0:31 explanation so those points we are going
0:35 to discuss in today's video okay so if
0:37 you are going for any job interviews or
0:39 any interviews they ask about your
0:42 projects that what you have done so it
0:44 is better to explain them in a certain
0:46 structured manner so that all the
0:49 questions like you already answered
0:50 their questions what they are going to
0:53 ask you post your explanation okay so
0:56 there are some headlines headings or you
0:58 can say uh the format which I'm going to
1:02 discuss today so uh it is like um not
1:04 every headings will suit your projects
1:06 but it is a generalized project
1:08 explanation if the heading suits your
1:11 projects then you can include so let's
1:13 start with our headings today's video
1:16 okay so first of all uh what you should
1:18 include in your project a brief
1:20 introduction so brief introduction uh
1:22 includes your project name your project
1:26 slogan or introductory statements like
1:29 uh what your project is aiming for
1:31 second secondly uh what is your project
1:33 about so this is four to five lines of
1:35 brief introduction is enough for the
1:37 introduction phase okay so first of all
1:39 you have to start with your introduction
1:41 and introduction contains name slogan
1:43 introductory statements and what is your
1:47 project about okay secondly uh moving on
1:48 you have to mention what's the
1:51 motivation for the project idea so
1:53 motivation like environmental cause that
1:55 whether your project is dealing with
1:58 some environmental cause or it will help
2:00 the society nextly real world problem
2:03 motivation like you can uh mention the
2:05 real world problem environmental cause
2:07 uh or convenience in convenience we can
2:09 say if there are some existing methods
2:10 and you are improving that existing
2:12 methods so you are making convenient for
2:15 the users so this also comes under
2:17 motivation like uh complexity of the
2:20 task okay so we can say we can uh
2:21 experience some complexities in
2:24 performing some particular tasks so you
2:26 are making it convenient so that is also
2:29 motivation for project or as I mentioned
2:31 Improvement in existing methodologies
2:34 okay if you don't like some procedure of
2:36 uh doing something so you are improving
2:39 it or you are uh finding a way so that

2:46 time to complete the task certain task

3:41 agriculture uh agriculture domain okay
3:43 nextly there are multiple domains uh
3:45 Health informatics cyber security
3:47 Ecommerce or sap like uh if you are
3:49 providing any service as a platform then
3:51 you have to mention that project domain
3:54 that where your project recites okay so
3:56 this is the third point you have to keep
3:58 in mind while explaining your projects

4:03 next four like what does your project
4:08 do okay so in this uh in this headline
4:09 you have to mention like what is your
4:11 project aiming for what's the aim of
4:14 your project what you are doing what is
4:16 the novelity of the project okay and
4:31 work so the headlines I am like
4:33 introducing to you one by one so it is
4:36 better to keep in this sequence only

4:46 explaining my projects in this manner

5:20 audience okay so if we talk about
5:22 audience let's say I'm making an
5:24 e-commerce so I'm targeting the uh
5:27 general b let's say I am making one U
5:29 farming related app so I'm my target
5:31 audience is Farmers okay uh let's say
5:35 I'm making um replica of olola Uber or
5:37 some kind of that so my target audience
5:40 are drivers or planners like uh if I'm
5:42 planning something like if my app use uh
5:46 if my app is for scheduling tasks or you
5:49 can say um like managing something okay
5:53 so it we are targeting the audience who
5:56 generally plans like uh event management
5:59 okay uh for example if you are going to
6:01 book if are you if are going if you are
6:03 going to make one application for the a
6:05 movie theater okay if I have my private
6:08 movie theater so I am like making an
6:11 application so my target audience is the
6:12 people the person who are coming to
6:16 watch the uh movies so you have to like
6:19 be aware about your target audience and
6:21 what is the size of that target audience
6:24 okay so this target audience you have to
6:26 mention in your project okay who on
6:29 large scale are going to use your
6:31 project so don't forget to mention the
6:35 target audience okay and uh next coming
6:38 ahead you have to explain about the
6:40 requirements so what comes under
6:42 requirements so what are the initial
6:45 requirements you require for example
6:47 like if you are making one machine
6:49 learning project so first of all you
6:51 need one data set so where from where
6:53 you are getting that data set you have
6:56 to mention that like youve required this
6:58 and from where you get the data set you
7:00 have to mention that for example let's
7:02 say if you are making one health health
7:05 related app and you have to classify
7:07 diseases let's say you have to classify
7:09 the stages of cancer so you require the
7:12 data set of cancer so from where you
7:15 will get that data set of cancer okay so
7:17 that's your basic requirement that you
7:19 need the data set for machine learning
7:21 model okay nextly uh for second example
7:23 if you are making one e-commerce website
7:26 so you required some Brands who sell
7:27 their products on your e-commerce
7:29 website so these are the initial
7:31 requirements you have to uh explain
7:33 about what are your initial requirements
7:35 okay so these are the some examples like
7:38 Cloud databases geospatial images Google
7:40 Maps Google Maps like if you are making
7:44 uh apps like Rapido or Google uh Uber
7:47 okay Uber or Ola so you you requires
7:49 Google Maps some authentication or that
7:51 so what are your requirements basically
7:53 uh what are the services and platforms
7:55 or you can say artifacts you are needed
7:58 to do your projects for example computer

