There ain't no party like a live living
brave party. If you showed up live here,

that mean? It means you honor your pul

tell everybody that you have at least
two hours to not be bothered. It's going
to be in service to you and everybody
that you love in your life. You are
going to, unless you're taking a cute
boomerang of this event, you know how it

vitality, there's a natural essence
since we had as kids, we want to dress
up. Not the same thing. We want to share
our art with the world. We want to make
[ __ ] because aside from money, it's a
joy and a relief and a prize of being a
human living in this world where there's
a lot of suffering and pain and it's
hard, right? We owe it to ourselves. And
then, oh my god, we get to play this fun
game of business. We get to make fun
money changing people's lives and do
whatever the f we want with it. Okay, if

being the best freaking student. And I
know that's where I am right now because
I never stop being a student. So today,

means you can get paid every month when
you don't even do events and sell more
and more and more every month, right?
But the through line that I'm going to
talk to you about today is the same.
Sales is the current that keeps
everything flowing. So whether you are
building your first offers or you have
already made eight figures today is
going to have immense immediately
applicable value to you. Now someone

like you know my goal this year is to
file my LLC and I'm like don't do it
don't do it and I comment like
do not have your goal to be file your
LLC. Your goal should be to make money
because you don't have a business when
you file your LLC. Maybe you do by the
government standard. You have a business
when you make money, right? And I did
not file my LLC until I made $1 million
in my business. And I built a multiple
sixfigure business with a PayPal link.

Docs. Okay. I have never ever made
something before I sold it. I've always
sold it and then made it. So, who here

Anyway, I saw that the biggest
difference between this mentor of mine
and me was that that she was making
multiple six figures a month, right? She
had the pathways for people to pay her
that much. And she was standing behind
those pathways, like backing them and
doing that consistently. See, she had
these 30k packages that she sold often.
And meanwhile, my highest package was
$10,000. And I thought to myself, hey,
I'm a 30K buyer, right? Like, in fact,
I've invested more than that in my
transformation in a single click. So, I
can obviously get behind a $30,000
offer, right? And then I asked myself,
okay, could I create $30,000 worth of
value and stand behind that value? Could
I help someone get $30,000 worth in
value? Well, let's see. I had helped
women go from waking up crying every day
to waking up non-stop laughing every
day. Anybody of you have helped people
create things like this you feel like it
maybe is worth more than $30,000 to go
from crying every day to waking up
laughing every day. And people find
soulmate love like after years of
disappointing relationships. people
build multiple six-figure businesses
from scratch. People go from six figure
years to six figure months at that
point. And I was like, okay, yeah, I
think I definitely can help someone
create value, right? And it didn't have
to be everyone that would be a match to
that offer. But that month, I created
the pathways for people to pay me
$300,000. I stood behind those pathways,
consistently, got past all the
frustration and all of the shame and all
the embarrassment, the stuff we've
already talked about, and I did $300,000
in sales that month.
That was 2021, right? Ain't the first
rodeo here, okay? This is 2021. And I
realized this is actually not different
than how I jumped from a 20k month to an
100k month. I saw someone else had done
it and I hired a woman who had done it
and we talked and she helped me get in
the energy of a easy six-figure month
and I saw that all I needed was a
pathway and to back that pathway
consistently and so I sold a 10k offer
10 times
and what is that? Let's do the math.
What is it? It's a six-figure month,
right? And my audience didn't change,
you guys. I didn't change. I had the six
figure month. It wasn't a big mind
drama, right? In fact, I realized it's
not that much different than how I went
from a $0 or just a few hundred a month
a month month at best to a 20k a month.
I was selling a $75 one-off calls that
were not leading to clients, right? They
were like shame slang breakthrough
calls. I I would do a few of them, a
couple of them maybe a month for a few
months. And then I hired someone who had
a six-figure business and I felt like an
absolutely insane person, right? because
I invested 14 times my monthly income
into my non-existent business. But it
turns out that was the only thing that
actually made my business legit, right?
It was my point of no return. I was
like, "Shit, okay, I got to make this
work." And so, after years of limbo,
after waiting for clarity, a click of a
payment button got my butt to gear and I
created a simple offer and I got in a
group of people making the pathways
backing those pathways consistently and
I charged $2.4,000 for three months of
We all start somewhere, right? And then
I did, you can do six months for
$45,000, right? And I filled this up. In
one month, I brought on 12 clients. I
booked out my business doing life
coaching. Shame slang. I didn't change.
My audience didn't change. It was a
simple sales architecture that I put
into place. So, do you are you guys do
you want to put in the sales
architecture for yourself?

