Guys, it's bonus day, baby. How are you
Yes.
Already. Beautiful energy. I can feel it.
it.
Hi, Chris.
I see you, Maria. I see you, Jerry.
Wow. We are so so happy to be back with
you. You guys, I missed you yesterday. I
really did. Did you miss us? Be honest.
Be honest. Drop it in the chat.
Welcome back everybody to this beautiful
bonus day. It has been so very lovely
seeing your Facebook posts and seeing
your Facebook shares of your
breakthroughs. You have been such an
incredible and engaged audience and it's
just been our honor. So, give it up for
yourselves right now. You've been wonderful.
We're raising the roof here. Everybody's
ready. We have just been so so happy
seeing all of the the changes in the way
that you're looking at your lives and
and how you're starting to implement.
And before we get into this, we just
have to say a huge congratulations to
all of you who have enrolled in the 2026
Rise Up Experience, which means you're
coming with us to unleash the power within.
within.
Okay, so why are we here today? Well,
this is Tony's gift to you. And I told
you on day one, if Tony does one thing
consistently, it is overd deliver. and
he has just been so moved by your love,
your passion, your commitment, and your
support of each other. Now, listen. Who
here is feeling massive momentum from
all that you've learned over the past
few days? Make some noise.
So, the only question is, what could get
in the way?
What could get in the way? Even though
you feel incredible momentum right now,
we want to make sure that no one slips
back and no one is left behind. You
know, over the years, Tony has
discovered that there are certain
patterns that cause people to not follow
through despite the momentum that
they're feeling in the moment. So,
today, he's addressing those patterns
and he's here to help you to move past
that so you can keep moving forward. Are
you guys up for it? Let's see a show of
hands. Yes. George. George in room 20
gave me thumbs up. Okay. Yeah.
Amazing. Truly, you guys have been
amazing. So, before I bring Tony back to
the stage, let's get into Peak State.
And to help me do that, help me welcome
>> Good morning.
Okay,
listen guys. Make sure that you stay as
hydrated as possible. Drink as much
water as you can. Use some electrolytes.
Not vodka and water. That's not the
same. We're going to set that down.
Okay. So, let's get you guys up and get
you moving. I might have a little bit
longer today to play around with you.
So, let's go. Okay, let's have you stand up.
up.
Shake it out a little bit. And stand up
usually means get out of your chair. I
hope you're picking up on my sarcasm
because I'm laying it down pretty heavy.
Okay, so here we go. Stand it up. Shake
it out a little bit and close your eyes.
Where's your body weight from left to
right? Which foot is carrying most of
your body weight? I can see you guys.
Let's go. Shake it out a little bit.
Is it even from left to right, front to back?
back?
Let's see where mine is. I played a
boatload of pickle ball. Those of you
who were chiming in on my pickle ball
video I put up on Instagram yesterday,
thank you. Let's see here. Yeah, pretty
even. Maybe a little bit on the inside
of my left foot. What that means is when
I'm flying home or what I'm going to do
tomorrow or the next day could be a
little bit challenged if your body is
slightly out of alignment. And I treat
my body like a new Porsche GT3, which if
anybody's listening, I need a new
Porsche GT3. Okay, so God, I gotta get
into business mastery and everything
else to get that to happen. I don't want
to take a car like that out on the track
with a wheel that's slightly bent. And I
look at us as the new Ferrari, the
Lamborghini, whatever you want to call
your your race car of your body. Let's
put you back into what we call a peak
state is really a balanced emotional,
physical, mental state. And that's what
these moves are going to do for you. So
now just check this out. Can you can you
slightly bend over and get to your toes?
I don't mean bend your knee and bring
your toes to you. I mean can you go over
and touch your toes? Can you get there?
Don't hurt yourself. Let me see what's
going on here.
Okay. Beautiful. Beautiful. Okay. Stand
up. Here we go. Let's Those are two
little tests. We'll come back to them. I
wore this sweatshirt for a reason.
You're here on bonus day, which means
you, it should say one w past tense.
You're already here. But think about
that. Approach that day. Before I get up
here and do this, I look in the mirror
and I'm like, "Okay, let's win this
thing. Let's do it." Because I have to
deliver another level because you're on
the receiving end. That's what this
whole event is about. And I can tell you
everybody here who's talking, speaking,
including Tony, is taking ourselves to a
ne the next level because you're on the
receiving end. and I can't wait to see
you at UPW. Unleash the power. Let's go.
So, here we go. Let's get our feet
straight. And uh for my good buddy Matt,
I wore the Liverpool sock to let him
know that you'll never walk alone. And
for my good friends in New Zealand,
there's the all black sock. So, let's
get your feet straight, fist width
apart, and they don't move from that
position. Let's get your hands to go
from a fist to an open fist like this,
where you could bring your fingernails
and palms together. Now, we're going to
master this because we're going to do
this again at UPW. Hands here. Close
them together. Hold it. Hold it. 10
Now, open it back up. Now, let's repeat
it. Here we go. Open and close.
Win. Win. See what I'm doing there? Win.
Win. Win. Get it in your head. Win. Get
it in your head. Win. I see some fire
walkers out there. Let's go.
>> Okay, drop your arms. Shake it out a
little bit just from doing that. Now,
look down at your feet. Make sure
they're dead straight, five degrees
turned in. Let's interlace your fingers
together like this. And repeat after me.
God, sorry for the last 30 years. But
no, we're not praying. I'm just kidding.
Take your palms and push it away. Take
them straight up over your head. And
listen, if this is all the further you
can get it, then I don't care. That's
all the further you take it. What I
don't want is this. You don't need to be
leaning back. So, you want to go
straight here and up over your head.
Look up at your hands. Make sure if you
move, you get your feet straight.
Beautiful. Lock those elbows out. We're
not leaning back. We're locking the
elbows out. Oh, I see some elbow
straightening. Maybe not so much elbows.
That means that one shoulder's out of position.
position.
Great job. God, you guys look amazing.
Okay, drop your arms. Okay, here we go.
Take your feet and go pigeon toad like this.
this.
You guys see that?
45 degrees pigeon toad. Interlace your
hands behind your head. You really ought
to be doing this with me. Okay, get up
here. Yeah, she's been called out. Here
we go. I'll move over. There we go.
Twins. Twins. Okay. Yeah. Elbows back.
Tighten up your quads. Elbows back. Try
to relax and drop your shoulder just a
little bit. There we go. Now, hold that.
Finally, she's gonna be able to deliver
some energy. Finally,
ball of energy. I love it. Keep it held.
You're going to hold this for about 30
seconds. Game changer.
Keep it held right here. Tighten up the quads.
quads.
I love every bit of this. You guys are
looking good. Smiles galore. I feel like
I'm at some type of dental whitening
teeth convention. Look at those smiles. Amazing.
Four, three, two, one. Now, hold on. I
have a question. We're going to sprint.
>> Here we go. Yeah.