8:01 configuration let's say you are making
8:04 one web development or web app so web
8:08 app requires one computer that should be
8:12 on 24 into 7 okay so that kind of
8:13 computer if you want so these all are
8:15 the requirements what you requir for
8:17 your projects So based on that you have
8:18 to explain that what are your
8:20 requirements based on your projects you
8:21 have to figure out that what are the
8:22 requirements you have to mention that in your
8:23 your
8:26 explanation okay uh moving ahead what
8:28 are the Technologies used next setting
8:30 can be what are the Technologies used so
8:33 this uh techn in this heading you can
8:34 explain about the programming languages
8:37 coding platforms AWS as these are the uh
8:40 Cloud databases or uh Technologies like
8:42 flutter mean M angular flutter for
8:43 Android angular for Android and mean and
8:46 M for web development apart from this if
8:49 you're using net chash C like C So based
8:51 on your projects what other technology
8:54 you are uh you are employing so you have
8:55 to mention that technology all the
8:58 technology you have used in your project
9:00 for example let's say I'm making one
9:01 machine learning model so I required
9:03 some pre-processing techniques like kold
9:06 cross validation and uh uh some data
9:08 argumentation I have to do okay so data
9:10 augmentation like multiple uh like
9:12 multiple images same multiple images I
9:15 have to delete the same images from the
9:17 data set or I have to enhance the image
9:18 okay so that these all are the
9:20 pre-processing techniques I have to use
9:21 in while creating my machine learning
9:23 model or while creating my data set
9:25 suitable for ML models nextly uh if you
9:27 are making web development so what are
9:29 the Technologies used in web project and
9:32 prototyping tools prototypes okay so
9:34 libraries Frameworks visualization tools
9:35 these all are come these all comes under
9:38 technology you have used okay so main
9:40 headings are technology what are the
9:42 technology you have used you have to
9:44 mention that okay next Then followed by
9:48 that this is the important uh heading
9:50 which if you not explain this then might
9:53 your interviewer ask you this question
9:54 like what are the modules of your
9:56 project okay so this is the important
9:58 question or this is the important uh
10:00 headline you have to mention in your
10:03 project because if you not mention then
10:05 might next question
10:08 yeah interview next question that what
10:11 are the modules in your projects okay so
10:12 let's say uh
10:15 let's let's see this with one example
10:17 with two examples okay one for machine
10:18 learning and one for web development or
10:19 e-commerce websites let's say I'm
10:21 creating one machine learning project so
10:23 these are all the these all are the
10:25 modules okay data acquisition pre
10:27 pre-processing model training and
10:29 evaluation classification UI development
10:32 result storage registration modules okay
10:33 sorry this are this is this comes under
10:37 web development so these are the modules
10:39 which you can explain or not explain
10:41 like you can mention that that these are
10:42 the modules in my machine learning
10:45 projects So based on your uh machine
10:47 learning projects this may vary these