absorb it more if you allow yourself to

make more money. And I'm not the first
one to say this. It is the way that I'm

inner game because this is easy. Okay.

one. We're going to dive much deeper on
this stuff, okay? But let's simplify
first. Higher prices.
You have higher prices. That's one way
to make more money. And let's talk about
this, you guys. Inflation is insane.
Okay? Inflation is actually insane. I
went to go buy houses like 3 years ago.
The same houses are three times more
expensive. I was looking into wedding
stuff literally three years ago.
Everything's doubled in price. So, it is
actually criminal. Like I would say it
is criminal that women have most of
their money sitting in cash when you
could be generating a return on your
investment. The first place to invest in
is yourself. You are your greatest ROI.
Instead, money is literally sitting
there deteriorating in value. It's like
half as valuable. It's a third as
valuable. And so what you need to do
with your offers is like literally
before I even tell you anything like
you're worth it and all this stuff give
you any strategy like just to keep up
with insane inflation, you should be
raising your prices. Second, you should
be raising your prices to reflect the
value of your work is increasing. And
this happens through your experience.
This happens through training. This
happens through investing in yourself in
so many different ways. Time, energy,
resource, money, the people you work
with, the everything, right? And often
you'll find that when you have something
really good that's rare and valuable,
which is there's demand for things that
are rare and valuable, and you learn how
to demonstrate that value, which we're
going to talk about today. It's much
less price elastic. Econ nerd here, I'll
talk about that is it's much less price
elastic than you think. So that means
that people's buying behavior isn't as
affected by price as you think. In fact,
it's usually the other pieces like
conversion and nurture and messaging and
all of that that's the actual issue when
you realize like change the prices. You
think lowering your prices is going to
get more people to buy. That's not it,
right? It's going to be actually
changing the architecture that we're
going to talk about today, right? But
for me, I found a lot of my coaching
isn't really as price elastic as you
thought. You go, "Oh, wow. I just lifted
the price 5k and people are buying just
as much if not more." Every year my
inner circle rises in price again and
again, right? And every year it gets
exponentially better to reflect that.
And every year more and more people want
it, right? So it has to go up if more
and more people want it, right? And so
every offer platinum is going to go up
next year. Everything's going to go up
because this is just the nature of the
game. Now, and when you're making your
spaces better now, when people are
selling to the lowest common denominator
in their audience, right? The people who
are never are never going to buy or the
people who will only buy if it's only
barely free or the ones who are price
shopping right now. They're not yet
diehard fans who value your work the
most and are you are the only option for
this is what most people do. And so,
they start pricing for that person,
right? Who's the loudest person who's
saying like, "I can't afford it. I can't
afford it." Right? and that person who's
really never going to mind, right? So,
we have higher prices. We have two sell
to more people. Okay? And I always look
at it like this. Marketing or some
people call it lead genen. I don't
really like that. I'm like I don't know.
I'm going to tell you the way I like to
look at it. Okay? Marketing or lead
genen, it's like gathering lemons. Okay?
People follow you, they see you, they
opt in, they join your free list, they
join your um a class with you. This is
where it's like a low commitment thing.
They're in your orbit now. They're in
your ecosystem, right? Your front end,
like social media, email, stuff like
that. Lemons is the art of gathering attention.
attention.
Now, sales
is specifically the moment that someone
actually pulls out their credit card to
buy. And this is called conversion,
right? And this happens through your
sales pathway. This is like your
lemonade crusher machine. This is your
lemon crusher. Okay? This is where
lemons turn into lemonade. So no matter
how many lemons you have, you know these
people with massive followings and you
don't know how to turn it into lemonade,
there's no use, right? You just got like
a lot of lemons and no matter how good
your lemonade crusher is, right? Your
sales pathway, which we'll talk about
today, if you don't have lemons, you
have no lemonade. Is this like clicking
in some way for you? So you see, okay,
I'm gathering clemens on my front end
social media. And then I have this sales
pathway that does the nurture and the
conversion for me. So most people think
it's an amount of lemons issue. If you
are someone who has blame the amount of
lemons, I don't have enough lemons for
my lemonade. Lady, there's you're
literally in a lemonade forest right
now. Okay? Like look at where you are.
Anyway, if there are only more people
and I'm going to tell you 9.9999999
out of 10 times it's not that. Like I
had an eight figureure business with
20,000 followers 20,000 followers. I had
a million-doll business with 5,000
followers. And let me tell you, some of
those are people who never buy. Some of
those are my family members. Some of
those are people I met traveling eight
years ago. You know, some of those are
like weird people who write those weird
things on your live streams. Okay, I had
a thousand people on my email list with
a million dollar business. People with
20 times the following hire me because
they aren't making the same money.
Right? So yes, more lemons is an
important part of sales. We're going to
touch on that today. More lemons is al
is a brand and marketing conversation.
So we have brand marketing sales. We're
going to break down today.
More lemons is a brand and marketing
conversation. Turning le and they make
your conversion better. Okay. Now
turning lemons to lemonade is a
conversion conversation. So this is
literally exactly what I built out in
the platinum group. If you are thinking