>> So, you don't have to do this because I
know you're in a jacket and you're an
athlete. I mean, can you can you handle it?
it?
>> Did he just challenge me? >> What?
>> What?
>> I can't. I must. I will. It's done. Okay,
Okay,
>> shoes are coming off. Just for it.
>> Oh no, shoes are coming off. We're
racing each other. Here we go. It's us
against you guys. Here we go. Ready, set,
set,
go. We're going for 30 seconds today.
>> 30 seconds. You better move it.
>> Turn it on. You notice how I make her do
all the work.
>> Come on, Renee. Look at those smiles.
Little faster. Five, four, three, two,
one. Okay, take a break for a second.
Take a break for a second. Shoot. Okay,
listen. We're not doing rockam sakum.
We're not doing shiatsu. Can we pump the
elbows? Let's go. Are you ready? Let's
go. Get this energy up. The big guy's coming.
coming.
Let's go.
Turn it on.
Faster. Faster. Little girl. The green
Come on. 10 seconds.
I don't think you're working. 5

one. Oh, I love it.
>> Give it up. Give it up for this man
right here.
>> Thank you so much. Let's go.
>> All right, it is bonus day. Everyone get
that energy up right now and help me
welcome to the stage the man who makes
this all possible, the one and only Tony Robbins.
Yes. Get some virtual fist bumps or high
your rebel sip of water so you're
hydrated after you speed racers out there.
there.
>> Thank you, Renee. That was very impressive.
>> All right.
>> Now, in your seat, create the kind of
Yes.
Well, welcome back
to a bonus day. I'll tell you,
uh, if you're back today, you're
hardcore, which I love. That means
you're really into it. I I credit this
because I was watching all your videos
and they were so inspiring. In fact, I'm
going to just show you one and one is
not fair because there's so much
diversity of people and examples, but
just one grab I want to more grab
example this morning of the kind of
transformation people are making. So
proud. How many of you made some real
shifts you're really proud of right now
in your life?
But the reason I want to throw this
extra day in is because two things.
There's so many questions about finance.
And of course, we didn't cover that
here. So, I'm going to at least take one
or two questions around that. And the
other one, you know, is around health
because we've covered just so many other
areas. Obviously, covered your
relationships and things of that nature.
So, I want to answer a couple of those.
But the main reason I want to do this
today is I saw a pattern that many of
you have like you made a distinction,
you made a a shift, and then you took it
away. And I want to make sure that I get
it across to you. And so, I I actually
wrote these down as kind of little
checklists. I'm going to give you, I
think, five things that I noticed that I
want you to be consciously aware of that
are patterns that will suck you back if
you don't deal with them. You do all
this progress and then screw it all up.
And uh a lot of people have these
patterns, they just don't know them. So,
I figured be worth doing that. And since
I've already got you, I'll answer a
question or two around finance and
health. And then I thought I'd share
with you what I when I go to coach
somebody, there's five things I look at
that help me know whether they're going
to be able to turn things around or not.
And if they're not, I know what I've got
to change. And so I'm going to give them
to you so you can coach yourself or you
can look at them from the perspective of
something you might want to do for
somebody you care about, whether it be
your children or your friends or your
husband or wife or whoever it is,
somebody that you work with on a daily
basis. And then I'm going to finish here
with it's going to be a tighter session
today, briefer session, but I want to
finish with a really powerful process.
So make sure you stick to the end here.
this. We're going to be a little shorter
today, a little tighter today because
wasn't expecting to do this. But uh I'm
excited to give you an experience that's
kind of a well it's a massive state
change. Let's put it that way. So you'll
see it. So this morning I want to start
with just an example of just the type of
so many beautiful changes and we try to
edit it down. So I didn't get to see the
edited version but it was only three and
a half minutes. The longer version was
six or seven. Somebody may have seen
Kelly uh Korea but take a look. This is
just one example of what what our
community has done for each other. Here
we go.
>> I want to tell the truth out loud
about my smallalness and about my bigness.
I've been hiding.
I've been invisible.
Before I joined the military when I was 17,
17,
I had really big dreams. I
wanted to help create
massive change in the world.
I wanted to love everybody. I wanted to
be a peacekeeper and give out teddy
bears and build schools and
help. I was optimistic and bright and so
energized and full of fire. And then
military happened and and I came out
of the broken veteran
you know small
can't do anything I'm not capable
not useful not contributing
beliefs like I I don't have value.
I'm worthless. Um and and feeling dull
and flat and empty and at my lowest
considering suicide. The old identity
and the stories of worthlessness and
left me for decades
paralyzed with inaction and
contraction and smallness and fear and
and
honestly not contributing,
not helping in The way I came here to
help has left me out of integrity with myself,
myself,
with my true nature, with who I came
here to be and what I came here to do.
to to be brave, to step up, and to
embrace a new identity.
And the question was, how can I change
my or expand my new identity this year
to change my life? And I have learned
from this summit that I need to move my
body and that when I move and I get
energized, I feel like a different
person. I feel so excited. I feel alive.
I feel a little bit of the fire that I
used to have before
before everything
everything
changed. I'm going to let myself be
seen. I'm going to speak up. I'm going
to say out loud what I can do and how I
can help and and share some of the incredible
incredible
spiritual gifts
that I've been given and that I know
help people.
I'm going to stop listening to the
voices inside that reinforce the old
identity proactively. I'm going to show
up for myself.
know. One day we'll come back.
I I just wanted to acknowledge you. So
many of you, your representation of so
many people have made breakthroughs. And
I want you to notice I'd like you if you
those of you who are listen who are
watching, put if you would in the chat
box, what did you just learn from her?
What did you see that she did that you
can recognize even if it's not the same
pattern for you? What changed her? What
change did you see in her? I already see
the light coming through. She changed
her state. I saw she stopped holding her
hands, started moving differently. She
was honest with herself.
She moving her body to transform her
state. Owning her energy. I'm ready to
follow her footsteps. Great attitude
adjustment. Just start. Don't wait. Own
it, girl. Clouds to the sun, physiology,
state is everything. Give everybody a
hand. That's absolutely right. It's
Yes,
>> you've had quite a bit of feedback from
the community. Tell me what you've
experienced here. What have you gotten
from this experience?
I I didn't know that was possible. Today
I went on the thing uh Facebook and
there was all these messages and I just
thought that was for other people. I I
didn't know people could be so kind and
that I would like factor or like anybody
would care. And so it's really really um
moving and touching and it's just
blowing that old story out of the water
incredible.
>> Can't argue with that anymore.
>> Can't argue with reality. Well, a belief
is a poor substitute for an experience.
and you've had the experience of your
vulnerability being rewarded. But also
the most important thing for you now is
to keep that physiology what you just
said. And so you've got to condition it
because when you went through the army,
you went through a conditioning process
and it changed you.
>> And so you have to you can't just
understand this or do this little time.
