0:02 The first people who mastered Google ads
0:04 built empires. The first people to run
0:06 Facebook ads, they got rich. And the
0:08 people who were running Tik Tok ads,
0:10 they became overnight millionaires. And
0:12 now it's ChatGpt's turn. And this update
0:15 is your early access to dominate the
0:17 next AI gold rush. Ads are coming to
0:19 ChatGpt. And if you understand what this
0:21 really means, this could be your unfair
0:24 advantage in 2026 and beyond. So, in
0:25 this video, I'm going to be going
0:26 through what's changing, how you can
0:28 capitalize on it, and why this could be
0:31 bigger than Google, Facebook, and Tik
0:34 Tok ads combined. So, last month, OpenAI
0:36 announced on their website that Chat GBT
0:38 will now be running ads. Now, they are
0:40 rolling this out first to US customers,
0:41 and this is going to be going out to the
0:44 free and the go plans. Now, the Go plan
0:45 is a new one that they've introduced.
0:48 It's basically $8 a month and you can
0:50 get a lot of the features that you would
0:51 get on the pro plan, but you're going to
0:54 be shown ads. If you're on the pro, the
0:55 business, or the enterprise plan, you're
0:57 not going to be shown ads. So, that's
0:58 the kind of main differentiator between
1:01 this new go plan and the pro one. So,
1:03 how these ads are actually going to look
1:04 is at the bottom, you're still going to
1:06 have your whole threads. You'll still
1:08 have your normal chat GPT. Nothing's
1:09 going to change with your experience
1:11 there, but at the bottom of the screen,
1:13 you're going to get a really clear
1:15 advert. So, it's not like suddenly all
1:16 the answers are going to be sponsored.
1:18 There's a really clear advert at the
1:19 bottom and it's going to be recommending
1:21 things that are suitable for you. So,
1:23 here's an example of how these ads will
1:25 work. You will be asking away. You'll
1:29 say, "Hey, can you create me a chicken
1:31 recipe for my air fryer? I've got
1:33 tomatoes. I've got whatever." And it's
1:34 going to come up with a recipe. So, your
1:36 normal thread is going to look exactly
1:37 the same. Then, at the bottom, it's
1:39 going to say, "Hey, do you want to buy
1:41 this hot sauce?" and you're like, "Oh,
1:43 that does look like a hot sauce that I
1:44 want to add on that chicken. I think
1:46 that's a great idea." And so, you can
1:48 then just purchase that, purchase it
1:50 directly through JBT, and those are the
1:52 kind of ads that it's going to do. It's
1:53 kind of like, you know, when you're on
1:54 Amazon or something and you go and buy
1:56 something and it says other people are
1:57 buying this, and you're like, "Yes, I do
1:59 want that extra thing that you've just
2:00 suggested that I didn't know that I
2:02 needed, but now I definitely need." So,
2:03 it's going to be more like that. It's
2:05 not going to be interrupting. It's going
2:07 to be kind of like the add-on, kind of
2:09 like that upsell um after you've decided
2:11 what you want. So, why this is so
2:13 different is that normally on Facebook
2:15 or Google, they are the ads are
2:17 interrupted. So, they are relying on you
2:19 going on your screen and the ads are
2:20 trying to like grab your attention like
2:22 that. I always think of this. When I was
2:24 a kid, I used to go on holiday in Spain
2:26 and we always used to go down to we'd go
2:28 down to like the place where all the
2:30 restaurants were and there was a long
2:31 stretch and we'd walk along the stretch
2:33 of the restaurants and everyone would be
2:35 trying to get out and get our attention.
2:36 They were like, "Hello, hello pretty
2:38 lady, pretty lady. Here's my menu.
2:40 Here's my menu." And I'm like, "Ah." And
2:41 everyone was just trying to like
2:43 literally get in your path and show you
2:45 their menu to try and grab you into
2:47 their restaurant. That's what I kind of
2:48 think Facebook and Google is like
2:51 sometimes. it's very interruptive and
2:52 they're trying to grab your attention.
2:54 Whereas with chat GPT, they're going to
2:56 be very different. So, the flow is still
2:58 going to be the same. Um, but the ads
2:59 are going to be down the bottom. So,
3:01 you're going to be recommended things
3:02 which are suitable for you. And it's
3:05 much more conversational. It's personal.
