force in the world of quantum biology
and light biology and decentralized
medicine and finance and today's episode
was I think the most special we've had
on the podcast there's a big history
lesson to be had in this episode so get
out your notebooks take notes write down
you know names look things up yourself
there's a whole bunch of rabbit holes to
go down that he really teas up for us
and uh we also have some very important
information about Bitcoin that's kind of
smattered throughout the episode as well

crap this morning and just being outside
all day I basically feel like a new
person it's just so
magical it's the power of DC electric
current on
neurons big time Big Time and and the
cortisol response to light too also will
like modulate the immune system right
well yeah I mean there's it's not just
one it's not just one uh system that in
US independently it's like a giant
amplifier that has all different effects
that affects your B cells your T cells I
mean you know the the data out there
that shows when we apply electric
current to a wound it heals faster so
when you actually think about an
infection and you think about what B&T
cells functionally are doing in the immune
immune
system uh they're also responding to
electric currents or responding to the
polarity of the currents know people forget
forget
the basic research that you know was
based you know I think it was even in
Becker's book where he
mentioned some cat in
um I think it was in France the guy's
name was leuk in
1902 and he just casually mentioned it
in the book when he said yeah this guy
put an alternating AC current on the
head of people and he was able to induce
sleep by doing that and it's kind of
like you know you see something like
that in a book and when you know the
neuron anatomy of sleep and the
reticular activating formation and you
understand that when we're awake doing
podcasts like this our brains are net
negative potential uh and then when we
are an anesthetic we have a positive uh
charge in our head and then you begin to
know a little bit of physics and you
realize that charge is one of the things
that is um
is actually that nature requires to be
uh conserved by Nature you know it's
it's one of those things like tied to
the laws of thermodynamics people always
forget that about charge that charge is
like it's kind of like you know
everybody knows about the first law
thermodynamics where you know you can't
create or destroy uh energy but yes you
also can't do the same thing with charge
and when you realize that there's a big
difference in charge the difference is
not just negative and positive remember
that what creates the negative potential
is electrons and the one that creates
the positive potential is um hydrogen
which is the hydren
proton um and then you realize there's
um the molecular weight between those
two things is
1836 times
different and then you start to go so
there's a huge change in atomic mass
that is going on
between wakefulness and sleep and and
the same thing is actually happening
when we're sick like there's a change in
polarity of our immune system and what
you just experienced was hey I went
outside and I changed in that negative
charge in my body I was able to knock
down the logarithmic scale of the
proton and I magically started feeling
better and what did you effectively do
you made all the B&T cells in your body
and all the things that connected like
the water Networks uh tens gry fibers
you know everything in the
cell uh much more uh
atomically less weighted and what do we
know from thermodynamics you take atomic
mass away is equals MC square tus it's
more energy in the system therefore you
feel better you know it's everything is
is understandable when you apply the
most basic science to it the problem is
the way we learn by biology we think
it's a fundamental science when it's
really not actually physics is the
foundational science that underpins both
biology and
biophysics and that's what makes I think
biology so incredibly
fascinating because when you get the
idea that it's really not foundational
and then everything is is an organized
mess you know medical students always
complain about looking at you know the
metabolic pathways and chart you know
that you probably had to learn at the
rebin and that blows people's minds and
I'm like that's nothing and just
remember those
100,000 um biochemical Pathways have to
be controlled in unison with precise
timing and there's only one thing in the
world that can do that it's light it's
light frequencies that are present and
this is the magical part in one
Spectrum uh I should say one octave of
the electromagnetic spectrum which has
73 octaves so when you actually think
about that from
from
250 to probably 3,100 nanometer light
which is what terrestrial sunlight is on
Earth you're able to control a
100,000 biochemical processes in your
body with Precision that would make
anybody's head explode and you know when
people come and tell me yeah well
wellness and health is not a function of
timing I just I chuckle at the stupidity
of these people because it's
it's crazy and when you tell somebody it
can be as simple as what you just said
hey go outside when you feel like [ __ ]