You have to have a real conditioning
process. So because of your contribution
committee, I'm going to send you to
unleash the power within as our guest. I
want you to play full out and make that
Yes.
I'm not going to show more videos cuz I
could do it all all day here. But I I
also want to give a shout out to Shawn
Kirk. Shawn was a young man who also
opened up There's Sean. How you doing
there, Sean? Nice to see you.
Any of you that saw Sean's video, if you
didn't, I would look it up. But Sean was
again so vulnerable. But the most
powerful thing about you, Sean, was that
when you made the shift, the ownership
of yourself. Tell me just what have you
gotten from this experience?
I learned
that the world wasn't limiting me. I was
limiting myself.
>> Yes. Yes.
>> And this morning for the first time I
looked at myself in the mirror and I
told myself, I am enough.
>> Yes. And I said it about four times
because I knew that I can just say it
myself, but if I don't look at myself
and say it, it's not gonna it's not
going to mean much. And I said it with
power. And also last night, I finally
figured out what each of my four arc
types are and kind of how how they fit.
And that's and learned that I was always
letting the warrior lead when in fact I
should have been letting the magician lead.
lead.
>> Yeah, give him a hand for that. That's beautiful.
Sean's so that didn't watch the video.
Sean shared that he's had autism and his
whole life people have told him is
worthless. Stay in your lane. You can't
do this. You can't do that. And he
bought into the fact that he wasn't
worth anything. and the difference in
his physiology if you watch that video
and who he is now is so radically
different. Yeah, give him a hand. He
needs to hear that and understand how
much he's there. And you know the other
thing that you did and I want everybody
to see this is most of us have been
hypnotized into our limitations. You
know, people say to me, "Do you use
hypnosis, Tony?" "No, I'm a dehypnotist.
What I got to do is dehypnotize you from
all the things that you've allowed to
control you. I can't do this. I can't do
that. I don't have the time. I don't
have the money. I don't know the right
people. I don't have the resources. You
know, I have autism. I have whatever.
I'm a girl. I'm a boy. It doesn't matter
what it is. We get hypnotize. And what
you're doing right now, I really want to
acknowledge you for, Sean, is you're
hypnotizing yourself. You're you're you
know, when people talk about this idea
of hypnosis or being in a trance. We've
all heard the word transcend. To
transcend something, to go from one
place to something completely different.
It re transcend means to end the trance,
the trance of limitation. And you
looking directly in the mirror. This is
what I did when I got kicked out of my
house and I'm was depressed and thought,
you know, maybe I shouldn't stick
around. My mom and dad were splitting
up. My brother and sister were separated
from me. I had no money. And I used to
go to the mirror and I used to write on
the mirror and soap my outcomes of my
goals. I used to put these posters in
the wall that said, you know, only a
loser's depress because the one thing I
knew is I wasn't a loser, which by the
way isn't true. you're not a loser if
you're depressed. You're just in a
depressed state. But I use that as
leverage to change myself. And I'd look
in that mirror and I would do these
incantations over and over again. And I'
I'd say to this, this is what I'm going
to do. This is who I am. And I would do
it for 20, 30 minutes at a time. Then I
go on runs and do it. Started with
walking and running. And I did it
because also I did around finance. I did
it over and over again. God's wealth is
circulating in my life. His wealth flows
to me in avalanches of abundance. I'd
see avalanches of joy, happiness, love,
economic, all of it. Economic abundance.
All my needs, all my desires, all my
goals are met instantaneously by
infinite intelligence. For I'm one with
God and God is everything. Amen. I would
do that for 45 minutes on a walk and
then a run over and over and over again
till I created this man and I created
this abundance and I created this life.
So, I really want to acknowledge you and
I want to ask you to keep doing it. And
I'm going to also invite you to the
seminar as my guest. You've been an
incredible inspiration this community.
Give it up for him, ladies and
Yes,
we have to condition ourselves, guys. We
have to. And again, this will be your
last chance today. We're 80% sold out.
By the way, I heard we had big problems
with our um what do they call it? What
was the thing they had the problem with
where they go to check out? Yeah, I
guess the cart yesterday broke down and
a large number of you, huge number of
you got kicked out. They have fixed it
today. So, if you want to come to the
event, we really want to have you and um
you know, I give it all to you. But
honestly, if you invest in it, you're
going to get more out of it. So, I hope
the heck you commit today and follow
through. And in that light though, I
want to acknowledge somebody else. And
it's a gentleman named Tyler Green.
Tyler Green, I found out saw some people
that really said they desperately wanted
to go. He called and talked to them on
the phone and decided that he would help
them. He helped three people. He paid
for three strangers tickets. Will you
give it up for Tyler Green? Just for
three people here to help. Tyler, you're
Tyler, why did you decide to buy three
tickets for strangers? I honor you for
it. That's beautiful. But why did you
decide to do that?
>> Um, yeah. So, I decided to do this uh
because I read your book, Awaken the
Giant Within, a couple years ago, and it
was the first time that I really looked
at myself and wanted to create to be a
better person and be the real version of
me. And I figured if I could do it
through a book, um, these people that
might be struggling a little bit more
than me or are desperate for it, I could
help them in any way. I've been blessed
to be living at home, saving money with
a good job. And I figured the best way
to be to give back because you changed
my life. And I I wanted to give back and
help these other people. Maybe I can be
a catalyst for them and and help them out.
out.
>> Wow, that's incredible. Give them a
Tyler, uh, do you have your own business
or are you going to school or
>> No, so I'm a I'm a senior analyst for a
public finance company helping, uh,
doing property tax bill administration,
uh, out in California. Um, I work remote
a lot of the time. So, right now I'm in
Hawaii. But yeah, so I'm I'm trying to
figure out if I can maybe transition
into maybe run my own business or do
something like that. But for now, I'm
just trying to save money and figure out
what I can do and try to help as many
people as I can along the way with uh
the resources that I have.
>> Well, I have a I have a fiveday boot
camp for businesses and people come
who've not started business. There are
people there with, you know, 400 500
million businesses. It is my number one
skill truthfully is being able to grow a
business because the skills that change
people are what skill change a business.
That's, you know, I'm doing 12 billion
dollars in business now. I started with
nothing. And that is a day and night
full blast o event. It's an it's coming
up in August. It's here in Palm Beach,
Florida. Uh it's $10,000 because
people's guarantee is if you don't at
least go up 30%, you pay nothing. People
go 30 to 130% in their growth of their
business or they start it. So I because
you took us so many people, I'm going to
send you a ticket to business mastery
and I want to meet you in person.
>> You've been given to others. I want to
give back to you. Give it up for him,
yes.
You know, I interviewed
um when I was growing up, one of the
things that I figured out since there
was no one around me that had financial
abundance, no one, you know, we were
starving, we didn't have enough money
for food, my uncles, aunts, no one, no
father, nobody had, there was no role
model of possibility. So I initially
escaped through books. books were my way
to leave the suffering and the pain and
and see there was a way out. And one of
the books I remember reading when I was
most depressed and thinking maybe I
don't belong here on this earth was
Man's Search for Meaning. If you've not
read the book, I highly encourage you
all to read it. It's by Victor Frankle.