3:07 It's very trustbased. So, it's not going
3:08 to have that same kind of pattern
3:10 interrupt that you're used to. Now, I
3:13 want to just talk about why chat GPT ads
3:15 are going to be so powerful. I honestly
3:16 think this is going to be the most
3:18 powerful form of advertising that we
3:20 have ever seen. And that's because the
3:24 number one reason is that chat GBT has
3:27 so much data. They know everything. Chat
3:29 GVT knows everything about us. Now, I
3:32 don't know about you, but I use my chat
3:33 GBT like it's a therapist. I'm like,
3:35 "Oh, I'm feeling like this today or blah
3:37 blah blah." But your chat GBT knows
3:39 everything about you. It knows whether
3:41 you're having marriage problems. It
3:42 knows whether your kid is struggling in
3:44 school. It knows where you want to go on
3:46 holiday. It knows if you're thinking
3:48 about a new business opportunity. You
3:50 are constantly feeding it stuff. And by
3:51 the way, if you're one of those people
3:53 that freaks out about that and you're
3:54 like, "No, I don't want anyone to know
3:56 any of my stuff." There are features
3:58 where you can make sure that your data
4:00 isn't being shared and it can't be used
4:01 in that way. So, don't stress about that
4:03 if you've just had a little minor
4:05 freakout. For me personally, I actually
4:06 kind of don't care. I probably should
4:08 care more, but I'm like, if they're
4:09 going to show me ads about something
4:11 that I really want and is actually good
4:13 for my life, then let's go for it. I'm
4:15 here for the recommendations. But this
4:18 is so powerful because on Facebook, we
4:20 can target people by saying, you know,
4:22 they're part of this group or they're
4:24 part of this community and we do have
4:26 like a lot of knowledge about them, but
4:28 nowhere near as much kind of
4:31 psychological and emotional knowledge as
4:33 what Chat Gvc has about us. And same
4:35 with Google. So with Google, the way
4:37 that you would run ads is very much
4:38 through keywords. So as long as you have
4:40 a really good keyword strategy, you can
4:42 get your ad in front of that person. But
4:45 with chat GBT ads, it's completely
4:46 different. This honestly levels the
4:49 playing field for advertisers and for
4:51 business owners across the board because
4:54 with chat GBT, we're now not looking at
4:56 SEO, we're looking at AEO, which is
5:00 answer engine optimization. So now the
5:02 way that you create an amazing ad and
5:04 the the way that you get that ad in
5:05 front of the exact person that you want
5:07 to get it in front of is by not thinking
5:10 what words is this person typing in,
5:11 what keywords are they using? You're
5:14 thinking what questions is this person
5:16 asking and how can I provide the answer
5:18 to that? It's a completely different way
5:20 of thinking. So actually all the people
5:22 that are used to normal SEO and are
5:24 absolute keyword magicians, it kind of
5:25 becomes redundant because this is a
5:27 completely different way of thinking
5:30 about SEO. So I think this way of
5:32 advertising is going to be so powerful.
5:35 We already know that Google is is still
5:36 getting more hits. People are still
5:38 searching more through Google but the
5:41 conversions are so much higher on chat
5:43 GPT. So this we already know that this
5:45 is a super powerful platform and that's
5:48 why when you amplify that with ads this
5:49 is going to go crazy. And another reason
5:51 why this is super cool is that it
5:53 doesn't actually matter. So far by what
5:55 chat GBC have said, it doesn't actually
5:58 matter how much you spend. So with
6:00 Google and Facebook, the the higher the
6:02 budget you have, the more your ads are
6:03 going to be shown to people. So it's
6:05 kind of like the big players win. If
6:07 you're a small fish and you've just got
6:08 a small budget, you're never going to
6:10 stand up against these big players that
6:12 got that have a massive budget. Whereas
6:14 with chat GPT, they are saying that they
6:17 are not going to prioritize spend. So it
6:19 means that even the beginners, even the
6:21 people with a small budget, all they
6:22 need to do is make sure that their
6:25 product is really optimizing that AEO,
6:28 that answer engine optimization, and
6:30 really making sure that, you know, the
6:31 targeting is right and it understands
6:33 exactly who their ideal client is, and
6:35 it really understands what it is that
6:37 they need, then they can get their ads
6:39 in front of that person just as much as
6:42 these big giants can. So, I think that's
6:43 super cool and as I said, I think it
6:45 completely levels the playing field for
6:47 everyone. So this is, if I haven't said
6:49 it already, this is a huge, huge
6:52 opportunity. There are currently 900
6:55 million users on chat GBT. This is the
6:57 fastest adopted platform by a mile. This
6:59 thing is not slowing down. So that is
7:02 900 million people who can have eyes on
7:03 the products that you need to sell. And
7:05 I see this as a huge opportunity for two
7:07 types of people. So, if you are a
7:09 business owner right now, you get to
7:12 capitalize on the old school Google days
7:14 and the old school Facebook days where
7:16 you could have a small budget. You could
7:17 spend a little bit of money on your ads
7:19 and you would get leads for pennies.