10:52 data acquisition pre-processing and
10:53 model training and evaluation
10:54 classification let's say if you are
10:57 using CNN or random Forest so how are
10:58 you classifying it what are the layers

11:05 which you are uh which you are making
11:07 which you are utilizing for your machine
11:09 learning projects secondly web
11:11 development if you are making a website
11:14 so registration modules cards let's say
11:15 e-commerce website okay we are taking
11:16 the example of e-commerce websites so
11:18 for making e-commerce websites these all
11:20 are the modules registration modules
11:23 card uh and and aboutus modules okay
11:25 login Pages homepage navigation bar and
11:28 site panel contact page and your orders
11:30 okay ad module and design module so
11:32 these all are the modules so basically
11:34 in this section of modules of the
11:36 project okay so uh modules of the
11:39 project includes description of
11:40 functionalities that what are the
11:42 functionalities you are going to provide
11:46 so these all comes under the modules
11:48 description okay modules of the projects
11:50 or you can say what are the stages
11:52 involved in your projects so these all
11:53 comes under modules let's say first you
11:55 have prepared data set then you are
11:58 argumented the data set okay then you've
11:59 selected the machine learning model then
12:02 you uh uh classified the machine
12:04 learning model then result uh you want
12:08 to store okay so let's say you have you
12:10 are doing some uh you are doing your
12:13 project in stages or you can say uh
12:14 talking about in terms of web
12:17 development you have multiple Pages we
12:19 have login page we have one landing page
12:23 uh we have uh that card page okay then
12:26 we have um uh payment payment page okay
12:28 so these all are the pages and you have
12:30 to mention that these all are the
12:32 modules if they ask if inter asks you
12:33 specifically about what you have done in
12:36 your payment payment page or what what
12:38 is what are the gateways you have used
12:40 for your payment page then further you
12:42 have to explain about that but just
12:45 mention the names of the modules you
12:48 have used in your project then uh don't
12:50 go in depth okay if interor is
12:52 interested then he will ask you about
12:54 that payment page or let's say if he's
12:56 interested in any modules then he will
12:58 he will ask okay so this is very
13:00 important section about your project you
13:02 should know that what are the modules
13:04 used in your projects okay
13:08 then uh coming to architecture like
13:09 there are two types of architecture high
13:10 level architecture and low level
13:14 architecture so what uh based on the
13:17 time or what if like if interv demands
13:18 you of low level architecture low level
13:21 means you have to go in depth okay that
13:24 if you are uh making One login page then
13:25 what are the Technologies you are using
13:27 in login page what are the methodologies
13:30 or what are the uh what are the stages
13:31 what are the technology you are using in
13:34 that login page okay so in high level
13:35 architecture you just have to give the
13:38 gist of your project architecture okay
13:40 so in higher level architecture just
13:44 give the overview of your uh project so
13:47 let's say if interviewer is asking you
13:50 the architecture specifically then I
13:52 suggest to mention then I suggest you to
13:53 explain your architecturing low level
13:55 architecture or else in the explanation
13:58 of your projects okay let's say if you
14:00 continuously explaining but by one then
14:01 I suggest you to use the high level
14:02 architecture of the project high level
14:05 is like just give the gist of uh gist
14:07 about the architecture of your project
14:10 okay and if uh he demands you specific
14:11 about architecture then provide the low
14:14 level architecture like go in depth okay
14:17 so this is all about architecture then
14:19 secondly what are the deployments if
14:22 your project is having some kind of
14:24 deployment then how are you making your
14:27 project accessible to all like specific
14:29 question you have to answer this
14:31 question these three questions okay in
14:33 the deployment heading that how are you
14:34 making it accessible to all if you are
14:37 using web whether you are using Android
14:39 whether you are using some web app okay
14:42 so or else you are using some if your
14:44 project is about Hardware then uh you
14:47 have to mention about the deployment of
14:50 the project okay so deployment is like
14:54 it uh it's it give us idea that your
14:56 project is completed okay if you're
14:57 deploying something then your brain