Today, I'm going to have at least
probably two or three hours with you.
Um, things that cost me literally
hundreds of thousands of dollars to
learn and develop and help my clients
make millions. And there are literal
little bonuses that you get as a part of

Now, we have we're still we're not even
product people pathway yet. We have
higher prices, sell to more people.
Third, sell more to the same people.
Okay. So, who here has bought an alumni

checked out for money march, did you
click that you were going to buy quantum
nonsense? Did you buy the rockstar
affiliate training? Did you buy Brave
AF? Who here has bought more than one
thing from us? And you actually intended
to buy one thing, but you left the shop
with a couple things. Yes. Like when you
go to McDonald's, I don't know if anyone
goes to McDonald's, but you know, in the
past and they say, "Would you like fries
with that?" And you go, "Well, [ __ ] I
think I'd like to dip my fries in this
ice cream cone. This makes the whole
experience better. Thank you very much
for asking, giving me the special
offer." Right? Of course. So, this is
sell more to the same people. And this
is where your job really is to increase
the average order value because the
people who are already buying from you
are your best customers. So many people
miss out on this. And this actually how
some of my clients like doubled their
business is just realizing, oh my god, I
can better serve the people here. I can
serve them more stuff, right? I can
resell to them. This is so cool. So with
congruent offers that make your clients
lives better and easier. So offers like
upsells, downells, cross cells, slide
sales. I always like when these bro
marketers get into like cross reverse
sells. I'm like I don't know like
whatever it just means sell more to the
same people. Okay. It's like things that
increase the client experience and help
them get even more value from the
initial thing that they bought from you,
right? So, this is like a VIP upgrade.

best upsell would be professional
makeup. Oh my god, this makes my life so
much easier and better. A course on how
to garden like a pro. They're like, here
are the highest quality seeds. Do you