7:21 With Chat GBT, not only are you going to
7:22 get leads for pennies, you're going to
7:25 get really high quality, high converting
7:27 leads for pennies. This is why it's
7:29 different to Facebook and Google, but it
7:30 means you are right at the forefront. We
7:32 are all starting from blank here. This
7:34 is what's so exciting about it is that
7:36 no one knows how to do these yet. No one
7:38 knows what these are going to be like,
7:39 what you need to do, how you're going to
7:41 set them up. So, everyone is starting at
7:43 the same point. So, if you feel like you
7:44 missed the boat with the Facebook Ads
7:46 rush and the Google Ads rush, you can
7:48 totally jump on this and you can take
7:50 advantage of it. So, it means you can
7:52 get leads for a lot less. But also, if
7:53 you are someone that is looking to
7:55 capitalize on this as a business
7:56 opportunity, perhaps you're looking to
7:58 run these as a service, you're an agency
8:01 owner or something like that. This is
8:04 wide wide open. The reality is people
8:06 are spending a lot of money right now on
8:07 Google and Facebook and they are not
8:08 getting the kind of results that they
8:10 used to. They are spending more. The
8:12 number and the quality of leads is
8:13 getting less and a lot of business
8:15 owners are getting fed up with spending
8:16 so much money and not getting the
8:17 results. So they are looking at
8:19 alternative methods. So if you can
8:22 figure out how to do this, if you can
8:24 become the master at chat GBC ads, you
8:27 have a huge opportunity ahead of you. So
8:28 let's talk about how we can prepare for
8:30 this. Now if you are a business owner,
8:31 the way you can prepare for this is
8:34 first of all get a visibility audit of
8:37 your whole business. You need to see how
8:39 your business is showing up on normal AI
8:42 search on the LLMs like chat GBT and
8:44 Claude and Perplexity. When someone is
8:46 searching for your business, what comes
8:48 up? you really want to know where you're
8:50 standing because you first of all have
8:52 to optimize your organic strategy
8:54 because if these large language models
8:56 are not already recommending you, then
8:58 putting ad spend behind it is not really
8:59 going to help it too much. You want to
9:01 make sure that your organic strategy is
9:03 solid and then you can amplify that with
9:05 chat GPC ads. So, the way you want to do
9:07 this is I've actually put together an AI
9:09 visibility prompt. You can take this
9:11 prompt, add in all the bits about your
9:12 business, and then it's going to give
9:14 you a report and show you what your
9:16 visibility score is, how you're showing
9:17 up on these large language models, and
9:20 how discoverable you are within AI. So,
9:21 all you need to do is just click the
9:22 link below. You can download that
9:24 prompt. You can also get all the other
9:26 resources that I give away in all my
9:27 other videos as well. There's loads of
9:29 prompts and templates and everything
9:30 like that. You can get it all for free.
9:32 Um, so you're going to take that prompt,
9:34 do a visibility audit of your business,
9:36 and see what your score is. Then based
9:38 on what the recommendations are, get to
9:40 work on those first. I actually have a
9:41 whole video coming out which is going to
9:44 teach you how to optimize your business
9:46 so that you can get the large language
9:48 models like Chat GBZ and Claude to start
9:50 recommending you. But here's just a
9:51 couple of points I want you to think
9:52 about. You really want to make sure that
9:54 you have a super clear value
9:56 proposition. It needs to be so clear in
9:59 such simple language what it is, who you
10:00 serve, and why you're better than anyone
10:02 else. Your value proposition needs to be
10:05 super clear. Your website needs to get
10:07 rid of all the fancy language, all those
10:09 big paragraphs of text when you're using
10:11 all this, you know, fruity marketing
10:13 jargon. No one wants to hear that. You
10:14 need to now start thinking about your
10:16 website as kind of like an answer
10:18 engine. So that if someone asks a
10:20 question and says, "Who is the best at
10:22 this?" Then it's going to go and search
10:24 through and your website is going to
10:25 come up because it would have picked up
10:27 a little bit of text on your website.