If you don't know the story, I won't
tell you the whole details, but I'm
actually making the movie of it now. Um,
and it's it's an extraordinary story.
It's one of the great books of the last
50 years. He was a psychiatrist, a
Vietnamese psychiatrist
and from Vienna and uh obviously a
Jewish man and he was taken away with
his entire family to Ashwitz. All his
family was killed in front of him. And
the only thing that made him survive is
he had this obsession with understanding
what makes someone survive versus not
because most people didn't survive. And
what he found by studying them was that
the only ones that made it, like the
food came in, everybody fought for the
food and they tried to eat it right
away. He knew they were going to die. It
was the people that had a reason to live
beyond this moment. Something I call a
compelling future, which we'll touch on
today. But if you got a compelling
future, you can deal with anything
today, no matter how bad it is, if you
create a compelling tomorrow. But
without a vision, people perish. Same
thought. And he made it through that
camp and to live to be in his 80s and
fell in love again, fortunately, and had
an extraordinary life. And really taught
people that meaning is something you
control. The world can take everything
from you except your capacity, your
attitude, your mindset to find something
meaningful in your life. even in your
suffering. Many of those people said,
"I'm going to suffer today, but it's
worth it because someday I'm going to
stand in front of other people and say,
"Never again." So, this can never happen
again. And so, I want you to realize you
must create that for yourself. And we've
done that with you here for three or
four days, but it won't last. It's like
a warm bath if you don't create the
conditioning. So, again, we're happy to
help you with it, but if it's not me,
you got to find something. Otherwise, 6
months, 3 months, you'll be back to
where you were. The reason things
worked, as you saw in the Stanford
study, was that immersion for four days
and nights, 12 hours a day to do it.
There's nothing that competes to it. But
I'm not saying you have to come with
them, but you got to do something. And
the other thing I want you to notice is
the patterns that will start taking you
backwards. So, I'm going to give you
five because I've already seen them
watching a lot of videos and a lot of
people making progress, but I know it's
going to get taken back. So, let me give
you five of those real quick. I
literally jot them down like a little
checklist for you. So the first one that
I noticed is a lot of you use the
language my when you describe your fear
or your anxiety or your depression. You
know this my anxiety, my fear, my
depression is getting in the way of my
ability to turn things around. My loss
and when you use the word my I know this
sounds simplistic to many of you. You
are literally hypnotizing yourself so
you cannot separate from it. Now, I can
talk a little shortorthhand for you
because you spent a couple days with me
now or at least a couple hours a day for
a couple days. Remember we talked about
identity. I I I said to you at the time,
anything you attach the word I am to
with enough emotional intensity and
consistency, you will become
whatever I am, that's what you're going
to be. Remember I described the
thermostat and I said, you know, if you
set it 78 degrees and that's who you
think you are, you want more, but this
is who you are. and all of a sudden it
drops way below what you think it should
be, you feel pressure to get back to
where you are. But also, if you have
this, call it center of gravity if you
would, this worthiness, and you do more
than that, your brain's going to go,
that's not me, and bring you back down
again. So, my is a death sentence. You
cannot use my for anything that is a
limitation for you or that limitation
will become permanent. And every time
you say my this, my that, you're locking
it in further. Many of you, many of you
did these great videos and you're in a
great state because you learned to do
that part, but you're in the state for
the moment. And then you said, and so
it's this really great, you know, I'm
and I really hope that I I'm able to get
rid of my this anxiety, my this, my
that. I can't tell how many times I
heard it. So it's one of the reasons I
called this day is like if you do that,
we just wasted three days. You must
catch yourself. And you can use just one
word. You say erase because you're going
to say it out of habit probably, right?
My anxiety. Who does this? Raise your
hand if you're aware of the fact that
you do this with somebody, right? So,
what you want to do is like erase. And
when I say erase, you can't just say
erase. You got like jolt your body like
erase. So, your body gets a signal. No.
Erase. That's not true. And then say a
deeper truth. No. And and but you might
say, "But Tony, but I do I am
experiencing this." Yes, you're
experiencing a pattern. That's the
there's a difference between I'll give
you an example. How many of you have
ever felt depressed? Raise your hand.
Give me a thumbs up if you on YouTube.
Raise your hand and make some noise.
You've ever felt depressed? Okay. Is
there a difference between somebody who
feels depressed and a person who
believes they're clinically depressed?
Yes. There's an identity difference.
Now, think about this. I want to hear
your response to this.
Do you think clinically depressed
people, they've been diagnosed as
depressed, do you think they ever have
happy moments? This means yes, this
means no. What do you think? Give me a
thumbs up if you think they do. Thumbs
down if they don't. Which one?
Absolutely they do. But if you catch
them happy moment, they go, "No, it just
look like I'm happy. I'm really
depressed." Because it's become their
identity. It's my life. This is who I
am. That it is the most important
element. I told you this last couple
days and I I know you only got two three
hours a day and we've talked about a lot
of things but identity is controlled by
whatever you attach I am to with enough
consistency. Remember I gave the example
of 9/11. No matter where you are in the
world, if you were alive, you remember
the moment you heard about the 9/11
disaster in New York, you remember where
you're sitting. How many remember where
you were sitting? Who was around you?
What you saw, right? If you were alive,
I know there are people that weren't
alive at that time, young young people.
But if I asked you again, where were you
on 811 of the same year? No clue.
Because information without emotion is
barely retained. One of the powerful
ways you condition yourself is not doing
rep just repetitions of something. It's
the level of intensity that we're going
to generate day and night for four days.
It's duration and intensity. You have to
get that intensity. What will take it
all away is a hypnotizing pattern of
constantly telling yourself my my my.
It's okay to say, look, I have engaged
in a pattern in the past, right? I've
had this pattern of doing this, but it's
not who I am. That separation of
identity is the difference between
having felt depressed or being depressed
all the time because you think that's
who you are. By the way, have you ever
seen two people argue over who has a
bigger problem? They're arguing over
whose problem is more significant. I'm
depressed. Oh yeah, I'm bipolar. Right?
It's so ridiculous, right? So, you got
to be careful because a lot of people
their problem becomes an asset because
it's a way to be significant. They're
not significant what they've achieved in
their life. Listen, we've all fallen
short, right? I've certainly fallen
short. Who's fallen short from what you
think you should be or do at times?
But if you fall short and you fall short
a bunch of times and you hate feeling
that way, it brings up the deepest fear
that everyone has. Every human being's
deepest fears, they're not enough. It
isn't just a few that said that. You may
not be feeling that right now, but who's
ever felt like you weren't beautiful
enough, smart enough, rich enough, fast
enough, quick enough, young enough, old
enough for someone whose love you
craved? Who's ever felt that?