Yeah, that makes my life better. So
again, this is something that I want to
nerd out with you on. I'm some of you
have probably heard me say this like
five minute hot seat at Living Brave
Live for my Vortex experience. My client
Susanna, she had gotten all this
material, but she just asked me a
question. This is why I love actually
being able to coach you guys on her
affiliate program and on the plane ride
home, she just applied what I said and
she made $20,000 in the airplane, which
I think is more than she had made in an
entire month. So don't underestimate
this stuff. Like literally it was just
how she could craft an offer
specifically for her. She had a
certification program. How she could
craft the next level for her clients and
she had her biggest day in business.
Right. So are we ready for product
people pathway the warm-up that
40-minute warm-up? How was that? Are we
ready for this? Has anyone already had a
breakthrough today? Already made a
decision today? Give it to us. Yes.
Okay. Okay, I'm putting my money back in
my shirt though because I feel like it's
Okay, product. We're going to start with
product. Okay, what to sell. This is the
most important piece of all because
product on the demand side comes down to
a message that people respond to
and an offer that they want to buy,
right? And so Christian and I were
nerding out on this. I wish he was here.
He was like, "Message market fit and
product market fit are like the two
things that you have to nail, right?"
And if you guys were on launch secrets,
it's like I talk about testing, test the
message, test the offer, right? And it's
kind of like people talk about product
market fit like the female orgasm. Like
if you have to ask if you found it, you
probably haven't yet, right? So like
this is going to be something that when
you hit it, you're going to know that
you hit it. People are like, "Yes, yes,
yes, yes, I want that." Right? So this
is going to be your message that people
respond to and an offer that they want
to buy. So the transformation, the
outcome that I want is believable. I
want this thing and this is an offer
that I want. So let's start with the
product message, right? We're going to
focus on this most uh most today when it
comes to this. So you must have a big
idea with a core promise. And this is
one of the if we don't have this, first
of all, if you're not right with your
business, you're not loving your life,
you're not embodied in your work, you're
not like fully committed. I mean, that's
all first, right? We got through that in
the pregame money march. Now, when it
comes to your actual business,
the big idea and the core promise of
what the heck, like this A to B
transformation, and I don't mean that
you need to go get micro specific on
that one thing that's going to change,
right? I mean that you can paint a
picture of where people are. Like you
can actually paint that not in abstract
terms, but like what does it actually
feel like and look like for someone
before your offer and after your offer?
And how are you going to get them there
in a unique way? Can you paint that
picture for them? Right? So if you say
like heal your wounds, who's buying the
heal your wounds program? I don't know.
Someone who's already really bought in
on that. Right? If I say slay your
shame, that's better, right? because it
doesn't sound like something you've
heard a million times. It sounds like
it's also something I've tested and
people really are like respond to,
right? It's a different way to say that.
But what actually sticks is like, you
know, laying on a thin mattress in Nepal
feeling like my life is over, right?
Feeling like I had lost all of my
confidence that I couldn't even speak in
a room of new people to top podcast 22
wearing unapologetic multi-millionaire.
Like you absolutely see that, right? and
linking those two things to my offer to
my unique vehicle, right? I'm dumped and
heartbroken to engaged in 6 months,
right? Stomach pain and fatigue and not
being able to play with my child because
I'm so stressed to so much energy that I
actually cut out coffee. I'm oh my god,
I want to make love with my partner five
times a week. I have no bloat in an
actual photo of before and after. Like,
do you see this is different? Like,
where are we going? And so one of my
clients, Annie, we were doing a copy and
conversion lab. Who here has done copy
and conversion labs with Christian and
the vortex? It's insane. It's like a no
I mean I have cried with feedback from
Christian before. Typically that's what
happens for me. I just cry and then I
have the breakthrough. So anyway, he
comes in, he just gives it to people
straight. And so Annie had this like
powerhouse mastermind and we were like
h like does that feel very compelling?
Right? And so we thought about her big
idea for her people like in what unique
way because could you talk about the
transformation? So we changed it to
beyond the hands and this is for people
who are practitioners. They work with
their hands, right? So it's like let's
go beyond the hands. This speaks to what
people really want. They want to build a
business that's beyond their hands. They
want to they want to go beyond that.
They're tired of like this being the
only vehicle that they build up their
businesses. And she just had like this
crazy launch. I don't even know. I think
it's Annie, you'll have to tell us. But
it's definitely the biggest launch that
she's ever had and she has dozens of
people in and lots of applications. So
we are celebrating you Annie. But you
see this like one little shift. Okay. So
this is why something like couch to 5k
works. It was like a challenge and
people go I'm going to get off my couch
and run a 5K. Like I'm very clear on
what's going to happen, right? So now
this should be a tested outcome or
experience that people actually want. So
you guys know
that people need sisterhood. They need
the embodied pelvic floor. They need to
be in their heart. They need to do hip
thrusters. Okay, of course we know this,
but we have to test what people will
actually pay for because just like
Christian goes, "Do you want to do hip
thrusters?" He was like, "Listen, hip
thrusters are so important. Do you want
to do them?" And I look at that hip
thruster machine. I'm like, "You know
what? I'm good." Right? What he has to
do is he has to play with messaging. So
he played with the flat butt thing. like
you know why those people have those
pancake butts because they don't do
those hip thrusters and if you want I
don't know he could get very descriptive
with what I want and I'm like I'm in on
the hip thrusters right so a lot of the
times as the expert you start selling
your vehicle because you know that's
what people need but people don't buy
the process they buy the transformation
they buy the feeling they buy the result
and listen you gather lemons which is
eyeballs on you through interesting
funny, valuable marketing. The point of
marketing is in large part not to
convert. In large part is to create curiosity,
curiosity,
to create trust and to create
visibility, right? Lemonade on the other
hand is what you get through why would I
actually buy this? Like what will this
do for me? So you guys need to answer
this question for your core offer before
we do anything. Why would I buy this?
What will this do for me? Okay, so
Christian calls this the jobs to be done
framework. What am I hiring this thing for?
for?
What is it that they are really buying?
Oh my gosh, this is the most amount of
people we've ever had live. Are you guys
enjoying this? Because I'm having the
[ __ ] time of my life. I'm so happy
right now. Hi. If you just popped on, I