and look what happens you know no nobody
is gonna sit down and discuss with their
doctor you know all the things that
we're talking about right here right now
I guarantee there be some doctors that
listen to this and go [ __ ] I didn't even
realize this well but that's that's the
problem that's the problem with
centralized science uh nobody's asking
the right questions so there's a lot of
half-truths out there that people you
know think is you know conspiracy theory
[ __ ] um and that's the reason why I
have a disdain you know for people who
refuse to come to that level when people
you know say you know i' I've seen it
happen on your own Instagram page you
know can hey can you dumb this down uh
you know you make Cruz more
understandable I'm
like why don't you why don't people ever
come to the idea that they should
Elevate their game why should I always
dumb everything down because you know if
you're if you're you know cultivating
for the lowest common denominator how
are you ever going to explain
fundamentally how life really
works I mean you want to change a
paradigm you know it's time to get on it
and the application is the easiest part
you just said it I felt like [ __ ] I went
outside and Magic
boom how hard was that even a
[ __ ] but you know the retards out
there that want me to dumb it down
further you know they're never going to
get to the level of complexity then
they're going to [ __ ] and moan about
their doctors you know who give them
supplements or drugs or this and that
and say why doesn't my doctor know this
well because like you they had a dumb
down in medical
school right that's what the people on
Instagram seem to want they want to be
dumbed down but they they don't want
their doctor doctor dumbed down which to
me is the ultimate irony in the
whole the whole system I don't think
patients realize they're their own R
enemies yeah it's something I've thought
a lot about when I've just been thinking
about decentralization ever since being
introduced to your work and how like
you've talked about it's really the
issue with our centralized system is
like a co-conspiracy between the quote
unquote experts and the people who are
consuming the information and the
patients like both the patients want to
be involved in that system and then the
doctors are giving like they're
basically meeting the demand so it's
like at the level of the patients we
actually need to demand something
different too in order to create change
at like a broader
level yep uh I agree with that I think
the problem is um when it comes to like
discussing the system you know like when
you want to fix it because those are the
discussions that now I'm having with
people who are big players um which I
never thought would ever happen but here
we are and you know that's buelli Trump
Bobby Kennedy and Nicole shanan I'm
getting ready actually this week to go
talk to them pretty soon and um my um my
whole modus
operandi is to get them to understand
that you have to understand how the
system was uh I think uh hijacked in the
beginning and then you you have to
realize the two major hijacks like the
hijack for biology I think you and your
audience everybody will know that's the
flection report Rockefeller but that was
done to get back at the government and
that's how we got you know a new
industry created from you know the
chemical uh business that became big
farmer that's actually based right where
you are you know in New Jersey New
Jersey really is the
seat yeah it's where standard La was
broken up you know by Teddy Roosevelt
and after McKinley was killed and
everybody I think knows that story but
the real issue of how the government got
involved with science and thought it was
good business uh that's a little bit
more nefarious and I've talked about it
you know multiple times on a lot of
different podcasts but I don't think
people understand how these two
nefarious things got together with rock
Feller and and um and the government
General Gro who was the General that was
in charge from FDR's time to run the
Manhattan Project um which you know
turned out to be quite successful we put
together all these physicists that had
different skill sets like enrio fery
Einstein Oppenheimer open Heimer being
the guy that was the I guess you would
call him the the conductor doctor of the
orchestra but here's what the most
interesting part I think of of the
Manhattan Project came out and this will
bring it you know right to September 11
2024 uh because this is a really good
day to talk about this um because um I
have a a decidedly different take on
what today means today for me is
when the biggest scops on the planet
happened when the American government
thought it was a good idea to knock down
two towers but it
started with General Groves and the
Manhattan Project and what he did is he
made sure
finan the guys in Chicago they didn't
talk to each other and the reason why he
didn't want them to talk to each other
because what was the goal of the
Manhattan Project not only secrecy but
it truly was um a bioweapon
and he didn't want any of the other
scientists like the guys that were
figuring out how to fision uranium
plutonium and all that he wanted them
separated from the guys doing the