And when you feel like you're not
enough, it leads to the deeper fear,
which is I won't be loved.
And if I won't be loved, love is the
oxygen of the soul. a baby if they're
not physically held kinesesthetically
loved they develop something doctors in
their room or nurses will tell you
called failure to thrive syndrome they
literally die that's how much important
love is to us so what people do out of
fear of not looking like enough is they
come up with a story about why that's
happening because I have ADHD it's cuz I
was raped and by the way it may be true
you may have been raped the most
horrible thing I want to kill this
person that hurt you but that was three
years ago five years ago 10 years ago
that's not why you're not in a
relationship today. It's cuz you're
scared. You would have been scared if
you hadn't gone through that. Every cell
in your body gets replaced on a regular
basis. The skin on your hands is
replaced every 90 days. The lining of
your stomach every 90 days. Every atom
in your body is changed every two years.
There is nothing you are currently
living in that existed two years ago
except your memory. And if you rent
space to a problem in your head and you
use that to say, well, this is, you
know, if it wasn't for this, I'd be
where I want to be. It's not that I'm
not enough. It's not that I'm worthy of
love. It's just I got this big problem.
The biggest problem on earth, remember I
said people think they shouldn't have
problems. The number one drug for
problems, the number one drug, it's not
alcohol, it's not cocaine, it's not meth,
meth,
it's problems. See, if you describe your
problem, then it's not your fault or it
is your fault that you want people to
love on you and and reassure you. That
will not give you the life that you
want. You've got to cut a line in the
sign. This is not who I am. I may have
behaved that way. I may have had that
pattern that that's not who I am and I'm
moving forward. Not my thing. Because
then you're going to hang on to it and
progress will be not. How many get this?
Make some noise if I got through to you.
Okay, second one I wrote down. A lot of
you are stressing out over, you know,
uh, I don't know my purpose. I I haven't
found my life's purpose. I don't know
what my purpose is. There's a lot of the
communication about that as I went
through all these videos. And, man, I've
gone through thousands now. And I I
really appreciate you're doing it. It
It's been all night, all day for four
days. I've laughed. I've smiled. I've
cried my eyes out. I mean, I just I I
hate suffering. I didn't see any of you
suffer, but I I can only do so much as a
human. I got you got to do your part.
And so step up. And as a te as a one
more trigger for you when you start
having this stress about your purpose.
Who ever said you're supposed to have
one purpose? Where did you get this idea
that there's one purpose you got to
discover and it's got to be so huge or
you don't have a life? It's a mental
game that's spangling inside your head
and you're not doing something right now
with your life because you're waiting to
figure out this ultimate purpose. Please
don't do that to yourself that I have
lots of purposes in my life. I have a
purpose right now to serve you. That's
my only purpose. I'm with my wife. I've
got another purpose. My daughter,
another purpose. I'm in my business.
Another purpose. Don't buy this stupid
idea. I mean, I used to work hard. I
write this fourpage incredible purpose.
I put it on the wall. It was framed. I
mean, if you read it, you think I was
the most amazing human on earth, but it
was so freaking long. There's no way I
could live all that. You know, my
purpose is today. How can I help? That's
my number one question. How can I be
helpful? It's why I'm here right now.
How can I help you? I get calls every
day of my life. Somebody's got something
going on with their health or someone
they care about's health or their
finances or their business or their kid
or whatever. It's like, how can I help?
Helping is what I'm here for. It's that
freaking simple. Now, yes, I want to do
it large scale, small scale. I want to
do anywhere I can. But guess what? I can
help anywhere, anytime. It's not some
purpose where everything has to be
perfect for me to make that happen. I'm
not saying that should be yours. I'm
just saying be open to there's multiple
purposes and stop having this idea that
you have to have this big thing. There's
there's so much undue stress about
people finding their purpose. And by the
way, those you are going, you're going
to go through my RPM training. You
probably don't know what it stands for
yet. That's that time mastery program.
It's going to change your life. What is
the number one thing that keeps people
from getting what they want besides I
don't have the money. But you can get it
if you're committed. Somebody put a gun
to your head to get the money for
anything. For your mom, for your dad,
whatever it takes. The other one is I
don't have the time. And it's totally
not true. I know it's true right now
because you're not organized. Because
most people mistake movement for
achievement. Write it down. I don't want
to mistake movement for achievement. I
don't want to make mistake activity for accomplishment.
accomplishment.
But the reason I'd bring it up is RPM
stands for results focused. I don't sit
down and write my to-do list or how
could I pos how many have got if you
made a true to-do list, you could never
get it done. How many got a list long
enough, you'd never be able to get it
done in a day or a week?
When I had one company and I was single,
I couldn't get through my whole to-do
list. So after a while, I barely made
one because I knew it was going to be a
failure. And one day, I went through all
these courses on time management. They
all taught the same freaking thing. Make
your list ABC. It's like, this is
It's like, what I need to
focus on is results. What do I want?
What do most people ask when you're
planning your day? Most of you say,
"What? What do I need to do?" But see,
what I need to do changes based on what
do I want? And if you don't come with
what you want, you're going to
constantly being in to-dos reacting to
your environment. And a lot of those
to-dos don't need to be done if you know
what you're after. So the target you
have to ask yourself is what do I want?
What's the result? What's the outcome?
And you'll learn this process. But I'm
telling you this because once I know the
result I want and it's clear and it's
specific, my re can start figuring a way
to get there. But the second thing I
figured out is the P, which is what's my
purpose. And there's a different purpose
for everything. But there's some common
ones. It's like for me, it's about
impact or it's about love or it's about
caring or it's about playfulness and fun
or it's about joy. And when you know
what you're doing something for, you
don't just do the wrote stuff and you
don't stress out. People are stressed
because they got to-do list or no to-do
list. They're overwhelmed. They don't
know how to organize their life and they
have no sense of purpose to it or they
think they have to have one perfect
purpose. And the last part of RPM and
RPMs, if you know in a in an engine, the
faster the RPMs, the faster you can get
from here to there, right? That's why we
use the word RPM. So results, focus,
purpose- driven, massive action plan.
That's your map. Massive action plan.
Okay. Then I'm going to brainstorm all
the things I might need to do to get
that result. But when I do that, there's
still going to be a long list. So now I
go and say, okay, what are the 20% of
that list that if I do that, I'm going
to get 80% or more of the results. And
that I can do in any day. So that every
day I'm making progress. Write down
progress is everything.
If you want to be happy, there's only
one key to happiness. It's not even
achievement. Remember we talked about
this. You achieve for how long are you
happy? It's progress. If you're making
progress, you're going to be happy. And
if you make progress, you're going to
lead to a greater and greater quality of
life for you and the people you love. So
all of you that are going, remember, we
have this workshop. I have this product
that I give you, but also this workshop.
And it's going to help you maximize. But
I bring it up just because purpose.
Don't get caught up in this BS of this.
