army working on security. So there's a
big distance between the sites. But the
good news is when they get to that sites

up in the mountain town of Cortina along

of defense. So we have we will have the army.

>> They're coordinating transportation and
communication across more than 13,000
square miles.
>> The mountain villages, the fact they're
all spread, it's easy to control one uh
you know separate from the others. Of
course, there is an overall view on
security through the entire 22,000 km
>> and then putting the focus on smaller
areas. And this makes it uh uh somewhat
easier within the difficulties of a
large perimeter.
>> It's an Olympic size security plan for
three weeks of the winter games.
>> Of course, security is a is a important responsibility.
>> Italy also plans to use AI or artificial
intelligence to check for suspicious
packages, unexpected crowd movement, and
also unexpected gatherings. So that's
some of the work that's in place. Also,
there is a heightened awareness for
cyber attacks in Italy as the games now