buying? Because you might be like, I
know what people are buying. So when I
started working with Britney, who might
be here today, I was hanging out with
Britney yesterday. She does production.
She does style. She helps brands
innovate. So she was like, I sell innovation.
innovation.
Okay. Do people buy innovation?
Do most people buy innovation? Does
Britney think innovation is very
important? Does Britney love innovation?
Does Britney think this is exactly what
I'm selling? Of course. Now, they they
don't. The answer is no. They do not buy
innovation. Now, do they buy creative
Yeah. Are they going to buy like
premium? Are they going to pay premium
for, you know, creative production and
styling? Because a lot of people do
that, right? So there are they do that or
or
what people pay for is the thing that
translates into solving real problems
that cost people time, energy, quality
of life and real solutions that tangibly
increase their money, time, energy, and
quality of life. So people pay for
luxury of speed, experiences they can't
have elsewhere for status, right? And so
what Britney is really selling is the
power of unconscious influence. her
clients becoming the person who people
can't stop watching, who grabs attention
before you say a word. Brand experiences
that increase visibility, that increase
sales. They buy the feeling of complete
confidence in their look and their
identity. They buy more sales. They buy
time saved not worrying and stressing at
their events, right? And they buy status.
status.
So the best way to sell for her would
say imagine and paint the picture of
what it feels like to walk into a room,
own your stage, make your pitch, people
are drooling at the mouth. They you have
this power about you. You feel
absolutely confident when you share your
voice. People listen like you feel like
the outside reflects the inside, right?
Your event, imagine waking up. There's a
whole team there. They're tying
everything for you and you can just
practice your speech like
I'm in. And I am in by the way. Okay. So,
So,
imagine that's going to be probably one
of our money march homework assignments
is to do like the imagine dot dot dot
dot. Now, products that are in demand
and with demand means higher prices,
supply demand curve, right? Demand goes
up, price goes up, they are rare and
valuable. So, that means that they get
people to where they want to go in a way
that is a new way. And this is why I
always say I don't create mini me
because it doesn't work, right? I help
people build their own category of one
because the truth is like we want to
bring something new, something fresh,
something completely our own. Our our
vehicle, our big idea can't be what
people have heard before a million
times. So you don't need to niche down.
You don't need to pick your one thing.
What you do need is a sticky big idea
and a brand unlike any other. And that's
the foundation of your movement. And
again in category of one. I am like
gonna reach through the screen if I've
got to join us in category of one inside
platinum. We're going through niche
brand marketing offers and the
infrastructure to build a seven to nine
figure company. And you might think nine
figures is so far away from me. But
literally like six years ago I thought
maybe in 40 years I can become a
millionaire. So we're also going to talk
about how to collapse time around making
money. All right. So it comes to this.
Why have a new vehicle in a big idea?
Because people have tried to get what
they want, haven't they? Right? And so
even saying my signature method is
better than nothing. This is what I had
when I built a multiple six-figure
business. Shame slang. I would say I
have a program with my signature method.
And for me, in my head, it was shame,
story, shift. All right? So you have to
look at what makes your vehicle, the
path that you get your people from A to
B, right? the experience they have, what
happens when they use your product, the
journey you take them through, what is
most different from what they've tried
and dial that difference up like no
other. Right? You need to reflect this
through your brand, through your
marketing, and through your sales
message. And these are all three
different messages that stack. So your
brand message attracts. It's what
creates like what I call a field of
resonance around your work. It's when
people are like, I'm going to work with
that person someday. And it's that way
that someone just knows like you're my
person. I love this person. I want to
share about this. This is a brand. This
is a movement. It attracts. It's about
identity. And a lot of people are really
good business people, but it's really
heavy. They have to use like a lot of
hard conversion tactics because they
don't have a brand.
Brand is where sales is very easy. Like
it's like I already love you. Let's go.
I already trust you. Right? It's about
identity. I feel a part of this movement
that you're creating. So for example, um
anyone know Brian Johnson? Right? He has
a company like a billion dollar health
company and this the slogan the tagline
is don't die and it's all these crazy
ass people who are like we're not going
to die like they are totally this is an
identity right this is anti- status quo
for me your shame is a source of your
power right like this is like wait what
like shame this is like different this
is some kind of identity that I'm going
to step into um shout out to vortex
client Jessica the nice girl funeral
you're like what and she literally has
an event where it's like death to the
nice girl. We're going to have a
funeral. Okay, think of Emily Bingham.
Your grief can be joyful. Your grief can
be a portal for your own self-discovery.
And it can be you can celebrate as you
do this. You can exercise to heal your
grief. Like what? Right? And so this is
your brand. Your marketing message is
how you make that sticky and tangible so
it doesn't just go over people's heads,
which is what it will do, right? If you
don't do this. So people stop scrolling.
That's your marketing message. Your
sales message sells. That's why you
should buy this. And then a good offer closes.