And you know what? Also, it's like I
want to change you from thinking about
your day of all your have to all your gettos.
gettos.
That little word change sounds like
nothing. It changes your biochemistry.
How does it feel when you have a long
list of all things you have to do versus
all the things you get to do? make some
noise if you can feel the difference in
your body. Right?
Unless you learn RPM, you're going to
spend the rest of your life making
lists, figuring out things, trying to do
it, not feeling a sense of purpose a
good deal of the time, and doing stuff
that is a waste of your time. Well, you
don't have to. You can get the result
quicker, faster when you start to train
your brain to focus. Okay? But whether
you do that or not, just remember, it's
not one purpose. Stop stressing about
it. So much stress out there. Look, look
at the people going, I want to hug you
and kiss you and shake you. Right, you
don't need to do this anymore. Okay, now
this one's followed up with one very
similar, but it's even more broad in the
people. Perfection.
How many of you consider yourself a
perfectionist? Raise your hand if you're
at home. Give me a thumbs up if you're
on YouTube here. Perfectionists out
there. Okay, write this down. Perfection
is the lowest standard of humanity.
Perfection. I know you're going to argue
with me about this. Just write it down
first. Perfection is the lowest standard
a human can have.
Now, how could perfection be the lowest
standard a human could have? Really
simple. Because it's impossible to be
perfect and you know it. So, what you
really have done is set up an impossible
goal that you can broadcast to yourself
or to other people that you're such a
perfectionist. That's why you're doing
it this way. But what it does, it keeps
you from doing all kinds of things
because your brain knows it's
impossible. And even if you make
yourself do it, you're going to beat
yourself up. Now, tell me something.
Tell me in the in the in the chat. Let's
see how much you've absorbed these
couple of days. Just a couple hours a
day. If you beat yourself up like, "Oh,
I didn't do this. I should have done
that. Hadn't done this." What does that
do? Someone tell me what does that do to
you? What What's destructive about that?
Please put it up on me. But Tony, you
are perfect. No, I am not. Thank you.
Okay. It lowers your energy.
Perfectionism destroys your action.
That's right. You feel defeated. That's
right. It tears you down. It steals your
state. It lowers your state. Right? It
demoralizes you. It makes you miserable.
Makes you feel hopeless. Takes too much
time. All your answers are correct. But
the core of it is it lowers your energy.
If there's anything you figured out in a
couple hours a day, and that's all we've
done is a couple hours a day. How many
have been lifted by the energy that
we've done together? Make some energy
noise. Right.
You cannot afford to beat yourself up
because when you have lower energy, you
will not come up with the answers. And
then if you start doing it over and over
again, this is known as emotional stacking.
stacking.
Have you ever How many of you have ever
overreacted to somebody in the moment
and felt bad about it afterwards, but in
the moment you overreacted like just
lost it with somebody? Raise your hand
if you've done it. Be honest. Give me a
thumbs up. Give me a thumbs up if you've
done that. Come on. Right. Okay. Why did
you overreact in that moment? Because
you're a bad person. No, I'll tell you
why. Because you got stacked. You
stacked yourself. You can't blame the
other person. You might say, "But my kid
or this person or my boss or my
associate or the person that works for
me did this." What's the key word? Again,
Again,
right? It's not happened once. You don't
usually overact over once, do you? It's
when it happens again and again and
again, and you finally stack enough of
them that you go through the roof. Who
gets this? Who agrees you've done this
and understand it, right?
So perfectionism causes you to
emotionally stack against yourself.
If you emotionally stack against
yourself, you'll be hypnotized into
you're not enough. It'll never be the
way I want it. I don't have and then
you'll come up all the excuses. I don't
have the time. I don't have the money. I
don't have the energy. I don't know the
right people. I don't have the right
education. I don't have the technology.
I'm too old. I'm too young. All the
BS also means belief
system, right? That's why everything I
do when you come, those that are coming,
I know tons of you are. I can promise
you whatever beliefs been holding you
back, we're going to annihilate it.
We're not going to like deal with it
intellectually. We're going to get it
out of your body and replace it with
something that strengthens it. And I'm
not going to tell you what to believe.
I'm going to show you how to discover
what's stopping you and then we're going
to get the leverage to change it. So,
you got to abandon this because it will
destroy it. And by the way, the most
successful companies on Earth, I
mentioned this the other day. If you
look at Silicon Valley, which creates
the most innovation on Earth, do they
wait till something's perfect to bring
it to people? Yes or no? No. They call
it minimum viable product. They get it
out there and they test it. Twitter
Twitter was like a side project that no
one thought would be worth anything.
Quite frankly, when someone told me they
were typing, I'm having breakfast right
now, who gives a right? But what's
happened is that little tool grew into
something that actually helped the the
Arab Spring. It's a tool that can be
used in all kinds of ways. You can abuse
it, which many people do, or you can use
it. You can spend all your time there,
or you can use it as an effective tool
in the places that you want to. So, just
think in terms of making sure you don't
fall into that area. And remember,
everything you're doing, everything
you're doing is conditioning. Okay. What
was the fourth one I wrote down here? I
wrote down, oh yes, it's huge. Okay,
action o action over feelings.
Okay, this is write down action over
feelings. Stop thinking and start doing
and testing things. I I I can't tell you
how many people say, "Well, I just I
just don't feel like I can do this." If
I waited to do things till I felt like I
could do it, I wouldn't be able to talk
to you right now.
You have to understand somewhere in our
culture and especially for our young
people, we've done such a disservice to
our young people. We've made them
believe their feelings are the most
important thing. Your feelings don't
matter for Excuse my French. What
matters is your actions, right? How many
have you ever felt like you're not
enough or felt overwhelmed or stressed
out or pissed off or
How many have you ever had the thought,
"I'm going to kill this son of a bitch."
Raise your hand if you've ever had this
thought. Come on, be honest.
but you didn't do it. So, it's I don't
care what your feelings are. It's your
actions that define your life and you've
been overvaluing your feelings.
Many of you, it's like I watched you
again and again and again. Instead of
training your feelings, you let feelings
control everything. And most your
feelings come from being in a lousy state.
state.
Your feelings are governed by your
thoughts. Your thoughts are based on
your state. Remember I gave you the
metaphor Like imagine there's invisible
waves going around the earth. Well,
there are radio waves, television waves,
right? Cellular waves. I can take out a
box, hit this, it takes these waves out
of the air and puts the picture right in
front of me. Sounds like magic. Well,
there's also waves called thoughts.
Try something just for a moment. I want
you to write in the chat,
what is your most consistent
stressful thought? If I said to you, you
all, we all have stressful thoughts, but
if there's one that sticks out a lot,
like I'm not enough or I'm worried about
my kids or my finances or, you know,
whatever it is, what would be your most
stressful thought? Can't pay my bills,
overwhelmed, feeling left behind, my
kids, I'm rejected, money, finances,
financial insecurity, I'm not good
enough, my kids, something about my
kids, my finances again, my
relationships. What if I fail? I'm not
enough. What are people thinking about me?
me?