14:59 level work is done now you are using
15:01 some user interface to make it available
15:04 for accessible for the users okay so
15:06 next this deployment how you are making
15:08 your project accessible to all nextly
15:10 what deployment strategy you are using
15:12 and why let's say uh if I am making
15:14 Android app so I have many options like
15:17 I can use angular I can use flitter okay
15:19 so you have to give the reasoning behind
15:21 the usage of your technology if you're
15:23 using flitter then what is the reason
15:26 behind using flter or if you are using
15:27 angular what is the reason behind using
15:30 angular okay so what deployment strategy
15:31 you are using you have to mention that
15:35 in your deployment heading okay uh and
15:39 nextly if you are making website then
15:41 what and uh why you are use that
15:43 technology also you have to mention that
15:44 in your deployment okay so what are the
15:46 platforms what the technology you have
15:48 used for your deployment you have to
15:49 mention that or you can mention the
15:53 prototyping okay uh like also one more
15:54 thing in deployment that if you have
15:56 used adob XD for prototyping so you can
15:59 mention that I have also developed
16:01 like I have made prototype of this if
16:03 your development is not completed if
16:05 your deployment is not completed okay
16:07 you can use that prototype prototyping
16:10 tools next moving ahead while explaining
16:11 your project to your
16:14 interviews this heading challenges you
16:18 have faced is important to like from
16:20 this heading he will understand that
16:22 like you are not only explaining about
16:24 your project but you are also explaining
16:27 the journey from start to end like what
16:28 are the challenges you are facing okay
16:31 so under the challenges you are facing
16:32 there are four to five kind of
16:34 challenges if you are facing some
16:35 technical issues some technical
16:37 challenges so technical challenges like
16:39 integration of ui2 model let's say I
16:41 have made one machine learning model but
16:42 integration of machine learning model
16:45 with flutter was difficult okay so this
16:46 kind of technical challenges and how you
16:48 have solved it if you are mentioning the
16:50 challenge you have to mention that how
16:53 you overcome that challenge okay so
16:56 please mention the complete process like
16:57 you face this Challenge and you solve
16:59 this challenge by implementing the
17:01 solution nextly compatibility issues of
17:04 Technologies like uh if you are using
17:07 some database and if you are using the U
17:09 front end tools so the compatibility of
17:11 backend and front end this comes under
17:13 technical challenges challenges I
17:14 suggest you to please mention One
17:16 technical Challenge and one uh challeng
17:18 like non- Tech Challenge like team
17:21 management or time constraint okay
17:24 so this mentioning this kind of
17:24 challenges will not make your
17:27 explanation bookish if you are using
17:30 technical words or if you are like all
17:31 your explanation is having some
17:33 technical stuffs then interview might
17:37 not get connected you have to explain
17:39 the project in a way that it should be
17:42 like a story you are telling you are
17:46 telling a story like from start to end
17:48 you have to get connected with the
17:50 interview okay so for that it is
17:52 important to mention some not Tech
17:54 challenges also so Team Management if
17:56 you face any challenges in Team
17:58 Management then it is good to mention
18:01 the challenges you face like if you face
18:04 some challenges in Team Management like
18:08 uh if someone is not doing task on time
18:11 or else if someone is denying about uh
18:14 is denying to perform a particular task
18:18 so how you convinced that person to do
18:20 that task this comes under Team
18:23 Management if if some uh issues are
18:25 there like uh he don't know the text
18:29 type okay but still you have to like uh
18:31 make that task done by that person only
18:35 so how you convince that person so
18:37 explaining this in your project
18:40 explanation is like uh you are proving
18:43 that you have done one project by
18:45 managing the team or by convincing one
18:49 person so the communication uh like
18:52 interor is finding the person interor is
18:56 fetching the person who is who going to
18:58 work in the team of seven to eight people
18:59 people
19:02 okay so in that 7 to eight people not

23:59 about what you have done what you are
24:01 what you can do it in future and what
24:03 other process you have used okay so this
24:05 is the detailed explanation you should
24:08 prepare for your interview