calculations which is like the finerman
guys and he didn't want any of these
people through why because where did we
get a lot of these scientists where did
this all come from this came from
Operation Paperclip World War Two yeah
well this came from when the United
States Navy began to import
um Nazi scientists and um those people
were put to use in fact I just gave a
talk a couple weeks ago here in El
Salvador at the pester event and one of
the guys that uh that gave a talk he
made a comment about Hitler and Hitler
being absolute evil and I said well
before you throw the baby out with the
bath Bo I'd like you to know that if it
wasn't for Hitler we would have never
got war of Ron bronze Rockets to go to
the moon and you should have seen the
guy's face because you know
people I don't think have a command of
history and how it really happened but
why this is important to me is because
you need to know how science was stolen
from we the people and general Gro was
the key player that taught the
industrial military complex before it
really was the Deep state that using
science for its devices were a really
good gig and it turned out it became a
really really good gig
because what happens after the Manhattan
Project uh that's when DARPA uh is
formed and people forget when did Dark
perform performed right at the same time
all this crap was going on in the
bioweapons lab in New Orleans on
Magazine Street with Alton Oster the CIA
the FBI Lee Harvey oswal Judith very
Baker and it gets funded by Congress in
1958 by this time General Gro has now
passed the TR arm on who's the president
at this time remember Eisenhower warned
us about General gr and all his cronies
in his farewell speech in January 60
when he gave that farewell speech he
said what is getting ready to happen in
the United States you need to be
concerned about why because we now have
allowed non-elected people in the
military to create this
bureaucracy of non-elected people and
they get to control The Narrative of
what gets studied so I'll give you an
example um in science how things were
radically changed by the military in
ways that you probably don't even
realize affect the work that you've
probably done
um I asked people this all the time who
are in biology I said do you know the
reason why we chose to
fision um the nuclear bombs One Way
versus another I said do you know the
most energy dense atom on the periodic
table is thorium we can make more DC
electric current from thorium than any
other atom on the periodic table do you
know why it wasn't chosen by the nuclear
regulatory administration of which
general Groves formed it's because it
didn't make visionable uranium so in
other words there was no offut to uh
make nuclear weapons so what what did
that decision
lead uh the United States to that meant
we had to have all high pressure systems
so what am I saying to you when you
think of a nuclear power plant you think
about those big cooling towers that
tells you it's a high pressure system
tells you it's uranium based enrichment
plant okay do you know that the size of
a thorium nuclear reactor is the size of
a 20 or 40 foot canister that can run on
the back of a truck wow and guess what
it can be moved around you can power all
of New York City with one thorium
reactor and here's the crazy part it
doesn't have any of the towers it's a
low pressure system uh so it's extremely
safe but here's the funny part do you
know what it makes for Alexis Callin all
those metabolic studies that you guys
did at the ridz lab used radioactive
nuclides and guess what that's what the
fision products at thorium makes so
guess what for biology it makes total
sense to use thorium for people who want
to have a better power grid thorium is
the answer want to hear a great thing
the western part of the United States
Northwestern part Montana specifically would
would
largest storan department stores in the
world and we don't use them and we don't
use them why because the General
Grow because make visionable material to
make nuclear weapons and remember who
who was the created
Boogeyman after science was stolen well
we started to blame Stalin and Russia
for everything and then Along Comes JFK
and he gives his American University
spee in 1962 where he thanks the Russian
people for actually beating the Nazis
this of course infuriate everybody in
the Deep State uh and led to a lot of
different problems but JFK was actually
giving you an accurate take-home of
history now the funny thing about that
American University speech and I don't
know if you know this history lesson
because it's really important that's
when we have something called operation
Northwoods and operation Northwoods was
when General Groves and his second
generation of
idiots uh told um President Kenny in
1962 around the Cuban Miss crisis that
we should stage terrorist events in the
Southeastern part of the United States
on the American people so that that
would give them uh a mo mode and method
to go in and invade Cuba and wipe them
out and get rid of the bombs that were
in uh the s photos they actually
presented this to president it's very
very well known and why do I tell you
this on 911 2024 that was the
precondition state for knocking the
