste any of your time. All
14:18 right, guys. But once you're going to
14:20 start uploading on YouTube, you're going
14:22 to be struggling with not getting any
14:24 views. And that's just the facts of it.
14:26 So, this is my first channel, I mean,
14:28 first shorts channel I ever had. And in
14:30 the beginning, I was only getting like
14:33 30,000 views a day on average. And I was
14:34 so discouraged cuz I was posting every
14:36 day. And a lot of people are going to be
14:38 stuck in this 30,000 view jail where
14:40 every single of their shorts just gets
14:42 30,000 views. I was posting like two,
14:44 three times a day and then like one time
14:46 every single day here. And I was just
14:48 getting so demotivated because I was
14:50 posting every single day but still
14:52 pulling in like 10 through 20 30,000
14:54 views. And the reality is that's going
14:56 to happen to most of you guys for the
14:57 first like 2 3 weeks when you start
15:00 posting. But as you can see for me, I
15:02 started breaking that jail around like 3
15:04 weeks in and I started pulling in like
15:06 500,000 views a day. And all of that
15:08 happened just because I was consistent
15:10 and I kept posting. you're going to want
15:12 to force yourself to post because early
15:14 on, you're literally going to be getting
15:16 so low views that you're just going to
15:18 want to quit. And that's the sad thing
15:20 about YouTube is when you just start,
15:22 it's really hard for new creators. But
15:23 if you just stay consistent and keep
15:25 trying to improve, you're guaranteed to
15:27 get views. Also, guys, to get monetized,
15:29 you're going to need 10 million engaged
15:31 views. So, this usually takes someone
15:34 who's new about 2 to 3 months. So, make
15:35 sure when you're just starting, you're
15:37 really consistent. you're posting every
15:40 day and try to improve because if you
15:42 just post every day with doing the same
15:44 exact thing, you're most likely not