10:29 So, instead of having big paragraphs of
10:30 text, you're going to have headlines,
10:32 bullet points, really simple, natural
10:34 conversational language. You're also
10:35 going to go on an absolute mission to
10:37 get reviews. And and as I said, I'm
10:38 going to be breaking down all of this in
10:39 a whole video. I'm going to show you
10:41 exactly how you can automate this whole
10:43 process of getting reviews, exactly how
10:44 you can switch out your website and do
10:46 all of these. But credibility is a
10:48 really big piece because ultimately AI
10:50 is going to look for credibility first.
10:52 They really care about that. And also
10:54 start thinking about how you can take
10:56 the FAQs on your website and turning
10:58 them into blog posts. The more you can
11:01 expand on FAQs and thinking first of all
11:02 what are the questions that people are
11:05 answering and you answer those, the more
11:06 you can do of that and the more content
11:08 you have around those frequently asked
11:09 questions that your clients and
11:11 customers have, the better your content
11:13 is going to land in terms of AI search.
11:14 So if you're a business owner, that is
11:15 what I would be doing to prepare right
11:18 now. If you are looking to run this as
11:20 an agency, if you want to run this as a
11:21 service, this is what I would be doing
11:24 right now. First of all, you need to
11:27 commit to being a master of this. Now,
11:29 the thing that I love about this is that
11:31 a, as I said, everyone is starting on a
11:33 on an equal playing field. So, everyone
11:35 is a beginner. But also, it doesn't
11:37 matter if you don't have any experience
11:39 in SEO or anything like that before
11:42 because AI doesn't care about keywords.
11:43 So all of that knowledge that these
11:45 people have is not going to apply to
11:47 what we're doing right here. So everyone
11:48 is starting as a beginner, all you need
11:50 to do is become a master of how these
11:53 chat GPT ads run and you'll be able to
11:55 thrive in this space. So if I were you
11:56 and you want to run this as a service,
11:58 the number one thing I would be doing is
12:01 offering visibility audits as a lead
12:04 magnet. So create a landing page, have
12:06 people opt in to get a visibility audit
12:08 of their business, and then run the
12:10 audit of their business. Then you are
12:11 going to be gathering an email list of
12:14 people that are very much aware that
12:15 they need to get this thing sorted out
12:17 and that they want help running these
12:19 chat GPT ads. You're going to be piling
12:20 together this list. If you don't want to
12:23 do that, at least create a weight list.
12:25 But right now, your number one focus
12:27 should be on learning how they work. As
12:28 soon as they come out, become a master
12:30 of that. Test them, try them, play
12:32 around with them yourself so that as
12:34 soon as they go live, you are ready
12:35 straight out the gate to start
12:37 delivering this service. So, you can
12:38 probably tell I'm pretty excited about
12:40 this opportunity. I really feel like,
12:41 you know, those times where you think,
12:43 "Oh, I just wish I knew about this back
12:45 in the day. I wish I knew about Google
12:46 back in the day. I wish I knew about
12:48 Facebook ads in the back in the day."
12:50 You are here. We are here right now. We
12:52 are at that point, my friends. So, do
12:54 not sleep on this. Make sure you are
12:57 constantly refreshing OpenAI's website
12:58 and checking out when the new
12:59 announcements are coming out. If you are
13:01 in the US, you are one of the lucky
13:02 ones. You should be absolutely running
13:04 with this. I'll be trailing behind in
13:06 the UK. I believe this is due to come
13:08 out at the end of February. So, as soon
13:10 as it does, make sure you jump on it and
13:11 just dive into the whole world of chat
13:13 GBT ads. We are about to enter one of
13:16 the most exciting times in the history
13:18 of marketing. And I'm so excited for
13:19 what's going to come from it. So, if you
13:22 want to know how you can get AI to start
13:24 recommending you and you really want to
13:26 master that organic strategy, then make
13:28 sure you subscribe to my channel because
13:30 next week I have a whole video coming
13:32 out where I'm breaking down all of those
13:33 little points that I spoke about about
13:35 how to get chatb to recommend you and it
13:38 is juicy. It is absolutely packed. Drop
13:39 a comment below and let me know what you
13:41 are most excited about. Are you going to
13:42 be running these for yourself or are you
13:43 going to be looking at selling this as a
13:45 service? Let me know. I can't wait to
