the details or look something up on the
list if they
have a question
there are all kinds of things available

and even some industry groups like the
california strawberry commission i doubt
they have industrial
trucks and forklift information but they
have safety posters and signage
things that you can do
here you've got a really unfortunate
crossing of a forklift pathway and a
pedestrian pathway ideally you would
design your facility so they don't cross paths
paths
but that's not always possible so what
do you do
you create something this is one of the
most elaborate and
safe systems that i've seen where you have
have
these little stop sign crossing arms
like a train crossing
but in a higher traffic area maybe
that's what's required
and it's not just about your employees
don't forget about visitors and
and
vendors and you know the person who's changing
changing

the traps for rodents around the
building they're
they're focused on their job and they're
setting and picking up
traps and and they're doing their job
and they go from here and over there and
the next thing you know

is encouraging people to do the training
this is encouraging people to get their
employees properly trained to follow the
regulations so you don't end up with
injured employees and you don't end up
paying a fine
to one of the regulatory agencies that
inspects your facility