That's a whole other three-hour
training. Okay. Good offer closes.
Marketing. Brand message. Okay. Wait.
Brand message attracts. Marketing message
message
is how you stop the scroll. Sales
message sells. And a good offer closes. So
So brand,
brand,
as I said, we want to create a brand
where you don't look and sound like
anybody else. You become the obvious
choice for your people. It's about
building a diehard community that wants
to share about your stuff from the
rooftops. That is the category of one
program. Then we have marketing, the
gathering of lemons, right? That is the
throughine class and conversion. That's
high conversion events. So I just made
that as a bonus for the platinum
program. I'm going to tell you more
about it, but I want to tie it here,
which you'll see why I'm doing that. I
want to break down exactly what I'm
doing, right? So, you just have this.
Okay, now I understand where I'm going
to go deeper on this. So, now that you
have your core promise and your big
idea, you need an offer that
encapsulates your core message. Right?
So, we have our product, we have our
message, we understand that there's
three levels of messaging, right? And
now we need an offer that encapsulates
that core message. Like if I help people
get from here to here in this unique
way, then I'm going to have an offer to
give them and it's going to do that for
them, right? Like this is the embodiment
of my message. This offer makes
everything real easy, right? And so it's
what gets people the big promise. So
life becomes
dramatically easier.
Oh my god, life becomes so much easier.
Like I'm telling you,
10 times easier. I probably This is
where I need to work half as much as I
used to work making 10 times less. This
is where I was able to have like a niku
baby two months early while leading a
program like
I can make content on the fly. I can
launch bunch of things at once. When
your offers are the same message
packaged in a different way. When
instead of trying to take people to
Morocco and Paris and Australia and
Colorado all at the same time, you're
like, "We are all going to Colorado
September 6 through 8 for 115." No, I'm
just kidding. We are all going We are
all going one place. And here I have a
couple different options. We've got
economy, we've got business class, we've
got first class, but we're all going the
same place. Okay. So, everybody wants to
go to the same place.
We're all going from A to B. So, you see
what I'm doing here? You see how I do
this? I have my money march. I'm talking
about the platinum group. I'm talking
about the vortex group. Right? So, for I
the message for artists, female
entrepreneurs, visionaries building high
cash flow, low maintenance businesses
along a masterpiece life with the art of
feminine sales, the living brave way,
right? Like all it's the same. I'm not
like this is for you if you are broke
and tired. This is for you if you're at
10k months. This is for you if you want
to transform the relationship with your
family, right? It's it's the same. You
can even get it for as you can get a lot
of it for $6. Okay. So, well, not this
one. I think this one's a little bit
more, but you know, the the the Kindle
version. Okay. And economy is [ __ ]
awesome. If economy is awesome, throw
something in the air. Come on, let's
make some noise.
Okay. Is economy epic? I'm never going
to get over it. I'm never going to get
over the fact that you could literally
get on a plane and get to Paris from
Colorado today and that I could watch
Pretty Woman
and eat ice cream while doing that
alongside like birds in the clouds.
That's insane. Okay. However, when you
walk past first class, there is
definitely a difference.
I don't know about you, but like you
might feel fine walking through first
class because it's not for everybody,
but for some people who are like on the
verge of like, "Oh, we should have
upgraded." Do you feel a little uncomfortable?
uncomfortable?
We're going to talk about the key to
conversion, which you guys are, it's
going to be big. It's the first time my
clients have never heard me talk about
this. I'm excited to bring it to you
today. But the destination didn't
change, right? The experience did. We
went the same place, but I got a good
night's sleep. I wrote three emails. It
made me $30,000. I had an incredible
conversation with a venture capitalist
that I was sitting next to. I boarded
the plane first. I got offers. I got
bonuses like check bags and shorter
lines, world-class service, and I got
the identity of someone who goes first
class. Okay, so we're going to talk
about seeking to your high level buyer
because people all value different
things. Okay, so there are certain
things I don't value. I'm not a premium
buyer for it. For that, I'm definitely a
premium buyer. Someone would look at it
and they look at it like, well, the cost
of the food. I'm like, no, you don't
understand what I value. Right? You're
going to find that people value a lot of
things more than money. Your premium
clients, they're not just looking to
save money. They're looking for what
they value more than money, right? And
there are so many things that I just
named that are so valuable about that
first class experience, but we all went
the same place. Okay? And once you go
first class, I don't know, you never
really go back. You know what I mean? So
anyway, I had a client named Bridget and
we started working together and her
offers were like segmented. So it was
like her low ticket offers were for
beginners, whatever your industry is,
and then her mid-level offers were for
like if you she was doing business
stuff. She like if you've made 10K in
your business and then her high level
for was for advanced people. And I was
like this makes no sense. I was like
let's change this. So it's all the same
offer. So you just attract your dream
client for every piece of the puzzle.
And then when she did that, right, she
was going from 100k a month. She had
100k a week, right? Nothing changed. Her
audience didn't change. She didn't
change. It was product people pathway,
right? So we said, let's just make it
the same message so that your best
client can just go into all of them,
right? And ascend. And so we'll talk
about that more today. Now, what to
sell? Continuing on. Are we having fun?