Panic about uh being about to pro on my
ability to provide my finances, my kids,
and my health. I'm going to lose what I
have. How do I start? Am I a loser? I
don't lose my weight. I'm lazy. I'm
looking foolish. Okay, so stop for a second.
second.
If you think those are your thoughts,
you better think again.
Do you think you're the first person to
think you're not enough? Or I wonder if
I can pay my bills or am I screwing up
my kids or why am I not enough? Do you
think you're the first person to ever
have that thought? Do you really think
it's my thought?
It's been around for thousands of years
and it's in the ether. So watch this. If
you're in this state or this state or
this state,
I know what's going to happen. you're
going to bring it's like dial in the
radio waves or imagine turning on your
you know your television and turning the
channel to the horror channel right or
the drama channel right versus the
comedy channel or the epic adventure or
the action channel those are controlled
which thoughts you think are controlled
by your physiology this is why I'm
trying to get you guys to listen to me
and condition yourself and not just
listen to me I know you're doing it for
a little while with me here but it's you
if If you do it enough, you won't have
to think about it. How many got
something in your life that used to be
hard to do, but you did it so often, now
it's easy. It's totally easy. You don't
even have to think about it.
You need to do that to your emotions.
And I can't do that with you here for
three hours. You need to do that with
your emotions. If you don't do with your
emotions, you won't get where you want
to go. I'm having such passion, guys,
because we spent three days and three
hours each and got a million, two
million people here, right? And I'm
watching these happen over and over
again. And those are the ones that
actually go on video or write their
little message. It's the most How many
of you know someone that lets their
emotion keep them from doing what they
need to do in their relationship, their
business, their life?
Nothing will change long term. It might
change in the moment. Nothing will
change long term until you change that.
Till you condition your emotions to
guide you. It's like when I told you I'd
get up in the morning, you do this
morning. Yeah. I got three hours sleep.
I'm exhausted. I got to get here and
deliver for you. First thing I do, jump
in that freezing ass water. It's 52
degrees this morning. And here in in
Florida, it's colder than Colorado. I
don't know what happened. It's the
coldest we've ever had it. So, it's
freezing outside and I go on this
freezing water. I didn't go on there go,
"Okay, come on, Tone. You can do it." I
didn't go, "Well, let me get let me get
a little warmer first." I just say,
"Go." And I go because I've done that
every day for almost 18 years. So, when
I say go, we go. I don't let my feelings
get in the way what I need to do for my
body, for my family, for my life, or for
you. How many get it here? Say, I >> I.
>> I.
>> So, step up and stop this and stop
anyone around you that tells you they
can't do something because how they
feel. Well, no And you're in a
lousy state. Of course, you're not going
to do it. Time to change your state. But
if we condition it enough, you won't
have these stories anymore. You'll just
you'll do it like when you drive a stick
shift car. You'll wake up with a
different physiology. Your mind will be
trained and your emotions will now to
support you versus the other way around.
And by the way, if you're in business or
you're thinking about getting a business
or you're thinking of getting in a
relationship or you're thinking getting
out of a relationship, what's stopping
you? Feelings.
Raise your hand if it's true. Make some
You have not taken control of them. And
by the way, how do most people try to
take care of their feelings? They take a
drug, right? or a prescription drug or
they drink alcohol, right? Or maybe they
go and you know stop or or change their
focus to change their state. Those are
two ways change state. Change your
physiology or change your focus. But
both all those have side effects. I
don't know if shopping does. Depends on
how you shop, I guess. Right. Right. But
I can guarantee all the other ones have
negative side effects. And you don't
need those and they don't last.
I'm I'm I'm offering you a pathway to a
different life, but you got to make the
choices. And this has got to be a must.
Not a should, not a maybe, not a
sometimes. And by the way, in your relationships,
relationships,
I mean,
most people settle in their relationship
because they're afraid of their feelings
they're going to have to deal with. They
don't want to confront something. They
don't want to deal with something. And
then every day they go on. Most people
live in a place where they're not really
happy. And you can change all that. You
can change the relationship. You can
change you. You can change the way you interact.
interact.
But if your feelings lead, you're
screwed. So think of it this way. Also,
it's like I don't know if you've heard
of John Gottman, but John Gottman is a
relationship expert. He and his wife
have been studying people on video in
hotel rooms for decades and they've
discovered he can describe with 98%
accuracy whether a couple's going to get
divorced or not. And all he has to do is
listen about how they share their
feelings or don't share them. He can do
it within 15 minutes. That's how
powerful feelings are. Feelings,
emotions are what start wars. They're
also what'll create peace. that'll get
you to start a business or never start
the business. By the way, when you go to
start a business, let me give you
another clue on business. I learned this
you I'm always interviewing
entrepreneurs. I got to keep learning
just like you, right? So, I interviewed
Mark Lori. You probably don't know his
name, but he created diapers.com back in
I think it was 2005 and he sold it to
Amazon six years later for half a
billion dollars, $545 million. Then he
learned from that and he built a company called Jet.com and it sold it at Walmart
called Jet.com and it sold it at Walmart after one year from zero to3.3 billion
after one year from zero to3.3 billion dollars in a year. And I said, "What is
dollars in a year. And I said, "What is the most important secret for any
the most important secret for any entrepreneur?" He said, "Tony, people
entrepreneur?" He said, "Tony, people say don't put the cart before the horse.
say don't put the cart before the horse. You must put the cart before the horse."
You must put the cart before the horse." Meaning most people aim, aim, aim, aim,
Meaning most people aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, tell themselves they're going to do
aim, tell themselves they're going to do it. Aim, aim, aim, aim, and then they
it. Aim, aim, aim, aim, and then they never pull the trigger. He goes, "No,
never pull the trigger. He goes, "No, no, no, no. You put the cart before the
no, no, no. You put the cart before the horse. Your job is take immediate
horse. Your job is take immediate action. Screw it up and learn from the
action. Screw it up and learn from the screw up and make adjustment. Make an
screw up and make adjustment. Make an adjustment. Make an adjustment. That's
adjustment. Make an adjustment. That's how you succeed. So, if you're waiting
how you succeed. So, if you're waiting for the perfect time to start your
for the perfect time to start your business or the perfect person to get in
business or the perfect person to get in relationship with or the perfect time to
relationship with or the perfect time to deal with a problem, there's no more
deal with a problem, there's no more perfect time than now. Stop your
perfect time than now. Stop your feelings from doing it. Okay. I hope I
feelings from doing it. Okay. I hope I beat that to death into you. Okay.