towers down that was the first time that
the industrial military complex ever
proposed to use a terrorist attack on
American people in order to gain a
military Target that they deemed
necessary they they thought the risk of
Russian nuclear weapons 90 mies off the
coast to Key West was worth to sacrifice
few Americans so you as a scientist I
want you to think about
this um where else on the biology side
did this come in well you may not well
you may not know about this part of the
story there's a guy um who is a
physician named uh Kurt oh God don't let
me blank on his name Plotkin okay
Plotkin uh gets incorporated into the SS
with the Nazis he they he gets put in
DACA and oshatz and he starts to use
masculine you know which is Mex Mexican
peyote on uh the Jews that are in the
can concentration camps for one specific
purpose for mind control so that they
become more docile from all these
studies over there that's where we find
about fluoride is a neurot to and it's
where we find about uh the use of tin
and transition metals you'll remember
this I'm sure it's also where we got the
uh idea the best Atlas that's ever
created for anatomy is is pof's you know
human anatomy which is anatomy of all
the Jews that were dissected over there
so like these ideas are there and guess
who gets all this
information the industrial military
complex of General growths
and much like I said to you about waron
Bron they had huge problems with what
the Nazis were doing but they actually
realized that a lot of things the Nazis
were doing were very interesting to
General Gro he said these people are
trying to develop a mind control program
that's over there so guess what Kurt
plen what happened to him after the
Russians defeated the tournaments
uh the US Navy through Operation
Paperclip brought over Kurt plett and
guess what he did he did the first
studies on MK Ultra MK Ultra started in
the United States in
1953 was that the LSD studies yeah well
he started first with mesculin and he
basically told the US military mesculin
doesn't work well uh let's go to LSD now
if you listen to my RFK Jr podcast with
Rick uh Bobby's the one Jack you must
know you know cydney Adon and and um
what's his name I'm blanking on a
goar um I'm still screwing the name up I
can't remember it but anyway I said to
Bobby yeah I know who you're talking
about he was the guy that basically was
involved with pling and some of the
other Operation Paperclip scientists
that came over and that is
where that guy who was a true
psychopath uh got the idea get a drop
aerosolized LSD on St Louis in the
mid-50s and this study was done early on
in the MK Ultra you know program and
then it morphed into other things where
basically we go all the way through
wires we go all the way through
electricity through the things that we
started this podcast with about why you
feel better and the US military started
to realize that when you turned uh a DC
electric current into light and then you
could weaponize the
light um and then you could weaponize it
further so what was the iteration that happened
happened
between 53 and
2024 what is MK Ultra become you have
any idea Alexis any idea at
all it's it's something that's going to
shock you because guess what it's in
your neck of the woods like you know it
and I'll tell you it was it was
celebrated uh by Barry Obama in 2013 so
I just want to see if you know the new
name oh the name of the program I don't
know if I know
it do I brain initiative okay program
that started when Barry was the
president in the United States and it
was you know lotted as great um things
that we were going to find everything
out we could about the human brain we're
going to map it all out but what they
didn't tell you is the propaganda kept
the lid on the link between the captured
executive branch in the industrial
military complex began you know with uh
General Grow FDR and trim and basically
what happens in 2013 we put $500 million
dollar into the program and it becomes
very obvious very quickly when you
follow some of the work of the guys that
were control of it you'll be shocked to
know that some of your people in
Princeton people at Stanford people at
Harvard people at John's Hopkins like
all the people in academics that are
linked to the original Dara program
because remember where did the internet
start from that was arpa arpa became
DARPA and it was a net that linked all
these college universities together
where'd that idea come from General
grows with all the people that opener
put together that see
timer's stuff in the desert was actually
the first cerebral internet in physics
so what did they basically do then they
rebuilt it here's the most interesting
part of this to see the fractal develop
Eisenhower came back and one of the good
things he also took away from um from um
Hitler he's like when we went uh to
Europe to liberate France and everybody
else we couldn't believe how easy it was
to get around Europe they saw this
interstate highway system he says you
know we need one of these in United
States he comes back and builds it when
he's the president in the 50s so the
same internet highway system that was
good for cars and trucks in our country