four different kinds of businesses. You
might have heard me talk about this
before. It's one of the most important
things I could share with you. So,
listen even more closely if you've heard
this. There is a low cash flow,
lowmaintenance business.
What is this business? This is no
business. Okay? Low cash or low
maintenance. We do nothing. We make no
money. This is no business. Then there
is a high c there's a low cash flow high
maintenance business. Now has anybody in
like year one or two of your business or
anyone been here for a while? This is
when you are going for it, right? It's
like this not a lot of cash flow. It's
high maintenance, right? This is
sometimes when people don't get out of
this and when people feel like god this
is a lot of high maintenance for low
cash flow. You have fallen into the low
ticket trap. So, this is when your low
ticket offers are not strategically placed.

This is when they're not strategically
placed. They eat into the sales of your
core offer. They distract you. They take
your energy. They take your time and
they don't actually convert. You just
have them there thinking that people
will buy the best stuff. It's not the
case, right? And so, they drain you.
They're operationally heavy. And they
attract clients who value your work the
least. Okay? Now, you can see Money

Now you have high cash flow,
high maintenance. Okay, we had low cash
flow, low maintenance, low cash flow,
high maintenance, and we have high cash
flow, high maintenance. Who here has a
high cash flow, high maintenance
business? Yeah, I mean, you've got
premium prices. You're making money, but
it is heavy, heavy delivery. You are the
bottleneck of your business and you feel
it. And everyone needs to talk to you or
speak with you to get the core promise

here? But there's a fourth option. And
this is a high cash flow, lowmaintenance
business. And here's why people don't do
it. Because they don't allow many people
to pay them premium prices at once. And
if you don't do that, then a lot of
people can't have premium experiences
and transformations all at once. They
only let a little amount of people pay
them premium prices. And then they're
like, "Everybody else can pay me a
little." Like, it's it's bonkers, right?
So many women do this. They cap
themselves, right? They say the
bottleneck and they make up all kinds of
excuses as to why they must stay stuck.
No, Josh, I must stay stuck with my cash
flow and impact in the world. And why? I
need to touch everything. It's great to
work. If you look at companies like Tony
Robbins, a lot of you are in the
coaching world. Not everybody in here,
by the way. There are so many different
industries here, but Tony Robbins,
world's most famous coach in every
single category. So, by the way, you
don't need to pick one thing. Um,
hundreds of millions of dollars in a
coaching brand per year. And there is
one event, it costs $6,000 to attend
each event. And the room is full of
6,000 people. And you're telling me that
is not possible? I call [ __ ] right?
It has been tested. It works. You can do
it. and we're going to talk about that

solves your core problem in the way that
you as the expert know it's going to do
it best. And people don't buy the
aspects. They don't buy the way it's
delivered. people buy what this will do
for me, right? And then you're the
expert. You know how to best deliver
that. So, and get creative, okay?
Because that's actually where you break
into the market, too, because it's not
just message fit, it's product market fit. They go, "This is exactly the way
fit. They go, "This is exactly the way that I've been wanting to consume this.
