1:07 and going so how do we make sure that or
1:09 know that the story that we're telling
1:11 ourselves is an alignment with what
1:14 actually did happen yeah the first thing
1:16 I have to do is when you look at me like
1:18 that and I feel something in response to
1:21 it and I have to pay acknowledge whew a
1:22 buttons been pushed
1:24 yeah I've been hooked on something
1:25 emotional is happening here I'm
1:27 responding and then I have to be willing
1:29 to get curious about what it is so
1:31 instead of immediately going to my crazy
1:36 story I have to go to ok I'm emotionally
1:37 hooked around something the event is
1:38 happening outside you're talking to
1:40 somebody enjoying the conversation and
1:42 all of a sudden they say something that
1:44 hits something inside of you a soft spot
1:46 and your whole mind your heart starts to
1:48 close your mind starts to figure out why
1:49 did they say that did I say something
1:52 wrong and you go south you know
1:54 someone's right and you notice yourself
1:57 starting to get involved in that
2:00 reaction and so at that moment you have
2:02 to decide do I want to solve this does
2:04 this need to be solved and do I need to
2:06 think about it or am I willing to just
2:09 relax and let it pass because if when
2:12 something comes in to disturb you if you
2:15 don't let it pass right through you
2:17 you're saying that it will the the
2:20 energy of it will drag you down into it
2:22 and then you become you think you become
2:25 that thing so what are we supposed to do
2:28 when problems show up the moment it
2:29 starts with that chitter chatter
2:33 my mind my first reaction inside is to
2:35 relax and lean away from that okay I
2:37 lean away from the noise the mind is
2:41 making accept this moment as if you had
2:43 chosen it and that brings in a new
2:46 consciousness and do not deny the moment
2:47 this is what I learned from you that
2:51 literally eliminated all stress in my life

2:55 resisting the moment that is is only
2:58 going to create more anxiety and more
3:01 more upset a lot of the unhappiness that
3:03 people experience they believe it's due
3:06 to the conditions of what's happening at
3:08 this moment but in most cases it's not
3:11 the conditions of the situation that
3:13 you're in that causes to the unhappiness