and also for the Nazis turns out we do
the same thing with arpa arpa becomes a
digital interstate highway system and
what was the idea that dar
did now we can link scientists who have
expertise in different areas where we
want to develop bioweapons when I say
bioweapons I'm talking about all
different kinds so MK Ultra most people
know is put out of business and the
interesting thing is when you you see
like some of the things I put on Twitter
today because it is
911 I wanted people to know I want you
to to realize this started with the
church Commission in 75 through 7 7 and
then when it gets further when we really
have to look in uh to MK Ultra is back
August of 87 you know who sits on that
committee Joe Biden you know when Biden
came into Congress in 73 he actually was
part of the church commission too so I
want you to know that Biden while he had
his mind he actually was very well aware
of what these programs really were all
about okay
so what did the brain initiative do in
2013 because I want you to think about
you know who's the president then and
how it goes you remember in 2001 when
the towers were knocked down that they
hardly pushed through the Patriot Act
yes the patri got approved in 45 days
there was only one member of Congress
that was against it that was Barbara Lee
she took huge hit for it very left-wing
liberal Democrat but she was the only
one in Congress that actually stood up
for the we the people everybody else
pushed it through but guess where the
idea for 9/11 came from 1962 with
operation Northlands that was the
precondition event to do something big
on soil so that you could get the most
unconstitutional law through Congress so
that's when the industrial military
complex or the Deep State how I like to
call them that's when they fully
captured Congress so now you've heard
Bobby and Nicole talk about captur
Regulatory Agencies those are the things
that you and I are concerned about in
science but you need to understand how
the shadow government the
MS13 of the United States is the
industrial military complex it is
Terrorism at scale okay and when I tell
you that we don't need to invade a
country anymore because really what Mk
Ultra has now morphed into now we have
other government contractors just so you
know how DARPA operates
they have 120 different programs all the
program directors are in
silos doesn't that sound very similar to
what Alexis experienced at princeon that
why doesn't even uberman got this in the
podcast he goes it's very crazy the way
we do science because it's siloed they
keep us separate so I've heard you wax
poetically the last three or four months
when you're doing all these podcasts
with people and you're like I can't
believe that I never came across Jack
Cruz's work and this and that I'm going
to tell you Alexis it's by Design
because it goes back to the general
growes culminating with science this
cross-pollination they want to keep
people separate so why am I taking you
down this little history because you're
a young woman you're very smart you get
a lot of the stuff that I'm talking
about light but I want you to really
understand the 80,000 foot view here
what's going on so now now the brain
initiative is the new version of MK
Ultra now it's got all the light and
digital weapons associated with it
Patriot Act comes in and what's one of
the big problems that Rumsfeld Cheney
and Bush didn't realize about this law
because this was made by a very
right-wing neocon
warmongering uh group of people and they
even circulated this law for six or
seven 7 months before 9/11 happened and
everybody told them there's no way
you're going to get this through
Congress so what did they do they used
operation Northwoods they came up with
an idea and unlike Kennedy Bush signed
up for it so I want you to remember
something Bush's
grandfather uh Preston uh Brown brush
who used to work for brown brother
Harman he was one of the first people
that controlled what the OSS which was
the intelligence agency before the CIA
that was based in the US Navy guess who
was the first um head of the CIA after
the OSS became the CIA his dad George
who was the president and most people
forget this lineage so believe it or not
this whole idea of siloing
scientists old
Bush George W they already understood
why it was happening so when
bush takes control 911 happens they get
the Patriot Act through the one mistake
that they made and it's a big mistake um
the penalty for bioweapon uh treason
meaning utilizing it in the United
States on any ground in the United
States it's a penalty by death due to
treason so they realize
immediately that things have to do be
done differently like you cannot have
any of the bioweapons labs in the United
States yeah so what's the first thing
that happens I'm going to keep you on
the timeline 2013 is the brain
initiative so Barry starts to do things
with this guess where most of the money
is is uh allocating Latin America and
South America to the centers of academic
Excellence that are out there and what
simultaneously happens in 2014 you start
to hear how the United States government
the industrial military complex the
neocons you know the Liz chenies who are
the daughter of Dick Cheney that begins