Yes. All right. One more. And and this is a subset many of the others, but the
is a subset many of the others, but the other one is stop carrying around your
other one is stop carrying around your old story.
old story. Some of you got up and you told me your
Some of you got up and you told me your old story on the video. Then you you
old story on the video. Then you you changed your state, told the news story,
changed your state, told the news story, and then your shoulders dropped, your
and then your shoulders dropped, your body dropped, and you said, you know,
body dropped, and you said, you know, something like, you know, of course, you
something like, you know, of course, you know, I hope I can get through this
know, I hope I can get through this because, you know, I've been through it
because, you know, I've been through it so many times over the last so many
so many times over the last so many years. You know, the the biggest
years. You know, the the biggest challenge with traditional therapy, and
challenge with traditional therapy, and I'm not knocking therapists, but just
I'm not knocking therapists, but just like coaches or anything else, there's
like coaches or anything else, there's only a few great ones. Most people are
only a few great ones. Most people are good at best, and good will not get you
good at best, and good will not get you results. Good will make you feel
results. Good will make you feel comfortable and not get what you need.
comfortable and not get what you need. You need someone great. You need someone
You need someone great. You need someone who's actually doing it with themselves,
who's actually doing it with themselves, right? And producing result. But the
right? And producing result. But the biggest thing I noticed over and over
biggest thing I noticed over and over again is you go into therapy and you go
again is you go into therapy and you go back to why you're being this way. So
back to why you're being this way. So you come up with more and more. You rein
you come up with more and more. You rein all the reasons you don't take action,
all the reasons you don't take action, all the reasons you're unhappy, all the
all the reasons you're unhappy, all the reasons why you don't have the
reasons why you don't have the relationship or it's messed up. You wire
relationship or it's messed up. You wire yourself for more pain. But it feels
yourself for more pain. But it feels good to express it to get your feelings
good to express it to get your feelings out. But you now reinforce the actual
out. But you now reinforce the actual neurology. This is not Tony Robbins.
neurology. This is not Tony Robbins. This is science. The more you reinforce
This is science. The more you reinforce it, the stronger it gets. And so having
it, the stronger it gets. And so having an awareness of it will not change you.
an awareness of it will not change you. You need a radical state change with it.
You need a radical state change with it. That's why I get the results I do with
That's why I get the results I do with people. So you got to stop the old
people. So you got to stop the old story. And one way to think about this
story. And one way to think about this is remember the old whoever remember old
is remember the old whoever remember old enough to remember having uh DVDs or
enough to remember having uh DVDs or CDs? Who remembers the old CDs DVDs?
CDs? Who remembers the old CDs DVDs? Well, good. We got some ancient people
Well, good. We got some ancient people around. That's good. Good to see. Right.
around. That's good. Good to see. Right. So, remember when you used to get a DVD
So, remember when you used to get a DVD or a CD? A DVD would be a great example.
or a CD? A DVD would be a great example. And you're watching a movie in those old
And you're watching a movie in those old days, and you're supposed to get a DVD
days, and you're supposed to get a DVD because it's better quality. And you no
because it's better quality. And you no longer had VHS tapes, and you thought it
longer had VHS tapes, and you thought it was so exciting. And you put the DVD in,
was so exciting. And you put the DVD in, and right at the most important moment,
and right at the most important moment, the thing it'd be all screwed up cuz it
the thing it'd be all screwed up cuz it got a little scratch. It got a little
got a little scratch. It got a little scratch on. How remember getting a
scratch on. How remember getting a scratch on one of these? Either
scratch on one of these? Either Well, guess what? It'll never play the
Well, guess what? It'll never play the same, will it? You have to take that
same, will it? You have to take that thing out. You got to go get another
thing out. You got to go get another one. Your brain is filled with CDs. Let
one. Your brain is filled with CDs. Let me use this as a metaphor. You have a
me use this as a metaphor. You have a set of beliefs, right, about what you
set of beliefs, right, about what you can and can't do, right? Anytime you
can and can't do, right? Anytime you allow a limitation that you've told
allow a limitation that you've told yourself before, I don't have the money.
yourself before, I don't have the money. I don't have the time. I don't have the
I don't have the time. I don't have the energy. I don't have the right people. I
energy. I don't have the right people. I don't have the skills. I'm too young.
don't have the skills. I'm too young. I'm too old. I'm too overweight. I've
I'm too old. I'm too overweight. I've tried everything. Any one of those
tried everything. Any one of those beliefs is like a CD. And if I come
beliefs is like a CD. And if I come along with a new belief and say, "Yes,
along with a new belief and say, "Yes, you can." you're going to reject it
you can." you're going to reject it because you got the one you own. My
because you got the one you own. My problem, my belief, right? But if you
problem, my belief, right? But if you want to get rid of it, the way I do it
want to get rid of it, the way I do it is help you pop it out, take a needle,
is help you pop it out, take a needle, and go back and forth, back and forth,
and go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth across
back and forth, back and forth across that old belief. That's what we're going
that old belief. That's what we're going to do until literally when I put it back
to do until literally when I put it back in, it won't play the same way. Now,
in, it won't play the same way. Now, your brain is open to something new.
your brain is open to something new. Now, we can put something new in. You
Now, we can put something new in. You need to scratch up your old story. And
need to scratch up your old story. And one way you can do that is you could ask
one way you can do that is you could ask yourself, for example, what is total BS
yourself, for example, what is total BS about this old belief I'm telling
about this old belief I'm telling myself? What's about this? And
myself? What's about this? And really, but you can't do it like this.
really, but you can't do it like this. What's about my old belief
What's about my old belief system? Like Eeyore, you got to get in a
system? Like Eeyore, you got to get in a strong state and say, what is total BS
strong state and say, what is total BS about this and make yourself write it at
about this and make yourself write it at all? That's a good start, but then you
all? That's a good start, but then you got to think about it and talk about it.
got to think about it and talk about it. Maybe tell that story where it sounds
Maybe tell that story where it sounds like Mickey Mouse, like, "Oh, I was
like Mickey Mouse, like, "Oh, I was born. I can't do this." you and then do
born. I can't do this." you and then do it different ways because as you do
it different ways because as you do this, it's a technique that literally
this, it's a technique that literally scratches up the pattern in your head
scratches up the pattern in your head and then you won't be able to play that
and then you won't be able to play that and have those feelings. Feelings come
and have those feelings. Feelings come from thoughts. Thoughts can come from
from thoughts. Thoughts can come from images, sounds, and sensations. All
images, sounds, and sensations. All three of those can be rewired, but you
three of those can be rewired, but you got to scratch it. And most importantly,
got to scratch it. And most importantly, maybe come up with a new belief. Like
maybe come up with a new belief. Like I'll tell you one of my beliefs. Life is
I'll tell you one of my beliefs. Life is too short to suffer. How many agree with
too short to suffer. How many agree with that? How many buy that as well? Life is
that? How many buy that as well? Life is too short to suffer.
too short to suffer. Yet most people suffer. You might not
Yet most people suffer. You might not call it suffer. You go, I live. I'm
call it suffer. You go, I live. I'm frustrated. I'm overwhelmed. I'm