to push to push NATO right up to
Russia's borders why because they want
to use
Ukraine to put other bioweapons lab in
and they're basically going to fund
these Labs there to do our Dirty Work in
other words what was used to be at Fort
Dietrich was then moved to Ukraine and
then moved to Wuhan y takes over all
that that's fouchi daac and the guys at
Eco Health Alliance so they're doing the
the gain of function studies what if I
was to tell you that the gain of
function studies were designed to find
that fur and cleavage to do two things
the first one is to make make sure that
we could easily get into humans but what
if I was to tell you that there's an
industrial military aspect to this that
aspect is being worked out in the brain
health initiative and guess who's part
of this but doesn't realize that he is Elon
Elon
Musk and why is Elon Musk part of this
because when you understand how light
works my dear if you're able to put Nano
microchips or like I like to call them
the nanom mafia into a bioweapon you
need a way to get light to people over
large areas so what do do you come up
with an idea let's give internet from
satellites to everybody but make sure
that the guys in darer control the whole
program so that when they need to use it
down the road they can so Elon Musk has
no earthly idea what is going on in the
brain health initiative but the
interesting thing is you know that Elon
Musk is now working with
neuroscientists from Stanford Harvard
Princeton but Al also the guys at Baron neurologic
neurologic
Institute what has his stuff transformed
it it went from starlink to nural
link so you got to go are these things
actually the parts just like it was in
the Manhattan Project where the
industrial military complex meaning
DARPA is keeping these people apart
because let's face it scientists as you
know are pretty smart people so if you
keep them in silos they're never going
to understand how these pieces and parts
fit so when say a random jablo gets on
the internet and starts talking about
[ __ ] like this everybody's gonna say
well this guy's crazy he's a conspiracy
theorist there's no way this stuff
matters until you begin to realize that
these stories actually all fit so now
I've taken you through 2013 2014 I told
you we're getting closer and closer and
closer so what starts to
happen 2016 through 2020 you have a
Yahoo come in who's an outsider who's
not part of the industrial military
complex just so we're clear the people
that I've mentioned have been in control
of the government Clinton's Obama
Bush's um and Biden's 32 out of the last
36 years four
years you had one guy that didn't wage
any War but also wasn't privy to what
really was going on but one the
interesting things he did is he
strengthened the one part of the
government that isn't captured by the
industrial military complex which is
important he actually strengthens him to
actually be able to reverse even a
corrupted doj by meric Garland this is
the the real funny part of the story
um when you begin to see they ramp up
the biologic part like how are they
going to reduce the carbon I I don't
believe that that Co was ready for prime
time and I think that was their plan to
actually screw Trump up and make sure he
never got reelected again so guess what
I would say this is Operation Northwoods
3.0 and it really failed miserably on
them um because it began to open
people's eyes that something below the
surface here just wasn't correct and one
of the things as Trump walked out the
door that he began to message and talk
about because I think many people in
your audience will say I don't
understand how all this fits but there's
this crazy attorney general and
politician in Guatemala that keeps
telling people we've got all these
people from South America and Latin
America that are being taught by the
American Military to come up to our
borders and get in and when they get in
there seems to be a sorting process
that's happening at the border and no
one knows what's really controlling it
the interesting thing is we think it's a
child trafficking
ring but it's really not see that's the
story the conspiracy theorist will have
you believe what if I was to tell you
Alexis Cowan that what was happening is
all the stuff from the brain health ini
issue has been going on for 10 years in
Latin America and South America many of these
these
people brought up to our border they're
screen to find out what they impacted
but if I was to tell you that the main
technology that was used was screen
technology to affect these kids the
first test they did I happen to know was
done in Peru it was done to control
their sex life they were easily able to
do that the process continued further
when those people came up to the border
those were the people that actually were
left let into the United States that's
also the reason why they want them um in
the States but you've just heard from
Trump 2016 to 2020 that the Guatemalan
people are going there's a lot of kids
missing and you know the dominant
narrative right now on the Internet is
that they think it's pedophiles and you
know the pizza gate and all that

actually a scientific reason that you actually
actually
will think about in a totally different
